Maricopa County Election Audit Actually Says

It doesn't matter what the results are. Nothing is going to change

If the election audit were a class action lawsuit, the results to date would be the first phase of discovery, followed by forensic examinations of ballots, digital data and equipment, followed by depositions of percipient and expert witnesses. That is why the courts were so reluctant to weigh into a potentially massive case in which the election results were time sensitive. There was simply no available body of evidence presented that the courts could overturn the results before inauguration day. Do I think there was fraud, even enough to have changed the results in several states? Mama Kimball didn't raise no dummies. My common sense and empirical knowledge of the circumstance tell me there was plenty of motive, means and opportunity. The audits should go forward in order to provide the clearest possible answer for history and future legislation. However, anyone who thinks that Trump may still be installed as president does not know much about the law. We are stuck with the idiot-in-charge until the idiot-in-waiting steps before the end of his term.

The fraud was committed when the SoS certified that the vote totals were "true and accurate" when they could not honestly make that statement but perjured themselves anyway. They had a responsibility to protect the integrity of the voters in Arizona and they lied. The electoral votes awarded to Biden should be reversed until the actual count can be legitimately determined through a canvass or other means. You can't just say the whole election was a sham and then expect everybody to just walk away like suckers and pretend the other guy won. I doesn't work that way in Las Vegas and it won't work that way in Maricopa Co. Arizona.

This is exactly what most of us expected. Only the hopelessly deluded thought otherwise with daft hopes of Trump back in the Whitehouse by springtime. If Bidenites were capable of committing wholesale fraud they were certainly able to cover their tracks and have clearly done so.

They have shown sloppy work, and loose procedures, but no proof of fraud. The Ninja audit didn't pursue any leads of fraud, but instead, descended into writing boilerplate about how future elections could be improved. This is the type of audit work, where they don't have to do any real work, and the officials don't have to confront any past wrongdoings, but instead will make some meaningless changes, so they will say, it never happens again, all meaningless, because it always does happen again.

Since I never expected anything in the first place, I cannot be disappointed. America's Audit, indeed.

if we roll over and let the commies continue I am hanging up my spurs and I would encourage our President to do the same and tell these ingrates to go to Hell - as he always says he didn't need this job but he did it because he loves this country and what the country did to him was the most contemptible of all actions ever taken against a beloved public figure in modern history - i will only accept total political annihilation of the demcommies and nothing else.

The fraud was never in the counting, its was in the voting, way too many ballots from unknown sources.

The thugs-in-charge erased the database in the machines. They erased the software in the machines, They erased or wrote over all the logs of events. These things are what a criminal would be doing to cover up criminal activity. These are NOT things that any honest group would be doing. IMO, that right there proves that they KNOW that they committed fraud. The actual audit shows questionable (potentially fraudulent} votes which are four to five times the margin of victory claimed by Traitor Joe. Since they erased all the logs, software and computer databases, they (as they no doubt intended) made it nearly impossible to PROVE the fraud. But clearly there is a LOT rotten in the voting in Maricopa County.

Ignore all the spin. Here's what the report says: Whatever happened here will never be entered on the official record, if actually known. The "process" is the problem, our primary concern, and none of this other stuff really matters...we've done our duty that satisfies nobody and settles nothing.

"There were 42,727 impacted ballots ranked as “high” or “critical” severity—that’s four times the certified margin of victory. If you include “medium” severity discrepancies, there were 53,214 impacted ballots—more than five times the certified margin of victory. Overall, there were 57,734 impacted ballots." A very disappointing Article. It does not even define "impacted ballot." How impacted? What differentiates high from critical and medium? How many ballots were cast by unregistered voters irrespective of political party? I hope the audit is not nearly as incomplete as the Article.

Would appreciate some verification by an expert, but I recall that in fraud cases involving criminals (e.g., mob or cartel bosses), if evidence under subpoena is destroyed by the defendant, the court typically assumes the destroyed evidence was proof of guilt, and the destruction of evidence is considered evidence of guilt. In this case, if Dominion or anyone else (really doesn't matter who) wiped the election servers (FTA: "Logs appeared to be intentionally rolled over, and all the data in the database related to the 2020 General Election had been fully cleared."), it was done to hide election fraud, and every related allegation of election fraud is thereby proven to be true.

Until the original, unwiped Dominion servers are audited, the audit is only half-done. You know, the ones with live-links to the internet, the ones that factor-weighted every ballot, whose logs have now been wiped, and whose owners swear up and down that their machines are honest, but they won't permit an audit, so just trust them.

I am looking for some sort of anchor for this turbulent Ship of State. Poster #8 comes very close to easing my patriotic headache; I can agree that Donald Trump is a Giver--having enthusiastically given this country his promises, kept. For all of Senator Biden's lying bluster, he is very nearly in the Clinton class of Grifter/Taker. Lunchbox Joe has given nothing at all to this country that wasn't completely set up for him. If, as Hamlet said to Horatio, ''There are more things in heaven and earth, Horatio, Than are dreamt of in our philosophy'' then not half of this sorry election fraud will ever be told. Trump the man has too much class to do it, but speaking for myself, I'd be so tempted to shake the dust of Washington DC from my shoes. President Trump deserves better!

The poster says the law won't allow this election to be corrected in any way and we are stuck with Traitor Joe. I don't believe that. Yes, as far as I know, there is nothing in the Constitution that has a direct remedy for a stolen election. However, this report is merely a tiny portion of the entire picture. We still have many more audits and outcomes yet to be revealed. We have, at minimum, Arizona, Wisconsin, Georgia, and Michigan as well as other lawsuits, etc. to expose the bigger picture. Then, there are the Durham investigations, and other exposés that should be considered. As the public continues to see how big and manipulative the entire scheme has been, we should start to see more and more demands to decertify the election and take whatever steps necessary to not only ensure future integrity of our elections, but to redress the wrongdoing in any way possible. Of course, that would require each and every one of us to stop being complacent sheeple and speak out and take action. There are forces working in our side. This is a highly complex situation and the strategic developments will enable us to shed our cynicism and join in much easier. Just know that no matter what, here are always ways to right the wrong. Just remember... NO FEAR...NO SURRENDER!!!

Doesn't the NSA have everything ever written on the internet....even this comment? Or your phone for that matter. It's amazing! Who is REALLY running this Country and the World for that matter. I'm just one person who has no power, except at the moment I can comment about it. But I see it! Others do too. More and more each day.
