President Joe Biden will shift from his Build Back Better plan to a new four-point economic agenda during his State of the Union address on Tuesday night. The focus will be on helping the economic recovery amid record high inflation where Americans are facing rising prices on food, gas and rent. 'The American people will hear a lot about how he's going to lower their costs, how he's going to build continue to build a strong economy over the long term,' White House press secretary Jen Psaki said Monday in a preview of his remarks.

"Those jobs ain't comin' back," in the words of the gay half-black sage. President Trump wanted to bring manufacturing back home and was met with howls of pain from the Uniparty, because doing so would require undoing costly government regulations designed to hamstring domestic manufacturing, and maybe even take a bite out of corporate profits because they might have to pay workers something more than the slave wages they pay overseas while preaching about how woke they are.

Joe wear a mask? Maybe while walking among the congresscritters, he should wear a mask. (good photo optics) A good speaker will take off the mask while speaking so he can be heard clearly and breath properly. Joe might leave the mask on during the speech to conceal the his inability to speak coherently. The event could be a good drinking game for people strong enough to watch.

Changing the name from Build Back Better to Made in America does not make the plan any better. The plan is still a bad plan that will increase government spending and inflation. It will not help anyone except government employees and people who live off the government.

I’m having a problem using the president’s formal title and name together. It’s not a matter of Republican disrespect for a Democrat. I referred to both Barack Obama and Bill Clinton by their presidential titles. It’s a matter of legitimacy. Over half of all Americans now believe that fraud affected the outcome of the last Presidential election. The Arizona election audit didn’t prove that the Donald won, as many hoped. But it did prove that we don’t really know who won that state. Given the election shenanigans around the country in November 2020, there is certainly justification to question the outcome.

President Joe Biden’s nominee to replace Justice Stephen Breyer on the Supreme Court, Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson, apparently refuses to use the term “illegal alien” in her court opinions, opting instead for “noncitizen.” In a handful of immigration-related cases that Jackson has ruled on U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia, she has made a note to employ the term “noncitizen” or “undocumented non-citizens” rather than the terms “alien” or “illegal aliens” that are regularly used in court and in federal statutes.
