Former Vice President Mike Pence revealed that he has not spoken to former President Trump since last summer. He suggested that Jan. 6, 2021 marked a souring in their relationship. That day, ahead of the Capitol riot, Trump said that Pence 'didn't have the courage' to object to the election results during Congress' certification. Fox News' Jesse Waters asked Pence when the last time he spoke to Trump was on his show Thursday evening. 'You know, we talked last summer,' Pence said. 'And, you know, I've said many times, it was difficult. Jan. 6 was difficult. It was a tragic day in the life of the nation.'

Ya think? Betraying Trump and the American people because you are a cowardly little swamp dweller actually hurt your relationship... Amazing.

Pence may be trying to gather the 'Never Trump' votes, but he sure did make sure he will never get any from Trump supporters.

He seemed so proud that he approved the electoral votes claiming he did his duty even while loads of evidence had poured in from around the country of the amount of fraud that had taken place. That he's only spoken to Trump once in the past year tells me everything I need to know about little worm.

Mike Pence failed to make it clear at the time that he found his choices on Jan 6 difficult. It seemed to me that he acted as he did because he thought that once Biden was installed in the Oval Office Trump would cease to be of any significance. He thought that his political future depended on distancing himself from Trump. It is time for him to acknowledge his miscalculation and go away.

Where in the Constitution or the 1887 Electoral Count Act is the vice president effectively empowered to play kingmaker? Pence called it as he saw it and was probably right.

Mike Pence was a great VP -- as long as he didn't actually have to do anything. He could smile and shake hands, give the occasional speech, and basically play the DC swamp game like the best of them.
But when he had a Constitutional mandate to stop the blatant election theft by the Demon-Rats, his true swamp colors came flying out.
And that is why President Trump won't give him the time of day. President Trump values loyalty over everything else. Pence put his swamp credentials over his responsibility and his loyalty to his boss. I wouldn't waste my time talking to him either!!!

At risk of being chastised for second post, but #25 just made a circular argument. By Pence declaring the results certified, he became a "kingmaker". He had one job. Verify the vote. He chose to cave to the Deep State thinking he might have a chance at the brass ring. He chose wrongly.

Pence did the Constitutionally correct thing but he didn't do the right thing, which was to not certify the election until all instances of cheating were investigated. It looked like he couldn't get rid of Trump fast enough. Regardless, his career is over.

You certified fradulent VOTES, PERIOD!
WHY did you NOT require STATES to prove the "Counted Votes" were real votes, not fake mail -in ballots or ballots counted multiple times...or Dominion Fraud vote switching ???????? It is no wonder Trump does not want to talk to you. I put this Fraudulent govt. with Biden as President directly in your POCKET!

I never did like Pence and thought that was a miscalculation on the part of DJT to take this lifetime politician as a running mate. He was the most wooden character I have ever seen holding a public office and was always uncomfortable whenever he gave an address anywhere. He never sounded truthful, not like our President, Donald J. Trump. Another example of the question: who was it that convinced DJT to take Pence as a running mate or Jeff Sessions as Atty. General or Bill Barr as Atty. General or Mark Milley as CJCS or some of the other traitors who latched on to our President's coattails to keep an eye on him and act to pursue the subterfuge of his first term in office?

Go away, Mike.
You had your 15 minutes and more importantly you had something few ever get: a chance to be brave and do the right thing against the loud screams of evil people.
And you failed. Completely and utterly failed to rise to the moment presented to you.
You will never get a second chance. You can't fix it. You can't talk your way out of it.
You are a failure. You are a coward. You are a traitor to this country.
Just go away.

All Pence owed Trump - and the country - was the proper exercise of his vice presidential responsibility as he saw it. That he did. End of story.
