For more than a year, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention has collected data on hospitalizations for Covid-19 in the United States and broken it down by age, race and vaccination status. But it has not made most of the information public.(Snip)The performance of vaccines and boosters, particularly in younger adults, is among the most glaring omissions in data the C.D.C. has made public.
Last year, the agency repeatedly came under fire for not tracking so-called breakthrough infections in vaccinated Americans, and focusing only on individuals who became ill enough to be hospitalized or die. The agency presented that information as risk comparisons with unvaccinated

FTA: "The agency has been reluctant to make those figures public, the official said, because they might be misinterpreted as the vaccines being ineffective. Ms. Nordlund confirmed that as one of the reasons. Another reason, she said, is that the data represents only 10 percent of the population of the United States. But the C.D.C. has relied on the same level of sampling to track influenza for years. Some outside public health experts were stunned to hear that information exists."

This Wollensky woman is corrupt and incompetent. There is no way she should be running the CDC. This was a political appointment and it should be a competent infectious disease physician running the CDC.

In this case, the truth won't set you free, it will more likely put you in jail.

Not sure which is the bigger story: that the CDC is so screwed up or that the NYT would run a story about it.

Do they have the legal right to not publish?
Are they not following their own protocols ?
Don't the people have a right to know?
This is more information that creates problems for the people to trust what the government agency is saying.
Not the other way around.

in March 2020 when this covid became tge story I went to the CDC website for some baseline historu of influenza in the US. Tgeir data was two years old and had an over 30% variance. I told the wife that it is a typical government bureaucracy. I don't trust their data collection nor reporting especially now that politics has infiltrated everything.

I have [posted too often, I suppose,. about my bad reaction to the first Moderna injection. AAnd I have been seen by a dozen physiciansuabsm specialists, and until about ten days ago, ever yphysicin shrugged off my questions about the Kung Flu vaccine.
Two of them have now admitted that IU am not the on;ly patient with a severe reaction to the Moderna.
One said she is treating people with 'frozen faces, meaning facial nerve damage, Bell's palsy, deafness and partial blindness. The other physician, also a woman, admitted that she lost a patient to the disease, and has been treating others with my afflctions.
I'm waiting for calls, this morning, from the hospital to schedule ultrasound/dopppler exams on my legs, which now have twisted calf muscles, sort of like challah bread. (Prior to the Kung Flu shot, I still had the legs of an old football player.)
I am also to undergo a cat scan of my face and head because something seems to be growing in my right Parotid gland.
And the central;problem remains to be the chronic inflation of my spinal cord, which is effectively untreatable, and has robbed me of mobility. The condition, arachnoiditis, is a chronic inflammation of one of the linings of my spinal cord. British medical authorities are finally reporting on a similar condition. I hope not one l-dotter is having my problems, but if anyone has, we could share information.

I stopped caring and reading the CDC when it declared that Christianity is a danger to the nation.

As the quote from #1 shows....the facts are NOT PERMITTED any more. CDC is now officially covering up "the science" and selling these death shots as a sales agent for Pfizer.
CDC is officially a Big Pharma propaganda operation, NOT an American citizen advocate and protector.

Best wishes #7 in your fight to recover.
Have you tried diphenylhydramine? It is an antihistamine, OTC, and cheap. Some have reported that this simple, readily available antihistamine has helped a broad spectrum of the spike protein poisoning cases.
If clotting is the root cause, perhaps a dose of ordinary aspirin, assuming you tolerate it well, may be helpful.
I think finding a truly open minded doctor who will treat for spike protein poisoning is going to be your key difficulty. Again, best wishes for recovery.

I am so sorry you have to go through this Number 7. You have my best wishes and prayers.
Keep posting! I had not read your story. It is important to share, so othering suffering also won’t feel alone. You may save others from your experience too.
What does it mean when “The Paper of Record” publishes info critical of the CDC? What is going on behind the scenes?

This is the NYT. That makes me very suspicious of their motive in this report. The NYT does not do "news", only propaganda.
I wonder what their angle is in this one? Is the CDC so obviously corrupted, so totally beyond redemption that even the NYT has been forced to admit to their fraud and corruption?

And there was Dr. Redfield this morning on FNC claiming that delay of 3 is "cultural" at CDC? Was asking for billions of tax payer dollars to improve "real time" infrastructure. How stupid does he think the listerners are!

If the administration that pushed these vaccines through also withheld data showing that the vaccines are ineffective, so their Big Pharma friends could make more money, the MSM would rightly be howling for impeachment. Remarkably, the hard-left NYT is reporting on it, but likely this won't have legs.
