The Pentagon said Monday that no action would be taken against military personnel involved in the botched drone strike that killed 10 civilians in Kabul as American forces withdrew in August.
Seven children were among the dead when a Hellfire missile hit a saloon car mistakenly identified as being packed with explosives in the Afghan capital. U.S. nerves were on edge three days after an ISIS-K suicide bomber killed 170 Afghans and 13 American service members at Hamid Karzai International Airport. At a briefing, Pentagon press secretary John Kirby said senior commanders had made recommendations to Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin - none of which included holding any officers accountable.

Does that mean that the one and only Commander and Chief, who is non-military is to blame and history will punish him.

No problem here, Biden is just carrying on from his mentor Obama's day to day murder of what ever soul happens to be around.

I'd much rather we talk about punishing the jackalope who decided to leave $87,000,000,000 (that's Billions with a B) in equipment behind for our enemies.

Defense Secretary Lloyd "EEOC Token" Austin knows that he will sue if he is held accountable for anything.

Orders came from the top and they don't want to go there. So they sweep it under the rug, case closed.

But the illegitimate Jan6 committee will send prisoners to Gulag and hold Trump administration officials in contempt.
This country under the Democrats and the 2 demented fool RINOs ( cheney and Kinzinger) is getting to be worse than Putin’s Russia.

I had to think back to my time in (where real accountability existed), if we ever f'ed up a simple inspection, there would be mass firings and hirings. Whoever wins the 2024 election, better give an enema to the military. oh, they'd probably enjoy that.

There is no honor in the democrat party. All leftists live by their allegiance to situational ethics which is why so many seniors were killed by the policy of many governors who knowingly put recovering Covid patients into nursing homes. Democrats needed a narrative that would harm President Trump and democrats were happy to provide one. These deaths were nothing more than a means to an end. Chilling, isn’t it?
Unfortunately, there are too many leftists in our military and protection of Biden is their mission. If there would have been serious consequences for these deaths, then people would want to know who gave the order and there is no way that truth was going to be revealed. It is terribly disturbing to know the depths that democrats will go to shape a narrative, hide their involvement in wrongdoing, or protect their treachery. The abandonment of the moral underpinnings that has made this country work is a direct result of democrat policies. If you are looking for justice, the United States is no longer a country you can count on to deliver. Too many activist judges have created a system that is antithetical to our founding. Unscrupulous law schools, progressive professors, and zero accountability has resulted in the system we have today and it is a far cry from what it was even 20 years ago. Truth is irrelevant and justice, if done, becomes a surprise. It is a sad state of affairs we find ourselves in today. Democrats have done something I naively thought impossible. They have corrupted our military.

Milley's hoping for another medal, The Botched Drown Strike Service Award, but there's no room on his chest.
He'll have to pin it somewhere else.

Mark Milley + Lloyd Austin = No Accountability

Now, imagine if this debacle happened under Trump. Five months later, Afghanistan would still lead every news broadcast. There would be five different Congressional investigations happening. And this type of decision would have been greeted with protests across the country.

Private Ryan was told to take the drone go kill something, anything, so the top shirts and goofy fraud CIC could declare victory.
This is so much Obama's style, walk up to the microphone in his deep concerned sounding voice say you won then turn to walk away Joey got it honestly. We are ruled over by fools and incompetent clowns we have no government or military just jerks. FJB

Which means that the highly-paid intelligence analyst who was seeing things while playing Solitaire gets to keep his job. The military drone operators only pulled the trigger, or pushed the button, whatever makes the Hellfire go pfssssssssss - Boom!

Punished? The "righteous strike" was an overwhelming success; they should get medals. This was the cherry atop the "botched withdrawal" sundae, and showed the world that our military is completely incompetent.
