This is the aspect of his moratorium chicanery that I find most breathtaking, the frank admission that he’s trying to exploit the legal process to extend a dubious executive order. Most everyone else has focused on the substance of what the White House did, replacing a certainly illegal moratorium order with a new one which they have every reason to know is almost certainly illegal.
And that’s appalling. But the problem could be solved if the courts reacted quickly by scheduling an expedited hearing on the numerous challenges to the new order. When the president is as candid as Biden is here in admitting that he’s gaming

No worries Chief Justice Roberts will make sure it’s totally legal.

This is not really about Covidiocy; The elites, and their puppet biden (harris) [0bama] are in a war against middle-class property owners; They want themselves to be the only landlords; Blackrock and the other giant hedge fund managers are buying up entire neighborhoods and towns... at premium prices so far; But as Landlords have to let people live in their places 'free' due to eviction moratorium, but as there are no property tax moratoriums and only a few mortgage payment moratoriums, and many of the landlords are responsible for providing utilities to their deadbeat tenants, they will be forced to sell out, probably to the trillionaire hedgefund companies at 'fire sale prices.
Bill Gates, George Soros, Klaus Schwab and the World Economic Forum say that within 9 years the people will own nothing...
History is about to repeat itself. This is the beginning of a new war against the 'Kulaks'. as begun by Lenin and brought to fruition by Stalin.

If you can't get what you want via the legislative branch, go to the courts and manipulate the system.

I thought the Supreme Court already said that CDC could not enforce this moratorium. What gives? Now what?

This is what happens when a regime descends into lawlessness. The SC has already ruled on this. Biden flipped of the SC by going ahead and re-ordering what is patently illegal. The ruling majority cheers.
What recourse do "We the People" have, when the courts CANT enforce their rulings and the other two branches ignore them?
The states could attempt to nullify the order, but the blue state governments are onboard with the lawlessness.

How convenient for our oligarchs for the Feds to put small landlords out of business and into bankruptcy so that our betters can swoop in and grab up valuable rental property at bargain-basement prices.

Is there something preventing the Supreme Court from just telling Biden & the CDC, we already told you this is illegal, stop now!?

Prediction: the very tenants who broke their landlord will in some cases end up owning the property they squatted in. They will have saved 2 years of rent money to have a down payment on the failed property.

This is unconstitutional. They are seizing peoples property and livelihoods. How are the landlords supposed to pay their bills when there is no income? Will the same people who passed this then say that restaurants have to give out free meals? The retail stores are now being raided and the government looks away. What is going on? Are they trying to destroy us?

Great, let's bankrupt all remaining landlords and create a newer and bigger homeless population. Also, look for a new string of apartment building fires, no doubt caused by climate change.

It seems to me that somewhere in the Presidential Oath of Office is some detail about 'Seeing to it that the Laws of the United States are Faithfully Executed."
Looks like BLATANT violation of the Oath to me.
Of course, as it is a Leftist Fool, there will be NO consequences.

This is what your rulings mean to dem.
If you don't stop it you can forget being relevant.
Every POTUS(legit or not)will know what to do.
