One of the political prisoners being held in jail for participating in the Capitol riot, Nathan DeGrave, sent a letter that was released on Twitter alleging horrific conditions in the D.C. jail for January 6 prisoners. DeGrave’s letter alleged “extreme medical neglect,” mental and physical abuse, “unlivable conditions,” dirty water, and starvation. His allegations resulted in a surprise inspection to back up his claims. [Tweet] According to the Washington Post, “the unannounced inspection, from Oct. 18 to Oct. 23, began five days after a federal judge in Washington found the jail warden, Wanda Patten, and D.C. “… and yet they are being treated like Guantanamo detainees with no relief in sight.” No. No, they’re NOT being treated like Guantanamo detainees. Maybe they all need to identify as Muslim. (I wish I knew how to help them.)

The Biden regime WANTS the public to know how bad conditions are at the DC jail. The Biden regime WANTS the public to know that the January 6 protestors are not being transferred out. The Biden regime WANTS the public to know that Trump supporters are being mistreated and that there are DOUBLE STANDARDS. Psychological operations.

Having several friends who attended the January 6 gesture of approval for President Trump, I can vouch for the gentle nature of this event. It was a “lark” for most, but a serious and peaceful lark, with outrage at the election steal. The evidence that whatever violence occurred was encouraged and instigated by democrat “plants” is overwhelming. How these people can still be persecuted is unforgivable. Conservative politicians, other than the few with some principle, need to take a courage pill and get off their behinds. I realize that Politician and Principle is more often than not a contradiction in terms.

“ The Sixth Amendment guarantees the rights of criminal defendants, including the right to a public trial without unnecessary delay, the right to a lawyer, the right to an impartial jury, and the right to know who your accusers are and the nature of the charges and evidence against you.” The Legal Law Institute Isn’t there a law firm who can help these 40 1/6 protestors? Or a federal judge with a sense of decency? Keeping citizens in jail for 9+ months for what will be trespassing violations is grossly excessive. Would guess that all 40 have lost their jobs and possibly businesses during this period, and have been imprisoned long enough to serve as a warning to those wanting to protest the Biden regime. What more do Biden, Garland and Wray want in order to protect and expand their powers?

This is un American and uncivil in every way. The DC Jail should be sued for this travesty of justice. Actually it should be condemned. It's a disgrace. I hope all the J6 inmates get justice and rich for what they've been through.

Someone needs to be held accountable that we have people in solitary, don't have an attorney, have not been mirandized, unhealthy cells, etc. , this is the US??? Whatever happened to the right of every citizen??? Are the J6 just prisoners???? For what? The Federal Bureau of Idiots even declared that this was a revolutionary act. So why are they being held??? Perhaps it's time to move to the former USSR????

Rather than emerging as scheduled into the world of ‘build back better’, 2021 has ushered in a twilight reality in which the coronavirus pandemic is never quite over, the economy far from recovered, the long awaited Green future proved completely unaffordable, and political unrest is a growing concern. It’s a hostile environment for an administration seeking reelection. One interesting question to consider is how Joe Biden will deal with this adverse turn of events. For one he will need to reshuffle a coalition disappointed with his failures. “Nearly 10 months into his presidency, some of Biden’s most loyal contributors and top fundraisers are feeling neglected, if not outright cast aside,

Democrats are questioning whether President Joe Biden can lead the party to victory in a 2024 presidential election as his polling collapse continues. Ten months into office and inflation on the rise, supply chain woes leaving shelves empty, and disappointing economic growth, voters say the country's future looks bleak. Democratic priorities on immigration and voting rights are stalled. Biden's promised legislative packages, including a bipartisan infrastructure bill popular with swing-district Democrats and a social spending package, remain stalled. “People are upset, people are frustrated … Voters see things getting worse,” Democratic pollster Celinda Lake said while discussing the results of Georgetown University’s latest Battleground and Civility Poll

The global energy shortage is making Green look like a failure, laments the New York Times, even as politicians meet to enshrine it. “Some governments across the continent now fear that higher heating bills this winter could bolster populists in upcoming national elections in several countries. Hungary has claimed that rising gas prices are linked to the European Union’s climate ambitions, which its prime minister, Viktor Orban, decried as ‘utopian fantasy.’ Poland, a major coal producer that has never been a fan of the European Commission’s emissions-reductions targets, has pressed Brussels to change or delay some of its proposed measures.” But it’s not Green’s fault.
