Two brothers have been charged with murder over the shooting death of Chicago police officer Ella French. Emonte Morgan, 21, is charged with first-degree murder of a peace officer, attempted first-degree murder of a peace officer, aggravated unlawful use of a weapon, and unlawful use of a weapon by a felon. His brother, Eric Morgan, 22, is charged with aggravated unlawful use of a weapon, unlawful use of a weapon by a felon, and obstruction of justice. The charges were announced by the Chicago Police Department on Monday evening with the brother due in court for a bail hearing on
