The U.S. Capitol Police officer who fatally shot Ashli Babbitt on Jan. 6 during the insurrection was cleared Monday after an internal review concluded the action may have spared the lives of lawmakers and staffers who had barricaded themselves inside the building.
"The officer’s actions were consistent with the officer’s training and (U.S. Capitol Police) policies," the agency's inquiry found. The agency declined to identify the officer.
Federal prosecutors decided in April not to pursue criminal charges in the case.
Some who supported the Capitol siege by rioters angry about the outcome of the presidential election cast Babbitt as a martyr to the conservative cause.

Of course he was cleared, is anyone surprised? One further step down in our national descent and disgrace. My sympathies and prayers to Ashli Babbitt's family.

Ger=ogre Floyd died of a drug overdose while the police followed policy and training. That didn't stop them from being charged with murder, going to prison and having their lives destroyed.
But George was a black criminal and Ashli was a white patriot so it all makes sense.

Bring civil charges. Sue the hell out of him. Call witnesses. This is government corruption. Totalitarian State ruthlessness. These thugs must be investigated. Expose this corrupt coverup and the politicians and FBI involvement in this scandal. Every policeman in the country would not receive this treatment. Again, two systems of law—one for the government elite, and more for the American citizen.

Michael Leroy Byrd entered a situation with intent to shoot as he waved his pistol around with his finger on the trigger. Then he fired the gun without cause. Michael Leroy Byrd is guilty of negligent homicide, at best.

Cleared means Government sanctioned Murder. Next up - Concentration camps, ethnic cleansing, summary executions by the Federal Communist Death Democrat Government, starting with the unvaccinated.

"The officer’s actions were consistent with the officer’s training and (U.S. Capitol Police) policies,"
So, Nancy's Gestapo are trained to wave their pistols around with their fingers on the trigger, and to shoot unarmed citizens without warning?
I have been a cop in several departments, and several states, and nowhere did I receive training like that! Nor were my department's policies like that.
Whoever murdered Ashli Babbit is scum, just like Lon Horichi.

This sets the new standard. Every police department is allowed to do their own internal investigation on police shootings and it can not be questioned.

From the article -
"The U.S. Capitol Police officer who fatally shot Ashli Babbitt on Jan. 6"
Can a reasonable minded person conclude that it was, OFFICIALLY, a Capitol Police officer that shot and killed Ashli Babbitt?
From the article -
"The Capitol Police Office of Professional Responsibility"
Can a reasonable minded person conclude that it was, OFFICIALLY, a Capitol Police officer that shot and killed Ashli Babbitt?
Any truth to the speculation, on the Internet, that the person that shot and killed Ashli Babbitt is currently on a government payroll, has had a name identity change and currently resides outside the metropolitan area of Washington, DC which that person resided inside the area before January 6?
Will the current government ever OFFICIALLY inform the American public as to who shot and killed Ashli Babbitt?
Does Capitol Police Chief J. Thomas Manger know, OFFICIALLY, who shot and killed Ashli Babbitt?
Awaiting an OFFICIAL response from the government........about 7.5 months from January 06, 2021.

They continue to say the officers execution of an innocent protester potentially save the lives of Congress persons. But one wonders, which Congress person's life is worth more than an innocent protestor? Why was execution the only option when hundreds were in that Capitol with other officers smiling and waving at the protestors? And the joke down as the FBI says there was no insurrection! Congress, the Supreme Joke of the United States and for sure the 'Executive Branch' have all proven their lives are not, NOT more valuable than a any US citizen. Executing a protestor to protect the live of even one worthless congressperson is no justification for cold blooded murder.

A civil lawsuit could subpoena all of the capitol surveillance tapes...so I therefore any civil lawsuit, no matter how much they sue for, will settle out of court.
