Seattle parents angry and upset as graffiti
makes their city seem like 'a war zone'

Like gray skies and rainfall, graffiti in the city of Seattle, Washington, is ubiquitous today. Defaced public and private property can be seen everywhere—storefronts, apartment buildings, commercial vehicles, highways, bridges, street signs and recycling bins all bear the urban scrawl. Nothing is spared. Everything appears to be fair game, including magazine display racks, utility poles—even historic sites.(Snip)Vassie Skoulis, a mother of two and a Seattle homeowner, told Fox News Digital, "Seattle has chosen to punish its residents who desire to live peacefully and respectfully with their neighbors and decided to stop enforcing rules, policies and laws." "Residents must clean up garbage and vandalism in their neighborhood,"

Comments:

They demanded anarchy and hailed uncontrolled violent rioting as the Summer of Love, but now they want to get off the ride. Wall the place off and keep them there or they'll move elsewhere and demand the same thing.

We had to drive through Seattle a few weeks ago to pick up a relative at the airport. I couldn't believe the graffiti on the walls along the freeway. It was non-stop, along with trash all over. Seattle used to be a safe and beautiful city. BTW...the reason mayor Durkin stopped calling it the 'Summer of Love' was because two women who were rioting on the freeway in the summer of 2020 were hit by a man who deliberately drove past the police barricade. Their names were Summer Diaz and Taylor Love. Ms. Love was killed.

Elections have consequences. Years and years of liberal politicians winning and implementing liberal policies has consequences. Years and years of ignoring laws and allowing homeless vagrants to rule the streets have consequences. Years and years of taking for granted the excellent quality of life that you had because of conservative policies, that made your city desirable has consequences. Your city's success has made you able to be liberal and lazy and that has consequences. Now, you are living with the consequences. Deal with it. You voted for it, you got it!

Real life study shows that if graffiti is covered (with paint or other) within 2 days it is not replaced. My personal study showed that the local government is no help at all, but if you have paint and a brush, the graffiti goes away.

A lot of it is repeat taggers...same signature all over the place, catch them on camera, discover who it is...sentence them to remove ALL graffiti and keep it gone for a period of years for a certain geographic area, let THEM drive out other "Artists" who make that task harder. The 1st dozen or so will be easy to find, they will also then turn in the guys making them constantly clean up their territories, by the time 100 are sentenced to maintaining graffiti free zones....the issue will be close to being solved. Outside of NYC and some parts of LA the only graffiti most people saw was the Hobo scrawls on passing traincars...there was one guy who always drew a sombrero wearing Mexican character napping by a palm tree...I saw his "art" all across the country on Trains.

Fresh suspicion that Covid may have been tinkered with in a lab emerged today after scientists found genetic material owned by Moderna in the virus's spike protein. They identified a tiny snippet of code that is identical to part of a gene patented by the vaccine maker three years before the pandemic. It was discovered in SARS-CoV-2's unique furin cleavage site, the part that makes it so good at infecting people and separates it from other coronaviruses.(Snip)They claim there is a one-in-three-trillion chance Moderna's sequence randomly appeared through natural evolution.
