One of the biggest winners in the passage of Biden’s massive $1.2 trillion infrastructure bill will be New York state which could see more than $170 billion in funds from the legislation to revamp roads, airports, water, mass transit, and rail transport. There will also be money for faster ferries, the completion of a high-occupancy vehicles (HOV) lane on the Staten Island Expressway, and the upgrade of the city sewer system to address flooding. The bill was passed by the Senate last August but finally made its way through the House of Representatives just before midnight on Friday with the help of 13 Republicans who broke rank to pass the key component
Makes no difference to me what their motivations were. They are communist enabling scum, who learned nothing from Tuesday.

Broke ranks? Don't BS us, the republicans were in on it from the start, it was just a matter of window dressing.

The Republic of Texas approaches.
Texas, Oklahoma, Kansas, Nebraska, S Dakota, N Dakota, Montana, Alberta (Canada), Saskatchewan (Canada), Manitoba (Canada), and a few states along the sides. Let's go EAST. Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, Florida.
We have every shipping port in The Gulf of Mexico and half the Atlantic and more oil than the Saudis ever dreamed of.
California and New York can print their own money. If they want to trade they can use Panama. We WILL protect our borders ,north, south, east, and west.
If you're coming to visit Texas bring your US passport with the pre-approved visitor's visa.
About done with paying your bills NYC.

They even ran out of actual "Stuff" to spend it all on....so...they added another $55BILLION for a NY "Emergency Discretionary Fund"
This on top of the 10's of $BILLIONS NY got from the last several "Emergency Relief" Bills for COVID and Stimulus....I saw one breakdown where NYC subways and Trains already got over $250 from every single household in the entire country. Similar "Bonus" amounts for Museums, theaters and opera houses...all of which were closed for the entire year..

A demonstration on how stupid and corrupt the NY GOP is. Katko and Reed represent central NY. The fools who voted for them will be paying for NYC waste.

Just like Commiefornia , they spent all of their tax money on useless projects and now the rest of the country is bailing them out. I wonder how quick all of this would shut down if people just quit paying taxes.

Money wasted. It won't bring business or jobs to New York because taxes are too high, too many regulations, and they are soft on crime. Wonder who gets the 170 billion in New York and what connections they have with Congress. They are the only people that will see a benefit from this.
Our government no longer represents us.

After years of neglect due to diverting the funds elsewhere, NYC, like other dem-led cities, is apparently falling apart. There is no assurance the funds dispersed through this legislation will not also vanish. What a boondoggle!

As usual, the Dems offer enough goodies to the opposition in order to get their votes. The 13 Republicans hope that it will be spent wisely. LOL. House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy once again proves his incompetency because they have no fear of him. There's Cheney, Gonzalez and Kinzinger in the House, Collins & Murkowski & Romney(Pierre Delecto) in the Senate. ALL six are RINO pukes.

#3, that's a nice thought, but I live in TX, and I've seen no evidence that is on the horizon....

Naturally, all the money will go to NYC and nothing for rural NY districts. That's the way it works in demonrat controlled NY State.

Why would a supposed conservative Republican Congressman representing a District in Nebraska vote for the Democrat infrastructure bill? Of course supposedly conservative Nebraska does have a history of voting in RINOs who eventually “out” themselves after voting for Democrat legislation and become unelectable.

No wonder GOP Reps voted for it - they're soul-less bloodsucking zombies.
Anyone doing business with Democrats needs to be canceled in the most thorough manner.
Their names should never appear on a ballot without a (D), (S), or (C)
