In the midst of the isolation that ensued due to COVID-19 quarantines and school lockdowns, some parents have described how a new “social contagion” crept quietly into homes to infect and transform their children. It was given a name in a 2018 study: rapid-onset gender dysphoria. Now, parents are sounding the alarm. In September 2020, January Littlejohn of Tallahassee, Florida, was shocked when her 13-year-old daughter inadvertently revealed a secret. School officials wanted to know which bathroom she preferred to use “as a result of her requested name change.” More shocking was her discovery of a plan devised during a private meeting held with her daughter and school officials without her

So-called “social media” may be the worst scourge to hit our kids.

Like witchcraft hysteria centuries ago. Kids hear about weird things, see others getting attention for being weird rather than accomplished, and the behavior spreads.

I graduated for, High School in 1962. Never did I ever hear of people becoming transgerer. I only knew of a very few guys who were gay. There may have been more but they had the sense then to stay in the closet.

This trans fad (and that's what it is - a fad) is an insult to all those who were born with actual birth defects that messed up their gender. It is disrespect to all who were born with the DNA defect that made them androgen insensitive.

Parents are required to meet minimal standards of support. They provide more out of love, obligation, and more. If my kid pulled this crap on me, I would change all internet passwords, stop paying for the cell phone, and provide nutritious gruel for the three squares as well as a minimal list of clothing. No make up. No jewelry. And no services. This is how you run the washer. If you don't clean plates, you eat on paper ones. Etc.

A person I have worked with for years- told me she was a Christian when I first met her and used to attend an actual solid bible church. I could never get a read on her because I have never seen evidence her Christianity. She heavily supports all things liberal and is quite snobby about it. She tells us her and all her kids are Mensa. She just told us all her youngest daughter of 12, is now "Bob" and her and her snobby husband who is also very judgemental and full of himself, are both fine with it. Their social media posts now are full of trangender info and transgender leaders. I have to admit, I was shocked.

Prior to the current efforts by the homosexual lobby to confuse the issue for its own benefit, the incidence of sexual confusion stemming from birth occurred in ONE of every 1,000 births at its greatest.

WASHINGTON — The Supreme Court on Tuesday refused to block a ruling from a federal judge in Texas requiring the Biden administration to reinstate a Trump-era immigration program that forces asylum seekers arriving at the southwestern border to await approval in Mexico. The court’s brief unsigned order said that the administration had appeared to act arbitrarily and capriciously in rescinding the program, citing a decision last year refusing to let the Trump administration rescind the Obama-era program protecting the young immigrants known as dreamers.

One House Democrat has revealed top U.S. diplomatic and military officials have suggested completing evacuations from Kabul’s chief airport by the August 31 deadline could be too tall a task. Two top Republicans on the House Oversight Committee are requesting the U.S. Department of Defense explain its plans to prevent billions of dollars worth of U.S. weapons from being used by the Taliban. “As a direct result of the Biden Administration’s poorly planned and executed U.S. withdrawal from Afghanistan, the Taliban is now armed with a significant arsenal of U.S.-made weaponry. Worse, it would appear the Biden Administration has no clue what or how many weapon platforms are now owned and operated by the Taliban,” the GOP lawmakers wrote in a letter to Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin.

In a rather bizarre attempt to deflect criticism of President Joe Biden’s inept handling of the withdrawal effort in Afghanistan, National Security Advisor Jake Sullivan lied about former President Trump’s dealings with Afghan allies. The U.S. Capitol Police officer who fatally shot Ashli Babbitt on Jan. 6 during the insurrection was cleared Monday after an internal review concluded the action may have spared the lives of lawmakers and staffers who had barricaded themselves inside the building. "The officer’s actions were consistent with the officer’s training and (U.S. Capitol Police) policies," the agency's inquiry found. The agency declined to identify the officer. Federal prosecutors decided in April not to pursue criminal charges in the case. Some who supported the Capitol siege by rioters angry about the outcome of the presidential election cast Babbitt as a martyr to the conservative cause.
