Officials in Kazakhstan have denied that a controversial 'military biological laboratory' was seized in the recent unrest, which has so far claimed 160 lives since starting on January 2. It is not clear if the 164 deaths refer only to civilians or if law enforcement deaths are included, but the number—provided by the health ministry to state news channel Khabar-24—are a significant rise from previous tallies.(Snip)Russian media highlighted claims that the US-funded facility near Almaty was compromised, resulting in a possible leak of dangerous pathogens.(Snip)The secret bio-laboratory funded by the US defence department—which has links to Russian and Chinese scientists

Comments:

The US government funds the creation of novel pathogens by shady labs in hostile lands, and US corporations then sell us sketchy cures for tens of billions of dollars. Isn't this what the Founders had in mind for our republic?

Another miitary biological weapons lab, funded by American tax payer dollars in a hostile foriegn nation? Is the Fauci's work, as well? Why not just build our nuclear weapons over there? How about our tanks and military vehicles? It'll save shipping costs to already have them in the natiobs we might be fighting against!! What God forsaken FOOL does this and authorizes this? I know it never came to Trump's attention, so that means more people in the military industrial complex who need to be tracked down and executed for treason! IMMEDUSTELY!!!

Seeing as how germ and chemical warfare are outlawed, there sure seem to be a lot of folks working on those weapons.

This is what an "insurrection" really looks like. And the US needs to stop funding pathogen research in other, unstable countries. There is no way to stop them from using the money to develop bio-weapons, even though such weapons are supposed to be outlawed.

DTRA (pronounced Ditra) is the Defense Threat Reduction Agency, and I ran into their work when I was creating and managing scientific research projects in former soviet states. They did things like build new wings with good security systems onto existing Ukrainian biological research institutes , and add secure storage of deadly biological samples. We couldn't prevent them from doing research on various biological stuff that they actually needed to research, (swine flu virus vaccines, etc) so we decided to help them at least keep the labs secure. I saw deadly bio samples of almost everything stored in labs with an old 'warded key' type of door locks (the ones with a flag on a pole look, slight different "flag" shapes for different locks, VERY old) and a $4 hardware store lock on the refrigerator holding the samples, maybe smallpox, rabies, anthrax, bubonic plague, etc The poor researchers were unable to do anything better, funding was so short from their uncaring governments that they couldn't heat the buildings, let alone add expensive modern security systems. The projects I did would keep them employed on peaceful research, not seeking employment somewhere that we might not like. So, DTRA added security, or built whole new wings with security and things like diesel backup generators to keep the refrigerators going in the frequent power outages...otherwise "ruined" samples could be tossed out, perhaps releasing "bad stuff". This is probably what they mean by "US- funded research facility", us trying to keep their facility secure against terrorism. BUT, we shouldn't entirely rule out another Dr. Fauci bioweapon project, either. We used to have patriots in these organizations, working for the safety of the USA and the world. After seeing what Fauci has done with his "gain of function" work, indistinguishable from bioweapons development, I am a good bit more skeptical these days.

An American Airlines passenger has sparked a firestorm by complaining about a pilot whose case bore a sticker critical of Joe Biden. Dana Finley Morrison, a Missouri-based fraternity and sorority worker, was flying from St Lucia to Miami on Saturday when she spotted the pilot's 'Let's Go Brandon' sticker. The slogan began to circulate in September, when a Nascar reporter misheard the chants of 'F*** Joe Biden', and it has since become an anti-Biden rallying cry. Morrison tweeted to American Airlines, saying: 'Y'all cool with your pilots displaying this kind of cowardly rhetoric on their crew luggage when they're in uniform, about to board a plane?
