Democrats doubled down Tuesday on changing the Senate filibuster, despite authoring a 2017 letter in support of the long-established 60-vote threshold for certain legislation. In 2017, 61 senators penned a bipartisan letter to then-Majority Leader Mitch McConnell, R-Ky., and Democratic Leader Chuck Schumer, D-N.Y., urging them to preserve the filibuster as a way to promote bipartisanship and maintain the Senate as the "world’s greatest deliberative body." Far-left ABC “News” anchor George Stephanopoulos’ attempt to corner Trump attorney Jim Trusty during their interview Friday went horribly wrong and the host went into meltdown mode as reported by the Daily Caller.
As Gateway Pundit readers know, Stephanopoulos is a former Democrat advisor who once served as Bill Clinton’s communications director before entering the media. He has carried water for his favored party since.
Stephanopoulos started his inquisition by trying to get Trusty to agree that Trump committed crimes. Trusty did not fall for the host’s trap, though, and completely turned the tables on him by pointing the actual serious crimes committed by Joe Biden.
The media and other Democrats repeatedly call Republicans fascists and dictators to intentionally mislead the public. Fascists are essentially authoritarians. Trump and other Republicans basically want to transfer power and money to the people, which is the opposite of what an authoritarian would do. Democrats are seeking to transfer as much power and money to the government, which is what fascists or dictators would do.
Here are some examples:
On healthcare, Democrats want to either have single payer, government-run insurance or want to dictate, as with Obamacare, exactly what must be in health care policies. Republicans want people and companies to have freedom of choice.

Thus, the chain honored Pride Month in June with an Instagram photo of a rocking chair with each wood slat painted a different color of the rainbow in nod to the Pride flag.
