A crowd of more than 100 people rallied outside the office of Arizona Attorney General Mark Brnovich in Phoenix on Dec. 17 to demand the prosecution of any criminal activity associated with the 2020 election in Maricopa County. A contingent of police offers kept people off the front steps of the Attorney General’s office building except for event organizers and speakers. Those gathered called out not only for fair and honest elections but that Brnovich begin criminal prosecutions for alleged wrongdoing stemming from the 2020 election in Maricopa County, Arizona’s most populous county with over 2.5 million registered voters.

The prez rightly noted this isn’t March 2020, and no new lockdowns should be necessary. But that was the closest he came to anything original.
And it serves his interests: Declaring a new crisis would highlight how badly he’s failed on his 2020 vow to “shut down the virus.” It’s now clear that he thought then that all he’d need to do was continue distributing the vaccines developed before he took office, that’s it. (Hence his declaration in July that we’d achieved “independence from COVID-19” because vaccinations were going well.)

For instance, they must be able to deal with the erratic driving behaviors of humans, as well as unexpected obstacles on the road, such as a wild deer crossing the highway. But a critical though lesser discussed problem associated with self-driving cars involves surveillance. These vehicles look likely to be used as surveillance tools, closely monitoring our every move. Worse still, China, a country that has expanded mass surveillance and integrated it into every part of Chinese life, is leading the self-driving revolution.

Ivermectin, which has been used safely in humans since 1985, has shown promise in treating the virus, especially when taken early. Although it is an off-label use and not guaranteed to work every time, it is legal for doctors to prescribe Ivermectin for COVID-19, and many patients, some desperate and dying, want to give it a try.

A recent Wall Street Journal poll reported that if the 2022 midterms were held currently, some 37 percent of Hispanic/Latino voters would likely support the Republican candidate. An equal number polled support for the Democrats.
Perhaps key is the 22 percent who remain “undecided” and thereby illustrate that the traditionally Democratic Hispanic vote is now up for grabs.

For the first time amid the pandemic, the U.S. government compensation program will pay out one of the 4,751 claims alleging injuries or death arising from the administration of a covered countermeasure used to diagnose, treat, or prevent COVID-19.
Countermeasures may include emergency authorized or federally approved vaccines, drugs, and medical devices that the Food and Drug Administration allows for use during a public health emergency.

For many years, Target partnered with local police to “Shop with a Cop” for Christmas. These are poor kids who may not get much from Santa.

Sen. Richard Blumenthal (D-Conn.) says he regrets his participating in an awards event hosted earlier this month by the Communist Party of America.
On Dec. 11, Blumenthal attended an awards ceremony hosted by Communist Party USA affiliate the Connecticut People's World Committee. The lawmaker gave out three certificates from the Senate to winners of the "Amistad Award," honoring labor and social justice activism.
