Hollywood Is Giving Us a Movie About the
Capitol Riot

Original Article

Hollywood loves giving us entertainment we never asked for, like reboots of reboots of Ghostbusters, a Fresh Prince of Bel-Air drama, and 12 million seasons of Keeping Up With the Kardashians. Now, in the grand tradition of continuing to make everything but what American consumers want to see, Hollywood will be giving us a movie about the events at the Capitol on January 6th.Because of course they are.Given the names attached, one can already imagine the absurdity of what this movie might entail. Billy Ray will direct. You’ll know him from his most recent directorial project that you most certainly did not watch, along with most of America outside Hollywood

That won't last 2 weeks at the theaters, and will lose millions of dollars -- just like every woke lie-beral movie they come out with. Holly-weird will never learn: Go woke, go broke!!! Only Hollyweird would think: "We lost billions of dollars on our last 20 lie-beral biased woke movies, but this time will be different!!!"

Maybe they could just wait a bit until the real insurrection occurs. I promise a lot more action and fireworks. In the meantime I guess this will give hollywood a little practice in movie-making but if they do it truthfully, the government will censor it. Pelosi's version is the official version because she suffered the embarrassing loss of a laptop from her office.

It won't be a success unless Batman, Spiderman, Wonder Woman and a cast of other superheroes appear in the movie. Movies with superheroes are the only Hollywood movies that seem to make money these days.

I didn't get a sense of the contents of the movie from the written description but when I watched the attached video, under two minutes in length, it was about a horrible FBI incursion into a house. Smashing the back door. Threatening. Handcuffing a 13 year old. I wonder what this movie is about. Does it show the government overreach? Was the text written by some Hollywood liberal to scare people off of seeing the movie? I'm wondering if both are the case.

If it is anything like that trash wallow they did on the Reagans, no thanks. In fact, with RARE exceptions, I haven't watched much in the current offerings of Hollywood for several years now. I prefer British or HK/Asia fare, much more entertaining to watch. The last thing I watched out of Hollywood was Shang Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings. Now that was the first actually entertaining Hollywood movie I have seen in years. In fact, I watched it twice in one weekend. Especially loved the part after they got to the island. If they handle it right, this will make a great addition to the Marvel franchise. And you just cannot beat Michelle Yeoh.

Twelve years ago this week, Massachusetts shocked the world as the liberal state elected a Republican Senator, ending then-President Barack Obama’s brief 60 vote majority. The media did not react well to the GOP win, railing about how it was “premeditated murder” and an affront to the cause of the sacred Ted Kennedy. And that was only one Senate win. Imagine how the networks, CNN and MSNBC might react to a 2022 midterm red wave? It was January 19, 2010 that Scott Brown won. That evening, Chris Matthews ranted at just how bad it would be for a Republican to prevail Speaking about the impact on ObamaCare,

In a recent year, only 69 girls born in America were named "Prudence." That's a shame, because Prudence is not only a lovely name, but also an important virtue — one that we ought frequently to be reminded of.For conservatives in particular, prudence is a key virtue. The very nature of conservatism centers on conserving and preserving. A conservative is prudent by nature since he wishes to preserve his moral and cultural inheritance and, indeed, to preserve life itself. A conservative cares about life in a way that liberals do not: rather than experimenting with untested and self-serving theories, he is mostly guided by what he has learned from the past
