Growing Number of Companies and Organizations
Are Walking Back Vaccination Requirements

More and more businesses in recent days have walked back previous rules mandating COVID-19 vaccine sas a condition for employment in a bid to keep workers. Earlier this week, Amtrak—a quasi-public corporation—became the latest to rescind its vaccine requirement amid concerns about staff shortages and cut service in January. In a memo sent to staff that was obtained by The Epoch Times, Amtrak CEO William Flynn said the company would do away with the mandate that would have given employees until Jan. 4 to get fully vaccinated or go on unpaid leave. About 500 out of more than 17,000 Amtrak workers remain unvaccinated,

Of course they are they need employees to make the corporations run. If 1/2 your Accounting & Tax Dept will not take the jab and you lose them, you're screwed big time.

Huh. No employees means no company, which means no product to sell, which means a very bad bottom line, which means very angry shareholders. Reverse-woke is in the room now.

Chances are good that the holdouts are among their smartest and most reliable employees. Lose them, and you're screwed. These companies jumped on the mandate bandwagon feet first without thinking through the legal consequences of (1) demanding information that should be private under HIPAA, and (2) having to fire employees for either refusing to provide it or refusing a medical procedure that is at best, minimally effective and at worst, dangerous to their health, and (3) being sued by the victims of adverse reactions to a vaccine they required as a condition of employment. Don't think that the trial bar won't see gold in those lawsuits - they can't sue the vaccine manufacturers, or the government, but businesses represent a big, fat, juicy target.

They are finding that their choices are 1) Lose enough employees to force them out of business or 2) No government contracts. Less business is better than no business.

Between the virus "mandates" from Brandon's handlers and a general shortage of workers who think that government will keep sending them checks to stay home, the companies are figuring out that they will have to do all they can to keep their best employees. That means no more 'take the jab or get fired' nonsense.

Why Would Hispanics Drop the Left? 6 replies

A recent Wall Street Journal poll reported that if the 2022 midterms were held currently, some 37 percent of Hispanic/Latino voters would likely support the Republican candidate. An equal number polled support for the Democrats. Perhaps key is the 22 percent who remain “undecided” and thereby illustrate that the traditionally Democratic Hispanic vote is now up for grabs. (snip) Wall Street Journal polls also showed that in a potential (but probably unlikely) 2024 match-up between Biden and Trump, Hispanic voters would split about evenly (44 percent Biden, 43 percent Trump). The Biden administration will offer bonuses to doctors who "create and implement an anti-racism plan" under new rules from the Department of Health and Human Services, a move meant to update Medicare payments to "reflect changes in medical practice." Effective Jan. 1, Medicare doctors can boost their reimbursement rates by conducting "a clinic-wide review" of their practice's "commitment to anti-racism." The plan should cover "value statements" and "clinical practice guidelines," according to HHS, and define race as "a political and social construct, not a physiological one"—a dichotomy many doctors say will discourage genetic testing and worsen racial health disparities.

Japan’s ministry of health is taking a sensible, ethical approach to Covid vaccines. They recently labeled the vaccines with a warning about myocarditis and other risks. They also reaffirmed their commitment to adverse event reporting to document potential side-effects. Japan’s ministry of health states: “Although we encourage all citizens to receive the COVID-19 vaccination, it is not compulsory or mandatory. Vaccination will be given only with the consent of the person to be vaccinated after the information provided.” Furthermore, they state: “Please get vaccinated of your own decision, understanding both the effectiveness in preventing infectious diseases and the risk of side effects. No vaccination will be given without consent.”

This is interesting. On December 14, TechnoFog noted the FDA gave approval to vaccine boosters amid 16 and 17-year-olds without consulting the medical advisory panel on safety and efficacy of the policy shift {SEE HERE}. As correctly noted at the time, “This is the FDA making a cost/benefit calculation without knowing the costs or benefits. It doesn’t know the real risks, because it didn’t study the potential for adverse reactions in kids aged 16 – 17 years,” yet, the FDA did it anyway. The issue is actually quite alarming considering there are multiple studies showing that specific age group, especially young males, were negatively impacted by vaccine created heart damage.

If you aren’t white, you may not be able to go way outside. At least, that appears to be the belief of a North Carolina State University professor.
