The U.S. Government has hit and raised the debt limit year after year ever since I can remember and we are now feeling the consequences.Senator Rand Paul (R-KY) in a back forth with Senator Mike Lee (R-UT) forecasted some of the dangers of this massive government spending.“It is alarming. It is foolish and unwise for us to say, oh, it’s there are no consequences. I think there will be consequences. And the number one that we’re seeing now is inflation,” Paul Stated.

Rand Paul is about the only one left that seems to give a damn about the out of control spending by FedGov. The other 99 are content to spend America into oblivion as long as they get theirs personally.

1 Day Ago........ The political chameleon: "Sen. Lindsey Graham: "Well, we screwed up. For two months, we promised our base and the American people that we would not help the Democratic Party raise the debt ceiling so they could spend $3.5 to $5 trillion through reconciliation. At the end of the day, we blinked. Two things have happened: We let our people down, and we made Democrats believe that we are all talk and no action." Mitch "MultiUseless" McConnell is probably awaiting a case of fine wine from Chuck "Slime" Schumer. Oh wait, MultiUseless wrote an angry letter regarding Slime and "angry incompetence". Go Paper Tiger, you're doing what you do best! Don't forget to use exclamation points!

Senator Paul's term "black swan" has possibilities of being called racists by our enemy. I would have preferred a Periwinkle Blue Swan. With galloping inflation caused by demoncraps a trillion here and a trillion there I may end up eating the bark off of trees.

Inflation is bad, but what is driving inflation.? STUPIDITY. Stupid Biden elected by stupid Democrats and making stupid decisions to cancel all of the good done by President Donald Trump. Canceling the oil pipeline and not allowing drilling and replacing our Independence on foreign oil by begging the Saudi's to pump more. Oil prices rising makes everything cost more. Not only in America but all over the world they should be thanking Biden for increasing their costs. In the meantime they want to drive us further in debt and destroy the American Dollar by printing Trillions with nothing to stand behind it.

How hard up is Virginia Democratic gubernatorial candidate Terry McAuliffe at this point? He took a beating from his opponent, Republican Glenn Youngkin, in the last debate, particularly over the issue of parents having a say in their children’s education. McAuliffe got into deep trouble, saying, “I don’t think parents should be telling schools what they should teach.”He then got into more trouble the next day trying to defend that indefensible statement when he said, “You don’t want parents coming in, in every different school district saying this is what should be taught here and this is what should be taught there.” Apparently, McAuliffe has never been to a school board meeting

House Minority Whip Steve Scalise cast some doubt on the 2020 presidential election when he was pressed Sunday by Fox News host Chris Wallace on whether former President Donald Trump’s continued claims that the election was stolen from him are legitimate. The discussion between the two men came hours after the former president reiterated his claims of a stolen election during a rally held in Des Moines, Iowa.“They used Covid in order to cheat and rig. Remember this is not about me being robbed of an election. This is about the American people having their country taken away from them,” Trump reportedly said.

Talk of “peace in our time” is exactly the wrong answer to China’s “We’re ready to rumble” message. Washington needs to act, and now, to get Beijing to back down.

The gas-powered equipment to be banned uses small off-road engines, a broad category that includes generators, lawn equipment, pressure washers, chainsaws, weed trimmers and even golf carts. Under the new law these machines must be zero-emissions, meaning they'll have to be battery-powered or plug-in.(Snip)'This is a pretty modest approach to trying

We’ve been talking about how bad the polling has been for Joe Biden, even in deep-blue states like Minnesota. How do you know when it’s getting really bad? When even CNN — usually all in to pimp for Biden — is acknowledging how underwater he is in job approval. He’s down even with Democrats, but what they say is really animating the poll is how much he has dropped with independents. As CNN’s John Berman and Harry Enten put it, the technical term is “not good.” He’s down 10 points among Democrats, 12 among Republicans, but among independents, he’s down 19 points.
