Mayors of Texas border communities, as well as a prominent family medicine doctor, are sounding the alarm about the spread of COVID-19. They are calling on the Biden administration for help. Illegal migrants are testing positive for COVID-19 as they flood the southern border. One well-respected doctor in Rio Grande City, Texas says it is not a coincidence that his medical practice has seen a significant “uptick in cases in the last couple of weeks.” The Rio Grande City area reports a 900% increase in the number of illegal migrants who tested positive for COVID-19 last month. Dr. Antonio Falcon points his finger at the Biden administration’s policies.

But.............it's all Governor Abbott's fault that there are so many cases in Texas. What a load of crap from the criminal Dems. When Trump was President - all the Covid evils were from federal government incompetency - aka Dr. Fraud-ci) but now that Dementia Joe has been installed through a fraudulent election - everything wrong is at the state level - but only in red states. Do they really think the American people are that stupid? The answer is yes!!!!

They clearly are doing everything possible to spread the Chinese virus across the country. It seems that they INTEND to infect more Americans. How can any other conclusion be drawn? They refuse to enforce the laws against diseased people entering the country. They may claim that they don't want to kill Americans, but actions speak loader than words.

Fear not, Texas Gov. Dolittle is on the job. Two months ago plus 1 week he announced that he was taking bold action. Is that enough, or do people expect him to follow up with, you know, action? June 1, 2021: "Governor Greg Abbott today issued a disaster declaration along Texas' southern border in response to the border crisis, providing more resources and strategies to combat the ongoing influx of unlawful immigrants. The Governor is authorizing the use of all necessary and available state and local resources to protect landowners in these counties from trespassers and the damage they cause to private property. The Governor has also directed the Texas Department of Public Safety to enforce all federal and state criminal laws, including criminal trespassing, smuggling, and human trafficking." https://gov.texas.gov/news/post/governor-abbott-issues-disaster-declaration-in-response-to-border-crisis-in-texas

Is there ever a scenario where our military, in protecting our borders, would use live ammunition? Or should we just disband the military and let whomever just walk in? What the hell do we have a military for?

Sneak into the US, get processed by Border Patrol, then transported to an unsuspecting town in Texas or somewhere else and be let free. The illegals are then left wondering and the small towns are left to provide services for them. Now they are overwhelming the already strained medical services of border towns with dumped off Covid positive illegals. The local governments are expected to pick up the bill for the illegals. Biden then blames the Governors and thei states for the increases in Covid due to the illegals being dumped on them, all while feigning ignorance of their existence or plight. The Biden Border Plan is a complete debacle.

You're right. Illegals, well or sick, have been invited in by this president. And they are coming from across the world. We can continue to mask up and take booster vaccinations ad nauseam, but so long as the virus finds a way to get in, it will, it's doing it's job. Reminds me of the movie "Airplane" where people are declaring their possessions while terrorists walk past with rockets. We, the people, know what is happening and we appear to be helpless to stop it. Who do we need to get to stop this? Republicans? Constitutional lawyers? Who?

We seem to be veering toward being like England. Shiny brass-buttoned military parades with best precision marching and prancing for the Queen’s birthday. Is military called out to stop illegals coming across the Channel from France? Are they called out to stop all the increasing No-Go-Zones across England from bullying townspeople? No. Guess the military and Texas’ premier law enforcement cannot be used for an out and out invasion either. The Texas Rangers and really, more of the Texas NG needs to be utilized! Mayors of border towns complaining all the National Guard Abbott keeps “going to” call up few in number. They are told to stand down while illegals pass. Most NG are sent to help with “processing” #7 is right.

Joe Biden held a press conference briefing to talk about infrastructure today. I wonder if he would have set it up if he knew in advance that New York Gov. Cuomo was going to resign and that he would definitely have to field questions about it. As we previously stated, he didn’t look well coming back into the White House after taking a four-day weekend and calling early lids. Then he’s also supposed to leave early for Camp David on Thursday. Nice job — two days of “work,” if you can call it that. But his gait looked really bad. It’s been bad in the past but it looked worse as

The Texas Supreme Court Tuesday voided a district judge's temporary restraining order that blocked the threat of arrest for Democratic lawmakers who fled the state last month. Republican Gov. Greg Abbott threatened to arrest the nearly 60 Democratic representatives who fled the Texas legislature in order to block Republicans from establishing a quorum and passing a contested voting reforms bill. The state's Supreme Court ruling came after Abbott and House Speaker Dade Phelan petitioned the court Monday to overturn the protection order, meaning the lawmakers could all face arrest if they return from their month-long hiatus. The Texas Supreme Court on Monday rejected a request from Texas state House Democrats to overturn Gov. Greg Abbott's (R) veto on funding for the state's legislature. Filed in June, the petition argued that Abbott's veto was unconstitutional and violated the separation of powers between branches of government. Abbott vetoed the legislature's funding after a group of state Democrats left Texas to prevent the passage of voting legislation that critics have said would limit voter access. "Funding should not be provided for those who quit their job early, leaving their state with unfinished business and exposing taxpayers to higher costs for an additional legislative session,"

A trillion dollars used to be a lot of money, even in Washington. Now, a trillion-dollar spending bill is a trifle barely worth arguing over and the stuff of bipartisan consensus. Oscar Wilde famously said that nothing succeeds like excess, but even he might blanch at the shameless profligacy that is America’s new normal. In their wisdom, Senate Republicans decided to help President Joe Biden pass a portion of his blow-out fiscal agenda, a $1.2 trillion infrastructure bill that is a prelude to an even bigger, vastly more consequential $3.5 trillion reconciliation bill.

Republicans have helped put President Biden several steps closer to passing his top legislative priority in voting multiple times to advance an unnecessary and costly infrastructure bill that will pave the way for Democrats to pass their multi-trillion dollar social agenda. This is a pathetic surrender that has been built on a mountain of lies. Republicans who voted for this monstrosity claimed that the infrastructure bill they negotiated would be fully paid for. It isn’t. They claimed it would narrowly focus on traditional infrastructure such as fixing roads and bridges. It doesn’t. They claimed it would help convince moderate Democrats to abandon Biden’s larger bill. It won’t.
