Did the Justice Department Lie About Pence
and Harris’ Location on January 6?

Original Article

Of the more than 725 Americans arrested so far for various crimes related to the Capitol protest on January 6, 2021, nearly every defendant faces the same two misdemeanor charges: “entering and remaining in a restricted building or grounds” and “disorderly conduct in a restricted building or grounds.” The basis for the offenses is not, as the American people repeatedly have been told, that the building was closed to the public that day. (Snip) Instead, the Justice Department has argued that the presence of both Vice President Michael Pence and incoming Vice President Kamala Harris rendered entry into the Capitol on January 6 a federal crime

Of course it did, that's what it does these days. See wiretapping applications under the so-called "Patriot Act" over the last few years. They don't even care that we know.

Of course the DOJ lied. It's what they do. Especially the FJB DOJ. So now you can't trust the FBI, the DOJ, the DOD, the Army, the Navy, the Air Force and the Marines - as they all are woke and corrupt. Congress is Congress, screwed up. Three more years of irreparable damage lead by FJB. America's in trouble. Fubar'd.

Exactly #3. Pence doesn't seem that interested in the truth. It follows that voters should have no interest in him.

OT but Newsmax showed last night that Ashli Babbitt slapped the guy wearing glasses and who was breaking the window. Freeze frames, showed her hand almost hitting his face and his glasses flying off. I don't know if this is before or after the three cops left the area. They also know the guy's name and show him in other video wearing a hat with ear flaps lined in fur. The whole 'insurrection' thing is nothing more than a nest of lies perpetrated by Nanzi and her goons.

What is the meaning of temporarily will be visiting? Every President and Vice President will at some point be "temporarily visiting" the Capitol. Reading that language as not involving a definite time in the near future of the visit means no one other could ever enter the Capitol without an invitation.

Pence remaining silent - - while Republican voters are falsely charged by a corrupt DOJ - - reminds me of Adam Colon Powell remaining silent - - while knowing that Scooter Libby was falsely imprisoned. Pence and Powell - - may he burn for all eternity - - are typical traitorous RINOs - - whose only concern is themselves. They never hesitate to betray anyone - - if they believe it helps them.

This talk about Pence reminds me: we've been told what a decent man he is. Where is he on the issue of these political prisoners, the witch hunt against Trump supporters? I hear crickets. Add to the list what he did to Trump that day. I will never support him again. EVER. I thought he could be trusted, was a good one on our side. Boy was I wrong. Makes me question my ability to discern who is on our side. Not a good feeling.

When Pence was governor of Indiana he signed a religious freedom bill which protected bakers, photographers, etc from being forced to participate in homosexual “marriages” because of their religious beliefs. The alphabet crowd then went crazy on him and he “unsigned” the bill. I never trusted him after that cave in and was disappointed when Trump put him on his ticket.

Since Pence embraced the fraud, was proud to do so as he has said, I would not trust that Judas to tell the truth. I no longer consider him anything resembling a Christian, and any true Christian should run far away from him and shun him. I suspect he still thinks that even though he has been a party to the Jan. 6 mess, that Christians will still support him. This house definitely will not. The political prisoners are on his head as well, seeing as how he refuses to tell the truth and shatter the narrative.

Great read, and very informative, as usual from Julie Kelly. How the lawyers and others in the justice system are able to twist things around so much, and not just be truthful about what really happened is amazing. Certainly sounds like a rush to judgement considering they've had to amend their filings with the truth. Maybe now many realize how hard things have been against many minorities who have discussed abuses by those encompassing the justice system (police, prosecutors and judges).

And where in all this are: -The guy on video casually removing the barricades at the Capitol grounds at the most direct entry from the direction of Pennsylvania Avenue, before the main crowd arrived? -Ray Epps, the big guy in the MAGA hat telling people in the crowd to "Go Into the Capitol!" ? -The guy with the bullhorn on the media tower, urging people to push forward into the Capitol? -Nancy Pelosi, Speaker of the House, who REFUSED the requests for more police, and who has been declared 'OFF LIMITS to questioning' by Committee Chairman Benny Thompson? This whole thing was a false-flag operation, and ALL the 'Rats and ALL the Media KNOW IT!

I suppose Pence is enjoying that luxurious new house he "bought." I hear the price was twenty pieces of silver. Paid by "anonymous." Meanwhile the 1/6 pee-ons remained held in medieval conditions.

My husband and I looked to a Catholic school to be an ally in our fight to break our daughter free from the grip of gender confusion. We were naive. Our daughter, now 15, was 13 when she was coached into believing that she was born in the wrong body and could change to be the opposite sex. This led her to self-loathing. But instead of finding a partner within the Roman Catholic Church, we discovered that our local Catholic high school had adopted procedures that promote transgenderism. This situation has left us with no safe place to educate our child and a profound feeling of disappointment and abandonment.

After the Jan. 6 insurrection, the Capitol Police’s intelligence unit quietly started scrutinizing the backgrounds of people who meet with lawmakers, according to three people familiar with the matter. POLITICO also viewed written communications describing the new approach, part of a host of changes that the department implemented after the Capitol attack. Examining the social media feeds of people who aren’t suspected of crimes, however, is a controversial move for law enforcement and intelligence officials given the civil liberties concerns it raises. Among those who have been subject to new Capitol Police scrutiny are Hill staffers, the three people said. All spoke on condition of anonymity

One way to understand the story of the last 75 years of American social life is by looking at the ebb and flow of serious crime. There was a golden age of low crime after World War II and before the “Age of Aquarius.” Lulled into optimism by the 1950s—during which critics belabored the oppressions of “conformity”—a more nuanced view of criminal responsibility, a turn towards the promise of rehabilitation, and a general skepticism of punishment took place. “Radical chic” became popular. The death penalty went away, and the prison population plummeted, along with that of the psychiatric wards. Then, all hell broke loose.

The Biden White House has withdrawn U.S. support from a pipeline project designed to deliver Israeli natural gas to Europe, reversing a decision taken by President Donald Trump’s administration. The 1,180-mile undersea pipeline project from Israel to southern Europe, set to be completed by 2025, will ease Europe’s dependence on Russia and Turkey. These two countries have a stranglehold on the continent’s energy supply. “The United States is no longer supporting the construction of EastMed gas pipeline project as Washington’s interest is now switching to renewable energy sources, according to a State Department statement,” the Euractiv, a Brussels based news website, reported recently.

One of the main tenants for a stable and law-abiding society is a judicial system that enforces laws and ensures equal justice for all.The reverse is true in progressive cities, resulting in an increase in crime. Various government organizations, even all the way up to the Department of Justice, have gone astray. Social justice warriors are now in positions in the DOJ to implement “racial justice”, which determines how to prosecute cases based on the race and/or social justice cause, not commensurate with the crimes committed.A perfect example can be seen in a murder committed by a BLM arsonist.
