A nationwide strike against vaccine mandates will take place from Nov. 8 to Nov. 11, according to the main organizer for the walkout, Leigh Dundas, a human rights attorney and public speaker. The event will kick off in Los Angeles on Monday. The locations of the marches have not yet been disclosed. The walkouts involve people from various industries such as trucking and telecom. Air and rail transport workers are not federally allowed to go on strike due to a law passed in 1926 named the Railway Labor Act, but some plan to protest anonymously.

Is anybody even challenging Der Furher's edicts on a basis of constitutionality? Since when do the feds have the authority to dictate that you MUST do something of this nature? I'm sure all the major "news" networks will cover this extensively. (/sarc) Let's Go Brandon!

Speaking of Los Angeles, i.e. California......Gov. Gavin Newsom...... Today "His last public appearance was Oct. 27, when he received a coronavirus booster shot." "I don’t know where Gavin Newsom is and won’t speculate," tweeted Kevin Kiley, a Republican assemblyman from the state. "But it’s pretty strange for the Governor to disappear for 11 days without explanation." As the world turns.........

Dundas needs someone to watch his back. Unfortunately movement leaders came present a tempting visible target. Demented, desperate governments are capable of anything especially if Intel agencies have been corrupted. And Biden has shown himself to care little about the law.

Nearly 15 Million Mail-in-Ballots Unaccounted
for in 2020 Election, Report Says

In the November 2020 general election, whose chaotic results have been vigorously disputed, almost 15 million mail-in ballots went unaccounted for, according to a good-government group that focuses on electoral integrity. The research brief by the Indianapolis-based Public Interest Legal Foundation (PILF) notes that as the nation dealt last year with the CCP virus (which causes COVID-19), various U.S. states “hastily pushed traditionally in-person voters to mail ballots while, at the same time, trying to learn how to even administer such a scenario.”

A Mississippi judge ordered a new runoff election for a local election in Aberdeen after more than three-quarters of absentee ballots cast in the June Democratic runoff election were found to be invalid, while a notary involved in the election was arrested. Judge Jeff Weill, in a 64-page order, said that there is evidence of fraud and criminal activity in how absentee ballots were handled, how they were counted, and actions from individuals at polling places during the runoff election held in Aberdeen, Mississippi. As a result, a new runoff election for the Ward 1 alderman seat is necessary, reported WCBI.

The incoming Biden administration has announced a series of executive actions that open the door for instituting the quasi-Marxist critical theory across the federal government. President Joe Biden would sign documents to “launch a whole-of-government initiative to advance racial equity,” his transition team said in a Jan. 20 release. Equity means equality of outcome, a concept tied to the critical theories that slice up society into identity groups based on race, gender, sexual proclivities, and others, while positing which groups are oppressed and which are the oppressors, similarly to how Marxism labels people as oppressors or the oppressed based on class.

The charges filed by the St. Louis Circuit Attorney Kim Gardner against Mark and Patricia McCloskey already seemed like a political witch-hunt because the couple dared to defend themselves and their property by displaying guns to BLM ‘protesters’ who trespassed on private property back in June. The ‘protesters’ went through a gate onto a private street and allegedly onto the property of the McCloskeys. Mark McCloskey said that the ‘protesters’ also threatened him and his family. They also allegedly broke the wrought-iron gate onto the private street at some point during the incident.

From our side of The Big Ditch, it looks like The Other Guys’ political party is imploding. Suddenly, everything they do is wrong. Their political initiatives, like the impeachment of President Trump, leave them worse off than when they started. Their presidential nominating process is a shambles marked by incompetence, generational splits, geographic splits, oligarchs stepping up and literally buying their way onto the stage, and worse. For all their diversity rhetoric, they are now down to an all-white cast. By this time next week they could also have an all-male cast. They aren’t even who they say they are.

Health workers said poor air quality and heatwaves were responsible for the patient’s symptoms, prompting Dr Merritt to make his first climate change clinical diagnosis. “It’s me trying to process what I’m seeing,” he told Glacier Media. “If we’re not looking at the underlying cause, and we’re just treating the symptoms, we’re just gonna

Former President Barack Obama called on world leaders to save the planet, but he couldn’t quite identify which country he was in. Mr. Obama’s speech Monday at the COP26 climate-change summit is being mocked for his reference to host Scotland as part of the “Emerald Isles,” which is a nickname for Ireland. “Since we’re in the Emerald Isles here let me quote the Bard, William Shakespeare,” Mr. Obama said. “‘What wound,’ he writes, ‘did ever heal but by degrees?’” Observers pointed out Mr. Obama actually committed two gaffes in the same breath. Shakespeare is considered the bard of England—yet another country. Scotland’s bard is poet Robert Burns.

Tacoma, Wash.—A metallurgist in Washington state pleaded guilty to fraud Monday after she spent decades faking the results of strength tests on steel that was being used to make U.S. Navy submarines. Elaine Marie Thomas, 67, of Auburn, Washington, was the director of metallurgy at a foundry in Tacoma that supplied steel castings used by Navy contractors Electric Boat and Newport News Shipbuilding to make submarine hulls. From 1985 through 2017, Thomas falsified the results of strength and toughness tests for at least 240 productions of steel—about half the steel the foundry produced for the Navy, according to her plea agreement, filed Monday in U.S. District Court in Tacoma.

Congress is requiring in its $1.2 trillion infrastructure bill that automakers install monitoring systems in their cars to stop drivers from operating their vehicles while intoxicated. The bipartisan package, which is on its way to the president's desk after passing the House on Friday, allocates around $17 billion for the road safety programs. Monitoring systems to stop drunk drivers would roll out in all new vehicles as early as 2026, according to the new legislation. First, however, the Transportation Department would have to assess what the best form of technology is and give automakers ample time to comply. DOT Secretary Pete Buttigieg said Monday that the safety programs included

The Biden administration in just the past year alone stockpiled the records of more than 54 million U.S. gun owners and is poised to drastically alter gun regulations to ensure that information on Americans who own firearms ultimately ends up in the federal government's hands, according to internal Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms (ATF) documents obtained by the Washington Free Beacon. [snip] The procurement of these records by the ATF comes as the Biden administration moves to alter current laws to ensure that gun records are stored in perpetuity. Currently, gun shops can destroy their records after 20 years, thereby preventing the ATF from accessing the information in the future.

Poor countries, rocked by storms and flooding from climate change, have spent years trying to hold the big carbon-emitters accountable. While most rich nations have fiercely resisted this liability, attendees at COP26 will give it another try in Glasgow next week. The US is the $2 trillion elephant in the room. That figure is a rough estimate (most likely at the very low end) of how much the world’s largest economy could owe other nations if it accepted liability for the “loss and damage” caused by its historical emissions of carbon dioxide, according to Richard Tol, an economics professor at
