Facing intensifying criticism from Democratic lawmakers, journalists, and even some federal judges for not seeking harsher punishment against January 6 protesters, Attorney General Merrick Garland finally produced charges to appease his detractors. Last week, more than a year after the so-called insurrection, Garland charged 11 members of the Oath Keepers with seditious conspiracy. The star of the new indictment,(snip) is Stewart Rhodes, the founder of the alleged militia group.(snip) Rhodes, described only as “person one” for nearly a year in numerous criminal indictments related to his organization, has been a free man since January 6, 2021, raising plausible suspicions that he may have been a government informant at the time.

The legal process is the punishment. These people are guilty of only loving their country, and despising the Deep State thugs...like the FBI/Gestapo. So, they will be imprisoned for years, all of their worldly possessions taken from them, and they will be destroyed.....even if they are eventually, years later found innocent. Truly, evil men and women are running Washington, and fairness is not available, and corruption and evil rules entirely. And most who will run as "Republicans" have no spine to fight this, will talk and pretend, but when they are challenged....they will not resist the Gestapo and the Deep State thugs, and the Enemedia, all working together, destroying our country.

I think the DNC and their apparatchiks in the Fed letter schematoriums have the assets to go far beyond a "belt and suspenders" approach to throttling and controlling any grass-roots opposition to demorat control. For instance, everyone now knows that the feds, through various means, collect ALL the chatter across EVERY medium. So I bet they have harvested a lot of grudging "assistance" by simply going through their material for incriminating/embarrassing stuff that was spilled before every Tom. Dick and Brandon learned to trim their convos. Imagine simply mentioning to up and comer 'Crusader Chris' such meaningful things [to him] as that long weekend in the Hilton in ....... And that's just the low hanging fruit. We are in dangerous times.

President Joe Biden just can’t seem to catch a break. If the left believed that draping the Capitol riot of Jan. 6, 2021, around the neck of former President Donald Trump and the party that refused to repudiate him would sink the GOP, it appears to have miscalculated. New evidence has emerged that suggests that Dr. Anthony Fauci not only initiated efforts to cover up evidence pointing to a lab origin of SARS-CoV-2 but actively shaped a highly influential academic paper that excluded the possibility of a lab leak. Fauci’s involvement with the paper wasn’t acknowledged by the authors, as it should have been under prevailing academic standards. Neither was it acknowledged by Fauci himself, who denied having communicated with the authors when asked directly while testifying before Congress last week. The article, Proximal Origin, was co-authored by five virologists, four of whom participated in a Feb. 1, 2020, teleconference that was hastily convened by Fauci,

As he documents the role of Hillary Clinton’s campaign in generating false allegations of Trump-Russia collusion, Special Counsel John Durham has also previewed a challenge to the FBI’s claims about how and why its counterintelligence investigation of the Trump campaign began. At stake is the completeness of the official reckoning within the U.S. government over the Russiagate scandal – and whether there will be an accounting commensurate with the offense: the abuse of the nation's highest law enforcement and intelligence powers to damage an opposition presidential candidate turned president, at the behest of his opponent from the governing party he defeated.

A recently resurfaced report from the Sunday Times is shedding some light into Prince Harry and Meghan Markle's living situation in England. As most ~royal watchers~ know, the Duke and Duchess were living in a two-bedroom cottage at Kensington Palace, and understandably wanted somewhere bigger to raise a family after their wedding. According to the Times, the couple had their hearts set on Windsor Castle, and "asked the Queen if living quarters could be made available after their marriage." Apparently the Queen "politely but firmly" suggested Frogmore Cottage, which is near the castle.

The CDC has officially moved the goalposts on what it means to be vaccinated from COVID-19. We all knew this day was coming, even as an onslaught of “fact-checkers” assured us it was “misinformation” to assert such a change was coming publicly. But first, let’s talk about the details. CDC Dir. Rochelle Walensky appeared on CBS News and shared the news that the two-dose regiment will no longer suffice to be considered “fully vaccinated.” Instead, you will need a booster jab in order to be classified as “up to date.” That comes as part of a “pivot” in language by the government, one that many were maligned for predicting.

But that’s not enough to satisfy the progressives who remain outraged that she wouldn’t agree to torpedo the filibuster to ram through her party’s voting bills. Today, state party leaders will host a vote of either “disapproval” or censure, depending on the mood of the members.

Scientists are still debating whether we should try to “flatten” the COVID curve. The curve is a plot of deaths on the vertical axis versus time on the horizontal axis. The graph above is an example, showing daily deaths worldwide from COVID since the advent of the pandemic. If you add up the daily deaths, you of course wind up with the total deaths – currently over 800,000 in the U.S. This is the “area under the curve.” (Calculus, anyone?) “Flattening the curve” means lowering the peaks – lowering the daily deaths.
