This is child abuse.
Several young girls including four freshmen, one sophomore, and a junior were abused at their school New West Charter LA because they chose not to get the COVID vaccine. The girls were denied chairs, forced to sit outside on the pavement behind warning tape, and were not allowed to use the school’s restrooms. School police are seen outside the warning tape guarding the area. One little girl describes the abuse: “I’m a student at New West Charter School and I’m here with five other girls. Four of them are freshmen, one is a junior and I’m a sophomore. And we are being threatened

Congressman Thomas Massie posted a viral video of Speaker Pelosi’s top choice to serve as the Chairwoman of the Transportation Committee repeatedly crashing her car into a parked vehicle.
Pelosi’s top pick to chair the Transportation Committee is 84-year-old Eleanor Holmes Norton (D-District of Columbia).
Norton was seen on video repeatedly crashing her car into a parked vehicle, parking badly, then walking away.
She didn’t even leave a note on the red vehicle after repeatedly slamming into it before blocking it with her car. “Speaker Pelosi is seriously considering this person to serve as the chairwoman of the Transportation Committee,” Massie said. “Folks, I’m not making this up.”

Supreme Court Justice Sonia Sotomayor will continue to work remotely instead of appearing in person at the U.S. Supreme Court because fellow Justice Neil Gorsuch refuses to wear a mask in court, according to a report by National Public Radio.
NPR reported Tuesday that the justices were like a “dysfunctional family”:
It was pretty jarring earlier this month when the justices of the U.S. Supreme Court took the bench for the first time since the omicron surge over the holidays. All were now wearing masks. All, that is, except Justice Neil Gorsuch. What’s more, Justice Sonia Sotomayor was not there at all,

UK citizen Malik Faisal Akram, who had a known history of extreme behaviour stretching back over 20 years was known to British spy agency MI5 but had been judged as no longer posing a threat to the public in 2020, reports in UK media claim.
Malik Faisal Akram, 44, flew to the United States after Christmas 2021, and weeks later took hostages at the Congregation Beth Israel synagogue in Colleyville, Texas. He was shot dead by law enforcement officials at the scene. Yet questions remain unanswered over how Akram was able to travel and gain access to a handgun given his long history of extremist behaviour.

After the employee of a Boston pizzeria allowed five unvaccinated women and a girl to order food and bottles of water, the store manager intervened and called the police on the group for not presenting proof of Covid vaccination.
In footage recorded by the women and streamed on Facebook Live, the shop owner asks police to remove the group of females from his restaurant for failing to comply with Boston’s newly implemented mandate requiring proof of vaccination to enter all indoor venues.
But the women stood their ground, continued to drink bottles of water and eat the pizza they purchased while being harassed and gawked at by the cops and

Get ready to learn more Greek letters. Scientists warn that omicron’s whirlwind advance practically ensures it won’t be the last version of the coronavirus to worry the world.
Every infection provides a chance for the virus to mutate, and omicron has an edge over its predecessors: It spreads way faster despite emerging on a planet with a stronger patchwork of immunity from vaccines and prior illness.
That means more people in whom the virus can further evolve. Experts don’t know what the next variants will look like or how they might shape the pandemic, but they say there’s no guarantee the sequels of omicron will cause milder

A suspect allegedly sucker punched a 79-year-old man with a cane in Brooklyn on Friday, according to video footage of the incident.
Authorities said it took place at approximately 12:00 p.m. on Fourth Avenue near Carroll Street at the edge of Gowanus and Park Slope, Pix 11 reported.
The New York City Police Department (NYPD) posted video of the incident on Saturday.
The footage showed the suspect arriving on a motorized scooter and leaving it on the side of the road. He approached the sidewalk where the victim was standing holding a cane near another person.
The man scanned the area, then apparently hit the victim in the head with

Last Sunday, 30-year-old Winston Glynn walked into a Burger King in East Harlem, New York at 1:00 a.m., armed with a gun. Surveillance footage showed him entering the restaurant, waving his gun at workers behind the counter, pistol-whipping a male customer, and punching a female manager.
As reported by the New York Post, despite nobody resisting Glynn’s demands, he then fatally shot a 19-year-old cashier who had only been working at the restaurant for three weeks.
And now? Glynn is reportedly demanding “reparations.”
According to CNBC, the suspect was seen demanding so-called reparations and ranting about “social justice” as police officers escorted him out of an East Harlem police station.

Democrats doubled down Tuesday on changing the Senate filibuster, despite authoring a 2017 letter in support of the long-established 60-vote threshold for certain legislation. In 2017, 61 senators penned a bipartisan letter to then-Majority Leader Mitch McConnell, R-Ky., and Democratic Leader Chuck Schumer, D-N.Y., urging them to preserve the filibuster as a way to promote bipartisanship and maintain the Senate as the "world’s greatest deliberative body." Pressed Tuesday at a news conference on whether they were hypocrites for now urging a rollback of the filibuster, Democrats said much has changed in the nearly five years since that letter, citing the Jan. 6 attack on the Capitol to stop

In Orange County, California, Deputy District Attorney Kelly Ernby recently passed away due to complications from COVID. Ernby had been a vocal critic of government vaccination mandates and was herself unvaccinated according to her family and friends. This led to the predictable, ghoulish end-zone dancing on social media that we regularly hear from supporters of mandates and immunity passports. While most people in the media are compassionate enough (or at least politically sensible enough) to condemn such callous behavior, the Los Angeles times managed to find someone to take the opposite position.

Back in 1998, sci-fi TV series The X-Files aired an episode called “Kill Switch” about an AI gone rogue. Told when the internet was still accessed by most using dial-up modems, it was a fascinating tale of technology run amuck, a message about not handing too much of your life over to the digital world. While it might also seem like a sci-fi tale, soon enough the United States federal government could force automakers to install kill switches authorities can access and use to shut down any newer vehicle. To many, that might sound like a wonderful idea. After all, we’ve seen wanted criminals who

There are never-ending stories and there are never-ending stories. There is no better example of the latter than Nancy Pelosi’s continuing obsession with the January 6 Capitol “insurrection” and her subsequent silly Jan. 6 witch hunt. Now, we learn that Madam Speaker plans to continue her “hearings” into the new year. Publicly. The question is, why? Pelosi’s Stage 4 Trump Derangement Syndrome affliction has raged for at least five years, everybody knows that. But at least when the Russian “collusion” nonsense finally and conclusively proved to be a hoax, she mostly let it go. At least, publicly. But Jan 6. occupies a different twisted crevasse of
