Understanding the Covid Odds

It’s obviously not easy to give up fear of Covid-19, to judge from a recent survey showing that the vaccinated are actually more frightened than the unvaccinated. Another survey found that most Democratic voters are so worried that they want to make it illegal for the unvaccinated to leave home. But before you don another mask or disinfect another surface, before you cheer on politicians and school officials enforcing mandates, consider your odds of a fatal Covid case once you’ve been vaccinated. Those odds can be gauged from a study by researchers at the National Institutes of Health, published by the Centers for Disease Control. They tracked

Perhaps but I just lost a 71 year old friend and a 69 year old cousin to the Wuhan flu both were slightly overweight but fully vaccinated. Right now it looks like the odds of dying are 1 in 350. Much higher the older you get.

Th vaccines do not work. Antibody Dependent Enhancement makes the vaccinated more likely to get and transmit Chinavirus. In Israel most deaths are among the triple or quadruple injected. The USA does not keep such statistics because we are a Medical Tryanny. The NIH of Francis Collins refused any blinded studies on Hydroxychloroquine, ivermectin, Vitamin D3, intravenous Vitamin C. The vaccine kills children and adolescents that have 0 risk from Omicron. Myocarditis, pericarditis, blood clots, menstrual abnormalities, stillbirths, death on the soccer field. Do not vaccinate your children because of a mass psychosis. Secure your own medicines and a cheap oxymeter and treat yourselves at home. The American Doctors and Hospitals kill people because of vaccine ideology.

I don't care about the odds. We're now in approximately day 690 of 15 days to 'flatten the curve.' It is way past time to get on with life. Prediction - we'll all eventually get the CCP virus. Most will find it is about like the seasonal flu.

The biggest risk to the life of anyone with covid is the protocol put in place by our current medical community. First the local doctor refused to treat in the early stages - the first 72 hours are critical. Then when people pass the zone where they could be helped by anti-virals, the ERs become a kill zone. ER doctors are not allowed to use medicines that works or even vitamins, but get financial incentive to use remdesivir, that kills by causing organ failure. They then do the worst possible thing you can do to a covid patient - put them on a vent. Act quickly. Do not wait 72 hours! Go around them with https://myfreedoctor.com/ or https://www.pushhealth.com/

The Canadian government has declared a state of emergency because of the continuing protests against Ottawa’s vaccine mandate. The mayor has asked for 2,000 more police officers. Ontario Provincial Premier Doug Ford has called the protest an “occupation.” The radical left agrees and wants their very own Jan. 6 “insurrection.” Prime Minister Justin Trudeau supports the right to protest — sort of. Actually, he has an extremely limited view of what exactly Canadians can protest about.

New York will roll back its indoor mask or vaccine mandate on Wednesday, three sources familiar with the situation told The New York Times. Democratic Gov. Kathy Hochul is expected to announce the change on Wednesday as Democrats around the country revisit coronavirus mandates in light of the omicron coronavirus wave seemingly beginning to recede. For months, New York has mandated that indoor businesses check a person's COVID-19 vaccination status or require patrons to wear masks as cases increased with the winter and omicron variant.

As Democrats ramp up spending for the midterms, there’s an ongoing debate among national party officials, donors and major outside groups over how much time and money to commit to Florida in the wake of the party’s crushing losses there in 2020. As part of an effort to make sure the state isn’t written off by Democrats, Latino Victory Fund, a Democratic super PAC, is backing candidates in two Florida primaries — endorsements that come with a six-figure investment in ads, fundraising events and organizing help for the state.

After several days of bad news on the redistricting front, including a bad decision in North Carolina for the GOP-drawn map there, a big win has been delivered to Republicans. The US Supreme Court has ruled 5-4 to halt a lower court order in Alabama that it must redraw its previously passed Congressional map. That means a 6-1 Republican to Democrat map will now go into effect in 2022, and given the makeup of the Supreme Court, there’s no reason to believe it gets struck down at any point past that.

The Internal Revenue Service is backing away from a proposed requirement that people submit selfies to access their information on the agency's website. First of all, to be clear: The IRS was not requiring that every taxpayer filing a return submit a selfie. It was only to verify the identities of people seeking to set up an account with the IRS to see their past returns or get information about child tax credit payments. Still, it's an overreach, says Emily Tucker, director of the Center on Privacy and Technology at Georgetown Law.

San Antonio — The U.S. Air Force must pay more than $230 million in damages to survivors and victims’ families of a 2017 Texas church massacre for failing to flag a conviction that might have kept the gunman from legally buying the weapon used in the shooting, a federal judge ruled Monday. More than two dozen people were killed when Devin Patrick Kelley opened fire during a Sunday service at First Baptist Church of Sutherland Springs. Kelley, who died of an apparent self-inflicted gunshot wound after being shot and chased by two men who heard the gunfire at the church, had served in the Air Force before the attack.

They are a versatile fashion accessory and a staple in every woman's wardrobe. But now researchers say wearing ladies tights on your face could slash your risk of getting Covid. One of the criticisms aimed at commonly worn face coverings is that they do not fit tightly enough to significantly block viral particles from being inhaled or exhaled. As part of a new study, Cambridge University experts reviewed a variety of DIY hacks people have used to make masks fit better, including using rubber bands or tape. Curiously, they found the most effective tactic was to wrap pantyhose around the bottom half of the face—on top of a mask.

'Especially now that people have more capacity to move where they want, that will be a higher priority for some,' he added.
