In the history of the pandemic in the U.S., 2020 will be remembered as the most disruptive year, a time when the coronavirus shut down businesses, schools, sports, travel and many more staples of everyday life. But 2021 has surpassed its predecessor as the deadliest year. That threshold, especially lamentable considering the widespread availability of COVID-19 vaccines in the country since the spring, was crossed Tuesday when the U.S.'s world-leading total of coronavirus deaths went over the 704,000 mark. The 2020 tally was 352,000, or half that number. On Tuesday afternoon, the Washington National Cathedral plans to toll its funeral

You're doing a heck of a job Joey. More deaths than under Trump - when very few had the vaccine.

Useless Suckers Always, not just Today, gets it wrong again. The coronavirus did not shut anything down, idiot democrat governments did. A problem with less than 1% of our population should not even produce a hiccup in the functioning of US cities yet they were allowed to bring the economy to a standstill, cripple police departments, legalize looting, arson and murder and make huge profits on ineffective pharmaceuticals and useless masks. How stupid can this country get? Stay tuned.

Would there have been fewer deaths if cheap, effective, readily available treatments were promoted instead of being denied in order to benefit the drug companies? Adding up this and Afghanistan and abortion of live babies still doesn't put the Biden Administration and the modern Democrat (read "Marxist") Party near the top of the list of mass murderers, but they ARE on the list, and, unlike Stalin and Mao and Pol Pot, OUR MARXISTS are not done competing.

So lets see. more than half the population of this country have had the full vaccination stuff this year and none last year, correct. Then one could conclude that the number of deaths comparing the first 9 months of this year to the full year of 2020 that the number of cases in 2020 would be higher. However, that is not the case, right? Based on this, why the hell are they pumping this vaccination agenda? The vaccine isn't the answer. Treatment is. It is criminal to withhold medications that are proven to work in other countries. We need to stop acting like sheep and be wolves to stop this insanity.

For reporters, these three are stunningly uncurious. When I heard about these death figures, I want to see real data on who is dying. Vaccinated or not? Distribution by age? Underlying conditions? What is the real story? Instead all we get is regurgitation of The Narrative the misinformation-driven refusal by so many Americans to get vaccinated. Yet even in the same paragraph they acknowledge the virus "continues to adapt", which undermines the effectiveness of the vaccines. Is the vaccine reducing or causing deaths? Or is it a wash or what? I'd like to know, especially since I'm older with a few health concerns, and I'm vaccinated.

Hmm, what's different this year? Oh yeah, most people are vaccinated. More people are dying. 1 + 1 = .....probably not still 2. Furthermore, the death rate for the entire years of both 2019 and 2020 are essentially the same. How could we have a pandemic but not have more people die? There was no pandemic, but the killer jabs are here to do the job so we sort of do now and all kinds of people are dying. And, the bastards are blaming the unvaccinated. It's almost more than I can take.

When will the career bureaucrats use a statistical model or even an Excel spreadsheet to display the 700,000 by demographics to provide a risk assessment instead of, we're all gonna die! And we know a 51 year old lady, went to her viewing, and a 52 year old man, our nephew is going to his viewing this Saturday, that have died two weeks apart after getting their 2nd injections. We suspect that neither death made it on to the VAERS tracking and; as others have replied, the bureaucrats raw data is probably manipulated and of no value.

SEATTLE - Twenty years ago, just days before the 9/11 attacks on the United States crippled the aerospace industry, Boeing Co (BA.N) moved its headquarters from its historic Seattle manufacturing hub to a stylish downtown Chicago skyscraper. The move was central to Boeing's plan to forge a new identity as a diversified global juggernaut, distancing top executives from the daily operations inside far-flung business units, and getting closer to Wall Street and major customers. Two decades on, in the midst of a fresh crisis shaking the industry, Boeing's corporate hub is in a state of limbo. A new crop of

Charlotte’s refugee resettlement agencies are warning of a potential roadblock for the influx of Afghans who fled the country during the Taliban takeover in August: finding an affordable place to live. Resettlement agencies — those tasked with providing support for refugees, asylum seekers and others who flee international crises — rely on landlords for open apartments and houses where they can place displaced families. In Charlotte, though, it will be complicated. Housing markets are tight. Apartments and houses are bought up or rented quickly, leaving few options for the agencies tasked with helping vulnerable international families who are starting new

The bill, sponsored by Councilmembers Teresa Mosqueda and Dan Strauss, will replace the city’s single-family zoning moniker with "neighborhood residential zoning," according to MyNorthwest. While it won't change the actual makeup of Seattle’s density, it does away with a term regarded by critics as rooted in discriminatory red-lining policies. "The legislation passed today brings us one step closer to a more inclusive Seattle," Mosqueda said in a news release following the bill’s passage. It should be obvious that no sane parent would ever allow ideology to supersede the proper education of her children. Yet, during the past year, it has become equally clear that many of the nation’s school systems are indoctrinating students using politically tendentious curricula that most of the public considers . . . well . . . insane. This has resulted in widespread protests by parents of all political persuasions to which school boards have responded with stunning hostility. The magnitude of this animus was revealed this week when the National School Boards Association (NSBA) equated parents with “domestic terrorists,” and the Biden administration directed the FBI to investigate them.
