The Biden administration is flouting a law that requires it to produce a report on the number of jobs lost by canceling the Keystone XL pipeline, in addition to describing how its action may have affected energy costs. The roughly $1 trillion bipartisan infrastructure bill passed by Congress and signed into law by President Biden in November included a provision mandating the Department of Energy to produce a report to Congress detailing the impact to American jobs and energy as a result of Mr. Biden’s decision to end the pipeline. The legislation allowed Energy Department Secretary Jennifer Granholm 90 days to provide the information to Congress.

A lot of sport was made when Gov. Goodhair claimed during the presidential debates that he'd shut down three federal agencies, but could not name even one of them. ("Um..." was his reply.) And yet the Department of Energy, founded by President Jimmy, is still very much in business and wasting money as always, as is the IRS, the Department of Education, HUD, all down the line.

The man is busy. Ice-cream, long nap, diaper change, another suit change, a new set of pills or whatever to keep them guessing how much he remembers of where he is. He did not even go to Delaware this past weekend. He worked almost 7 hours so far this week.... he is tired. Time for a nap, ice-cream, diaper change, yet another suit......

Biden probably does not have a clue about that lawful requirement, and you can bet that his leftist, progressive, and socialist Democrat crew are about to share anything about all that with their figurehead President.

that's a peculiar thing about demcommies, if they don't like a law, ordinance, policy or rule, etc they just ignore it and know that their bad behaviour will not be reported and just go away.- this is only one a a number of requirements diapers has failed to follow though on, in only a year

There is no way the Biden White House could spin this one because everybody already knows the answer. The numbers also nullify his "40 year high" jobs creation claim and any economic gains those clowns have claimed. It will go on the books as Biden failure #1863 whether he mentions it or not.

The unanswered question is, who made the decision for our “president” to commit this action. Certainly not himself. What were their motives? The consequence is obvious. There is a plot against and to destroy our county. But I have confidence, unlikely to succeed.

Who exactly is going to make the Biden administration comply with the law? They will continue to do what they always do with laws they don't like, ignore them.

Just another broken law to add to the list of impeachment charges.
They should be keeping a growing list with number 1 being negligent homicide due to the increase in fentanyl deaths from his refusal to enforce the existing immigration laws and secure our southern border.
