New Jersey's last Republican governor Chris Christie told a room full of top GOP donors that it was time for the party to move past Donald Trump - and held up Glenn Youngkin's victory in Virginia and Democrat losses in his own state as proof the controversial ex-president's influence on voters is waning. Speaking at the Republican Jewish Coalition's annual leadership meeting in Las Vegas on Saturday night, Christie urged elected Republican officials and candidates to stop arguing over the 2020 election. He told the crowd that Youngkin's victory represented a 'new era' in the GOP.

It's easy to picture the Conservative Log Cabin NABMLA Republicans teaming up with the equally Conservative National Review to foist upon us a dream ticket of Chris "Krispy Kreme" Christie teamed with ether Nimrata Randhawa, alias Nikki Haley, or maybe Principled Jeff Flake, to guarantee either a loss, or at best holding the line in the Democrat gains, just as The Compassionate Conservative did after taking the place of the co-president Clintons.

Chris Christie is a snake. He doesn’t show his fangs the way some Rino’s do but he is still a snake. He showed me all I needed to know about him in 2014 when, as head of the National Governors Association, he got directly involved in a Colorado Republican primary election for Governor. He used the Republican Attorneys General Association as a cut out to funnel campaign cash to a deep state Republican insuring that the true fiscally conservative Republican, Tom Tancredo, was defeated.

These Rinos like Christie still don’t get it. We can quit you and we have. Once we realized what a pro-America President can do for this country, we never looked back. Now especially after Biden, don’t even come around us telling us what is best for this country when you have done nothing for the good of the country for decades and we know you are nothing but another ambitious politician who believes it’s all about you. We know what a determined pro-America President can do and we also know what he could be doing right now if cowards like you who because you didn’t like his style never bothered to support him when it was clear that democrats had stolen the election from the voters. No doubt you were like every other Rino smiling that self-congratulatory smile because you put your own feelings above that of the country and the principle of right and wrong. You just don’t get it. This is not about Trump but it has everything to do with the fact that he took the fight to the very people who wanted to destroy our country while you and your boys and girls gave the democrats everything they wanted. So no, conservatives will not move on. We have some business to finish and individuals like you are definitely on the agenda. We have had enough of self-serving politicians to last a life time. Crawl back in your hole, we are so over you and your sanctimonious whining when your ilk got us in the mess we are in today. It’s all about courage against all odds. You know, that essential American ethos of spirit that the Rinos of this country simply do not possess. Only a fool fails to see what is in front of him, and it is a tsunami of conservative voters who will never vote for anyone from the political class especially such a well known clown like you.

Christie obviously hasn’t a chance. He is wrong about “moving on” from Trump. He is right that the 2020 election rigging, which is a fact, cannot be prominent in 2024. Trump needs to move on. He was robbed. The outcome cannot be reversed. I had to turn off one of Trump’s recent rallies because I was bored with him litigating 2024. I’m a supporter and I’m tired of hearing about it. Trump, if he decides to run, needs to focus on the future, not the past.

Chris Christie is correct that re-litigating the last election is a waste of time. That ship has sailed. Now, it only distraction away from the crises and disasters created by Joe Biden, Kamala Harris, Nancy Pelosi and Chuck Schumer. Donald Trump was wise not to insert himself into Glenn Youngkin's campaign and victory. The Democrats and MSM have been successful painting him as 'orange man bad.' Youngkin and other Republicans won by conducting a positive, forward looking campaign that addressed voter concerns. The Republicans need to promote like minded candidates. In past elections, they have done a poor job of vetting some of their candidates.

The defense in the murder trial of Kyle Rittenhouse in Kenosha, Wisconsin, moved Wednesday afternoon for a mistrial based on the prosecution’s violations of the defendant’s rights and the judge’s previous rulings about admissible evidence.Defense attorney Corey Chirafisi asked Judge Bruce Schroeder to declare a mistrial “with prejudice,” which would prevent prosecutors from bringing the charges again. That provision, Chirafisi claimed, was necessary to prevent prosecutors from deliberately ruining their own case to get “another kick at the cat.” He said that prosecutors, led by Assistant District Attorney Thomas Binger, had acted in “bad faith” —

Kerry’s comment is among the most explicit to-date of a Biden

Congress is requiring in its $1.2 trillion infrastructure bill that automakers install monitoring systems in their cars to stop drivers from operating their vehicles while intoxicated. The bipartisan package, which is on its way to the president's desk after passing the House on Friday, allocates around $17 billion for the road safety programs. Monitoring systems to stop drunk drivers would roll out in all new vehicles as early as 2026, according to the new legislation. First, however, the Transportation Department would have to assess what the best form of technology is and give automakers ample time to comply. Former President Barack Obama called on world leaders to save the planet, but he couldn’t quite identify which country he was in. Mr. Obama’s speech Monday at the COP26 climate-change summit is being mocked for his reference to host Scotland as part of the “Emerald Isles,” which is a nickname for Ireland. “Since we’re in the Emerald Isles here let me quote the Bard, William Shakespeare,” Mr. Obama said. “‘What wound,’ he writes, ‘did ever heal but by degrees?’” Observers pointed out Mr. Obama actually committed two gaffes in the same breath. Shakespeare is considered the bard of England—yet another country. Scotland’s bard is poet Robert Burns.
