Report: Sonia Sotomayor Still Working
Remotely Because Neil Gorsuch Won’t

Supreme Court Justice Sonia Sotomayor will continue to work remotely instead of appearing in person at the U.S. Supreme Court because fellow Justice Neil Gorsuch refuses to wear a mask in court, according to a report by National Public Radio. NPR reported Tuesday that the justices were like a “dysfunctional family”: It was pretty jarring earlier this month when the justices of the U.S. Supreme Court took the bench for the first time since the omicron surge over the holidays. All were now wearing masks. All, that is, except Justice Neil Gorsuch. What’s more, Justice Sonia Sotomayor was not there at all,

Comments:

If I were good at photoshopping, I would create one of those ensemble pictures of all the justices with Sotomayor wearing the mask & shield as in the article. It's all the rage among The Woke.

Breitbart should wait before it repurposes material. This story has already been debunked...and what makes it worse is that Gorsuch denied the petition to hear a case to block mandatory masks on planes.

Since Justice Gorsuch does not have the virus, the only person he is "endangering" by her measure is himself. Your move Wise Latina. You seem to be operating on superstition, not knowledge.

So if the Gorsuch part of the story isn’t true it still begs the question why is the wide Latinx attending these hearings remotely? This much was obvious when she was making her outlandish Covid claims.

Notwithstanding the veracity of this Article, if Sotomayor gets COVID, the Media, Democrats, and the woke side of the internet will forever assert that there is no doubt whatsoever that she got it from Justice Gorsuch (and several thousand Karens' heads will explode). Similar to the thoroughly debunked "Hands up, don't shoot!" this assertion would live on forever no matter what. Gorsuch would always be referred to as "The Justice who gave COVID to Justice Sotomayor."

Like all snow flake lie-berals, she is hiding in her basement having a hissy fit. I wouldn't be shocked to discover that she is hiding in her mom's basement, since that is where so many lie-berals over the age of 30 seem to be living these days. If she has been vaccinated and wears a mask, shouldn't she be 100% safe?!?!?!? Lie-berals keep forcing mask and vaccination mandates on us all. Is Sotomayor saying they don't really work?!?!?!? Shocking, I tell you!!! Just shocking!!!! {{Not really, more like idiotic lie-beralism showing its cowardice and hypocrisy once again!!!}}

Two things we’ve known since the beginning of this farce - the most vulnerable are the elderly and the obese. You can’t do anything about your age but you can certainly do something about your weight. Why is it that none of these “scientists” ever tell obese people to put down the fork if they want to improve their chances of surviving the virus? Why???? Sotomayor continues to put herself at risk due to her eating habits. If she gets seriously sick, it’s because she has shot herself in the foot.

Actor and superyacht enthusiast Leonardo DiCaprio told Deadline planet Earth has “literally” nine years left on its “ticking clock,” and that “we should not have any elected leaders, on a state level, on a city level, or a national level that don’t listen to science.” In the Titanic star’s latest Netflix film Don’t Look Up, two astronomers (played by DiCaprio and Jennifer Lawrence) go on a media tour to warn mankind of an approaching comet that will destroy Earth. But instead of taking the astronomers seriously, the comet becomes politicized. The film goes on to make several thinly veiled references to the Trump

Get ready to learn more Greek letters. Scientists warn that omicron’s whirlwind advance practically ensures it won’t be the last version of the coronavirus to worry the world. Every infection provides a chance for the virus to mutate, and omicron has an edge over its predecessors: It spreads way faster despite emerging on a planet with a stronger patchwork of immunity from vaccines and prior illness. That means more people in whom the virus can further evolve. Experts don’t know what the next variants will look like or how they might shape the pandemic, but they say there’s no guarantee the sequels of omicron will cause milder

Democrats doubled down Tuesday on changing the Senate filibuster, despite authoring a 2017 letter in support of the long-established 60-vote threshold for certain legislation. In 2017, 61 senators penned a bipartisan letter to then-Majority Leader Mitch McConnell, R-Ky., and Democratic Leader Chuck Schumer, D-N.Y., urging them to preserve the filibuster as a way to promote bipartisanship and maintain the Senate as the "world’s greatest deliberative body." Pressed Tuesday at a news conference on whether they were hypocrites for now urging a rollback of the filibuster, Democrats said much has changed in the nearly five years since that letter, citing the Jan. 6 attack on the Capitol to stop

While most people in the media are compassionate enough (or at least politically sensible enough) to condemn such callous behavior, the Los Angeles times managed to find someone to take the opposite position.

I’m not sure what Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-NY) thought he was going to get by pushing a vote on the Democratic effort to federalize elections (which they call ‘voting rights’) and on the filibuster. Schumer knew that he was likely to get a “no” on the filibuster from Sen. Joe Manchin (D-WV) and Sen. Kyrsten Sinema (D-AZ). They’ve only been holding fast on the subject for months. Both also were very firm on the subject in speeches — Sinema earlier in the week and Manchin earlier on Wednesday. It wasn’t happening, they said. But Schumer decided to commit electoral suicide anyway, and he got it tonight.
