What We Learned From Michael Sussmann’s
Response To The Spygate Special Counsel

Original Article

Late yesterday, Michael Sussmann filed a response to John Durham’s Friday court filing that set off a media buzz over the criminal case against the former Hillary Clinton campaign attorney. In the six-page memo filed in the D.C. federal court, Sussmann’s Latham and Watkins attorneys informed the court they had previously advised the special counsel that Sussman understood his right to consult with independent counsel and intended to waive any potential conflicts of interest. Sussmann’s filing added that he does not oppose Durham’s request that he waive those issues on the record. Sussmann then spent the next five pages complaining about the special counsel’s filing.

Well Mikey baby maybe it's time to cut a deal with the Special Prosecutor if the jury pool is so "tainted" from these allegations. The truth will set you free... unless of course you going to fall on your sword for clinton? A woman that would throw in front of a subway express without a bit of remorse.

Yep, the article is filled with lawyerese. Ugh. It makes your head spin to read most of this. From what I can tell, Mr. Sussman did himself no favor with his response. However, there is always the elephant in the room which is the knowledge that justice is usually no where to be found in the cesspool that is Washington DC. I keep waiting for the other shoe to drop and Durham to come out and say, never mind. The American people need to see that justice is possible when it comes to the political class, primarily democrats. We have seen the landslide of wrongdoing that is about to engulf us but there never seems to be a reckoning for the ones who caused it. I hate to, once again, put my faith in the system just to see it fail, but there is no other game in town. Hopefully, Durham is who they say he is. I keep remembering Victoria Toensing and Joe DiGenova praising Bill Barr to the hilt and we know how that turned out,

I partake of schadenfreude over these stories about as much as most Trump supporters. I dare not pray that anyone suffer, not even Hillary Clinton. I do pray that justice be done, that truth prevail, and that treason be exposed. Delicious as it might be, I don't need to see Hillary in the hoosegow. Still, it would be a triumph to see enough of her lieutenants (e.g., Jake Sullivan and John Podesta) and federal civil "servants" (Comey, McCabe, Peter Strzok, FBI counsel James Baker, et al.) prosecuted and convicted--regardless of the penalties imposed--that the MSM (and history) can no longer ignore the truth of this treasonous conspiracy.

A Florida woman has been accused of using a Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) loan to pay a hitman to murder her rival. Law enforcement officials in Miami say Jasmine Martinez, 33, used part of a $15,000 PPP loan to pay a hitman who allegedly shot and killed Le’Shonte Jones, 24, in front of her apartment home in May of 2021. Martinez reportedly withdrew $10,000 from her bank account only days before the shooting. Stories of PPP loan fraud have peppered the news over the last two years, with most offenses being of the shopping spree variety and seemingly none as dastardly as this case.

Global warming is real. It is also – so far – mostly beneficial. This startling fact is kept from the public by a determined effort on the part of alarmists and their media allies who are determined to use the language of crisis and emergency. The goal of Net Zero emissions in the UK by 2050 is controversial enough as a policy because of the pain it is causing. But what if that pain is all to prevent something that is not doing net harm? The biggest benefit of emissions is global greening, the increase year after year of green vegetation on the land surface of the planet.

However, my cynicism is such that I doubted this would actually come to anything. Mark Wauck, a retired counter-intelligence special agent for the FBI is more optimistic.
