Tiffany Cross, the host of MSNBC's Cross Connection, pondered on Twitter about how the judge in the Kyle Rittenhouse trial could be removed from the case and accused him of bias after clips went viral of him berating the prosecution for its conduct during the trial.Moments after Rittenhouse himself broke down and sobbed uncontrollably on the stand, Judge Bruce Schroeder ordered the jury out of the room and subsequently reprimanded the prosecution for questioning Rittenhouse's post-arrest silence during the trial and referencing evidence

How dare the judge think that people have the right to remain silent! I think MSDNC has lost their mind and have no clue on what justice actually is!

I thought the judge was going to have a stroke on the spot.
The prosecutor looks like an idiot Dim.

Why? Because he's following the Constitution and forcing the prosecutors to do their jobs? Or is this somehow a raycist thing? Any time I see PMSNBC mentioned, I know some bogus racial construct isn't far behind.
It's fun to watch puke libs like this stroke out and demand justice, then in the same day go out and burn down courthouses for keeping coloreds down. FO

It is clearly a case of self defense open and shut that never should have been brought to trial In a society of the rule of law it wouldnt have been But this is a show trial Kyle opposed the narrative and it must be shown what happens to those who do He will be convicted... But we can fix all this! Vote harder! s/o

Sorry, but I can never take anyone named Tiffany seriously. However I just have to wonder if she would be having her little hissy fit if the guy on trial was an Antifa thug.

Gee Tiffy, the ONLY thing standing in the way of you continuing to burn this young man at the stakes is "That Judge".
...and the Laws, and facts, the truth, basic human rights...as well as basic human standards.
Guess what Tiff? Wanna know why/when the rioting STOPPED?
THAT night, because of THIS man.
One of the guys shot had been out rioting in numerous cities for 75 nights straight, another was also a "Riot Regular" in several cities...the 3rd? A child molesting, multiple prison terms Felon, just released from yet another cell and dumped onto the riot shattered street THAT Night.
During the previous two months or so of all three of these societal parasites and jackals depredations and destructions, where was young Rittenhouse?
Completing his Eagle scout processes, volunteering with the Local Fire Dept, Police Dept, Rescue Squad...helping little old ladies across the street, carrying grocery bags for pregnant women, saving puppies and kittens...and picking up trash.(Not bar trash either)
Growing up in Texas the oft told stories were.... Very First question a Cop asks when investigating a shooting..."Was this a Man that needed shooting??" make perfect sense still today.

Only in the warped mind of a PMSNBC numbskull is a judge enforcing the trial's ground rules considered biased.

So we add another MSNBC host to our list of moronic imbeciles who shouldn't be within 10 miles of a TV camera.
Talk about dumbing down America. It seems to be CNN and MSNBC's sworn duty.

FTA: "A story by the Washington Post published on Wednesday characterized the judge as being generally defense-happy."
Does this mean he actually believes the defendant should have a chance to defend themselves fairly in his court? That they are legitimately to be treated decently with a presumption of innocence until proven guilty. (And to think there were some here demanding the judge's head for not directing a verdict of "not guilty.") If Tony Earl appointed this judge, it may be the only thing he did that benefited the residents of Wisconsin.

My local paper is the Manchester Union Leader. It has been posting Reuters articles on the trial that are totally in the tank for the prosecution. The Union Leader used to be a slightly conservative voice in NH but it supported Biden in 2020 and has only gotten worse. Gone are the days when it questioned Muskie back in the days.

Not that a college degree is an end all, however, I would think that when discussing legal matters it would help to have a degree in law or be a member of a Bar or. . . In Tiffany's case she has neither - from Wikipedia "Cross was born in Ohio. She grew up between Cleveland, Ohio and Atlanta, Georgia.[3] When she was a teenager, she wanted to be the "brown Murphy Brown".[4][5]
She attended Clark Atlanta University where she majored in Mass Communications with an emphasis on radio, television, and film." NOTICE - NO DEGREE.
So she is going to render her superior legal opinion - idiot.

I made the mistake while channel surfing to listen to Joy Reid and her guest for a minute. They bemoaned the "pro-defendant" (who is a white, racist, supremacist, philatelist, whatever) three or four times in that time.

There is a significant population of (mostly) young people who were so incensed by their perception of the murder of George Floyd by Derek Chauvin that any person seen as blocking the expression of BLM rage which followed in cities like Kenosha, WI is somehow equated with Chauvin. Its as if Kyle was as guilty as Chauvin and should receive the same lynch mob justice as Chauvin received. People whose minds are this twisted and ideological are the real threat to democracy and the rule of law in America.

This should come as no surprise coming from a racist that wrote a book entitled "Say It Louder: Black Voters, Our Voices, and the Shaping of American Democracy." I wonder if Tiffany would be making the same comment if the defendant in this case was named Laquoan of LaKesa?

Once again, Dr. MLK's (slightly altered) observation is proven, it's not the color of one's skin, it's the content of their skull. Tiffany doesn't have much to work with. It does not require any kind of degree to understand the 2nd Amendment. The libs really wanted Rittenhouse badly so his innocence is going to be hard to swallow.

Remove all of them, and replace the with judges elected to limited terms. The people deserve to know the political ideology of judges. If the people make a mistake and elect a radical, they deserve the opportunity to correct their mistake.
