Prince Andrew has reached a legal agreement that include(s) an undisclosed settle(ment) with a woman who has accused him in court of sexually abusing her as a teen, according to news reports Tuesday. The settlement with plaintiff Virginia Giuffre will reportedly lead to a dismissal in the case being brought in Manhattan federal court.
Giuffre and Andrew will file a stipulation to dismiss the case inside of the next month, according to court papers filed on Tuesday.
An unsigned letter included in the settlement filing acknowledged Giuffre has suffered for years as a result of being trafficked by the late Jeffrey Epstein, with whom Andrew consorted for years.

So she DID have a price. It just took a while to sort out how many zeros there were going to be on the check.

And admission of guilt, and the answer to what #1 asks.

Unfortunate. Was hoping to see a trial with discovery, witmesses, cross examinations.

What a creep. What a fool. The jerk knows better. He gets what he deserves. This is the one that's been disowned by the royal family, right?

There's no admission of guilt that I can see. That was supposedly all she was after, not the money. Ha.

I bet Andrew absconded with Elizabeth's Crown Jewels from the Tower.
They'll look good on Virginia Giuffre

All Andrew cares about is staying out of prison. Nothing else.
He doesn't care about his "reputation". He knows he is set for life. The royals will support him financially as long as he keeps a low profile the rest of his life and doesn't embarrass them anymore. This just makes it all go away.
She knew that too, and finally figured that it was better to get out of this with probably7 figures in her purse than to have to go through a long trial that ultimately wouldn't do much of anything to Andrew but would end up paying the majority of any money she got from a trial to her lawyers.

You can bet that the folks who are really out to make money by way of this supposed settlement are folks with licenses to steal, who are also called lawyers!

The British taxpayers already pay for Andrew and Fergie’s shack up at luxurious Royal Lodge all these years. I think the Firm will probably be quite careful to release some statement that Andrew’s own wealth pays for any settlement. Now whether that will be enyirely truthful or not is the question.
The woman had her price, yes, but most folks do when they bring a lawsuit.

He sold a ski lodge this winter for 67 million dollars because mums wouldn’t pay his legal bills over this mess. But not to worry, I’m sure his personal lifestyle won’t change any in the long run since it was only this particular legal stinker his mom kicked up the fuss about.
About Mrs Guiffre though, I never did think she was the poor used and abused child she tries to pretend. That girl was already knowledgeable and world-wise when she was recruited to be a sex companion.
No one in this sex and drug under-world is worth standing up for and Epstein didn’t kill himself, his rich and powerful blackmailed acquaintances/victims paid to have it done.

This is the second payoff from Prince Andrew. I think the first one was $500,000. That obviously is just chicken feed.

They didn't either one want to go to trial because both had a lot to lose. He's an entitled pervert and she was no innocent waif, but instead an experienced teenaged prostitute when she hooked up with Epstein and who pimped out her friends. A pox on both.
