Just four days after the Republican-controlled Kansas legislature approved the state’s 2022 congressional reapportionment map, Democrats are asking a county court to strike it down. The complaint was filed on Feb. 14 in Wyandotte County District Court by attorneys from the Grissom Miller Law Firm of Kansas City, Missouri, and the Elias Law Group of Washington D.C. on behalf of several Kansas residents and activist group Loud Light. The Elias Law Group is headed by Democrat election lawyer and strategist Marc Elias, who served as attorney for presidential candidate Hillary Clinton in 2016. Elias is widely credited for engineering election law changes in key swing states that helped Democrats in the 2020 election,

Comments:

Elias also involved in challenges to redistricting plans in other states. He’s a crook. Ask John Durham.

Where are the Republican groups suing to strike down the Democrat redistricting plans in blue states? Republicans are so clueless they are putting forward redistricting plans in Florida that favor Democrats despite the advantage they have in the state. It's very discouraging to be a conservative and expect the Republican Party to defend your values.

Because our RINO Republicans are worried that their friends across the aisle and those nice folks in the media aren't gonna like them anymore. Big news. They don't like you already. You're mistaking their barely-tolerate-the-opposition manner for "like." Got news for you. The orneriest cat in the world likes his people more than the RAT infested media whores like any Republican. Including "Republicans" like Cheney and Katzenjammer, or whatever his name is. They tolerate them because they bash other Republicans.

My guess is a load of these 'rinos' are corrupt, compromised politicians and the demo-commies have the goods on them. So they dance to the demo-commie tune.

Besides being a black woman at a time when the Biden administration is publicly committed to appointing a disproportionate number of black women, economist Lisa D. Cook’s prime qualification for her nomination to the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve is a celebrated paper on black inventors. Her work raises one of the more troubling issues in political philosophy. While most economists are agreed that the capitalist system generates more wealth than any other, what if capitalism can never generate what is now called “equity”: equal outcomes by race and sex? What if—no matter how thoroughly any and all discrimination, abuse, and unfairness is rooted out of the capitalist system—blacks and

The Drudge Report spent yesterday saying war being imminent in Ukraine. Nancy Pelosi said, "We think that an assault on Ukraine is an assault on democracy." No, having one of your Palace Guards kill an unarmed protester in cold blood is a real threat to our constitutional republic. Ottawa police chief Peter Sloly resigned from his position Tuesday, multiple reports confirmed, after weeks of continued protests against Wuhan coronavirus restrictions by Freedom Convoy truckers, a day after Prime Minister Justin Trudeau invoked emergency powers. Sloly, criticised by many opposed to the Freedom Convoy protests over his handling of the situation in downtown Ottawa, resigned Tuesday after alleged conflicts with colleagues in the Ottawa Police Service as well as conflicts with members of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) and the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP). Sources, according to a report from Canadian broadcaster CBC, indicated that Sloly had a short temper and berated senior police officials. He allegedly raised his voice

The Russian government claimed on Tuesday that several military units have completed “scheduled drills” along border with Ukraine and will now return to their permanent bases, bringing their armor and artillery with them. Russian officials taunted the Biden administration by claiming the redeployment “humiliated” Western war hysterics, while Ukrainian and NATO military officials said they did not see any immediate sign of Russian forces actually pulling back from the border. Russia’s state-run Tass news agency quoted Russian Defense Ministry spokesman Maj. Gen. Igor Konashenkov’s claim that Russian troops were packing their gear and preparing to depart on Wednesday morning.

If we’ve learned anything from the inhabitants of Planet Looney Tunes over the last couple of years, it is this: Anything and everything the left doesn’t like is racist, misogynistic, or worse. And by “racist,” we’re talking systemic racism — which is tied to white supremacy and the ridiculous notion that all white people — at birth, solely because of the color of their skin — are inherently racist, and for which, they must atone by living proactively anti-racist lives.
