Voters in Minneapolis, the city where George Floyd died in police custody, sparking months of destructive protests, will now be able to vote in the upcoming municipal elections on abolishing the police department, the Minnesota Supreme Court said in a reversal of a lower court ruling. The decision concluded: The decision of the district court filed on September 14, 2021, granting the petition of respondents’ Don Samuels et al., to correct the ballot, requiring local election officials to provide notice instructing voters not to vote on the ballot question, and enjoining local election officials from tallying, counting or in any way considering votes cast on the ballot question, is reversed.

Comments:

I hope it becomes a TV series so I can stream all the excitement when the cops are all laid off.

And, since the National Sociopath/Marxist party now determines the outcome of all "voting", it's a done deal.

Wonder what the suburbs and farming communities are going to handle the waves of criminals and starving people that will soon be infiltrating their communities on a crime and looting rampage? The better start forming neighborhood defense groups or vastly beef up their police force. Suicide by voting is now the norm in the communist death democrats cities and states. Be prepared and stay safe. Collapse is coming.

The decision is akin to Roe Vs. Wade in that 1) Abortion is legal only because no one approving the Constitution would have imagined legalizing the slaughter of unborn children, 2) The state court agreed that it could not find any written reason to outlaw genuine stupidity.

I think it will be most instructional for them to abolish their police department. From 500 miles south, it will be interesting to watch the chaos, mayhem and destruction. If I lived in Minne-Mogadishu, I'd have sold out and moved long ago. Those folks remaining are in for a dangerous, violent, ugly time.

Trump should barnstorm the city in favor of keeping the police. Then voters will be forced to side with Trump or let wild mobs rule the city. Liberals will no longer be able to hide behind the cutesy signs on their yards. It's either agree with Trump or be cowering in the basement day and night.

When I was a kid Mutual of Omaha's Wild Kingdom was Sunday night family TV and most of the time the footage was from some far flung savana or jungle in Africa or Asia. Excellent and fascinating TV. Little did we know that in the new millennia, we could simply toss up some webcams on the streets of MNSP and bring it all home. All we need now is Marlin Perkins narrating.

Look on the bright side. With no police force, there's nothing stopping the good citizens from correcting the problem once and for all, in a most permanent manner. Assuming the remaining citizens are capable of grasping the root cause of their societal problems. If they can grasp it, they ought to start at the very top, first.

The Green Pass can be obtained by showing proof of vaccination against the coronavirus, demonstrating recovery from the coronavirus, or by showing a negative rapid antigen or PCR test, the Vatican ordinance states. The decree also declares that the Green Pass mandate extends to the Vatican’s extraterritorial properties stipulated by the 1929 Lateran Treaty, which include Vatican-owned churches throughout Italy. California Governor Gavin Newsom’s first move after he beat the recall effort in California was to sign legislation allowing lots to be subdivided which would effectively eliminate suburbs. The legislation was obviously frowned upon by suburban voters. As The New York Times reported, lawmakers were worried about “angering suburban voters, whose preferences for single-family home living have been regarded as politically sacrosanct.” SB 9 “was furiously opposed by homeowners and local government groups who said it ‘crushes single-family zoning’ and would be ‘the beginning of the end of homeownership in California,'” the Times said.
