The jailing of the Jan. 6 riot defendants is not just an obvious miscarriage of justice, given the length of time they've spent in detention without trial. It's also turning into something that's full Soviet.
Here's the latest from one Judge Amy B. Jackson, who, after denying release at least once to one guy, went ahead and let him out. He's a Buffalo, New York-based defendant named Thomas Sibnick, who's recanted:
WASHINGTON — A federal judge reversed her bond decision Tuesday for a Capitol riot defendant accused of robbing a D.C. Police officer — in part because she found "toxic"

When Law becomes weaponized against the citizens, revolution is not far off. Where Law offers no justice, vigilantism is the alternative.
Through their disgusting arrogance, that they pretend is a thoughtful philosophy, they paint themselves as traitors and enemies of Freedom.

Why are they being held without bond in the first place? They aren't flight risks and Trump is no longer President. What danger are they to anyone?

anyone remember the 1962 movie "Manchurian Candidate" with Frank Sinatra and Laurence Harvey and the scenes in the Communist Chinese prison camp? the same applies here and only God knows what these people went through while locked up in the D.C. prison. my feeling, still, is that anyone who entered the Capitol bldg that day should have been arrested and prosecuted but not incarcerated, Soviet Union or Chicom style without knowing anything about their future.

When they do stuff like this, they’re obviously not worried about losing any future elections.

We have seen the enemy and it is the judicial system.

Did he blink SOS for the camera while his captors were watching his 'confession'?
Anyone think we can reason with these beings, or vote our way out of this mess? People better get their heads wrapped around what's coming, and be prepared. This will not end peacefully.

#1 - everyday is becomes clearer it is time for a revolution. Our government is no longer for the people, it no longer works for us. We are an unnecessary interference in their actions.
They no longer have the consent of the governed, they just don’t care (yet).

#3, Feds are notoriously evil when it comes to "criminal justice". They make people disappear, have inmates participate in gladiator competitions, lock people in solitary for no proper reasons, torture inmates simply because they don't like them, etc. My friend used to be a bank robber (he totally straightened up since & he's a very good guy), but when he went to federal prison the first time, they immediately put him on the 4 point tie-down concrete slab naked for no reason. They made him stay there for 3 years. They barely allowed him to get up and stretch for a few minutes once in a while (e.g. once a week or two...maybe a month!) and once every 3 months he was allowed to see the sun for the day). They liquified his food and fed him through a straw and hosed him down daily with a firehose. The longest they are SUPPOSED to leave you on the slab is 2 weeks total. Putting someone on it for three years straight is cruel & unusual punishment. They are monsters.

What a stupid judge.
People will say whatever it takes to be let free, and next time they won't make any announcements about what they are going to do.
This is how revolutions get started.

He's probably Antifa and was only their to stir things up. The judge doesn't realize that on election night, Fox was smugly telling America that despite Trump being up by hundreds of thousands of votes in the key battleground states alone, that the election would suddenly change for Biden, once the absentee ballots were counted (e.g., manufactured).

This also happened to a woman who was at the capital. She and her family, as well as a recent acquaintance (she met this lady at the beginning of the tour and they stayed together as they walked through the Capital. She never had any words with authorities. Enjoyed the tour. After she got home the FBI et al came to her home, arrested her, jailed her. For insurrection. The only way she could get away was to go before a judge and renounce President Trump. She lost her job. Never would have thought this kind of thing would happen in our, my couintry.

I said it once & I will say it again the so called Mueller investigation should have been a warning of the vast corruption in the agencies & courts in DC. 54 million $$$ wasted .....1800 subpoenas, 800 warrants, 18 prosecutors .. just to destroy Trump without reason . Republicans sat by & allowed it to happen.
