A municipal judge in New Jersey’s Roselle Park borough is facing condemnation and scorn for effectively violating a Trump supporter’s First Amendment rights because of a complaint reportedly made by the borough’s Democrat Party mayor. That Trump supporter, Andrea Dick, has been displaying a slew of pro-Trump and profanely anti-Biden signs on the fence outside her mother’s home.Or rather, she had been, up until Roselle Park Municipal Court Judge Gary Bundy issued a ruling last Thursday ordering her mother, Patricia Dilascio, to remove the signs containing profanity within a week or face a $250/day fine.

I don’t know about you but when the mercury starts skyrocketing toward the century mark, I want nothing more than to lounge under a shady tree or beach/pool umbrella and chow down into a bowl full of a creamy, cooling treat. Yeah, usually ice cream will handle that. But there’s also a wide variety of other options for those with dietary restrictions or desires (like some tasty, coconut or almond milk “frozen desserts”).Regardless of how you choose to cool down this summer, today — it turns out — is a huge celebrations for all Americans and (perhaps) everyone around the world. It’s National Ice Cream Day!

During this week’s broadcast of FNC’s “Sunday Morning Futures,” conservative talker Mark Levin, author of “American Marxism,” warned against President Joe Biden’s so-called progressive policies, adding they were a threat to America’s prosperity.“My reaction to the agenda is that Joe Biden and his merry group of proletariat supporters there in the White House are destroying this country,” he said. “If I’m communist China, and I’m communist North Korea, and I’m communist Cuba, and I’m communists Venezuela, if I’m the regime in Iran, and so forth, all of our enemies, I’m sitting back and I’m laughing, because Joe Biden is destroying this country from within,

Democrats know their time is limited. The 2022 midterms are fast-approaching, and Republicans are likely to recapture the House, the Senate, or both. This is why Democrats are trying to cram as much as possible into every bill on the table. Their massive budget bill even includes amnesty for illegals.Karen Townsend writes at Hot Air Durbin confirms: Democrats will put amnesty plan into infrastructure bill What better time to push through amnesty for potentially millions of illegal immigrants than during the Biden border crisis? As tone-deaf as the plan is, that is exactly what Senate Democrats are planning to do in the $3.5T infrastructure bill.

Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX) railed against communists during a speech at Turning Point USA’s Student Action Summit on Sunday, noting that people only seem to flee communist-run countries for America, not the other way around.Cruz, who is Cuban American, said: [T]he thing that liberals never seem to understand if you go down to Key West is the rafts are only going in one direction. Just once I want to see some left-wing socialist — I want to see Bernie Sanders, I want to see Elizabeth Warren, I want to see AOC go down to Key West, get on a raft, and sail 90 miles south to the socialist paradise.

American Collin Morikawa found it hard to grasp the scale of his historic achievement after holding off Jordan Spieth to win the 149th Open on his championship debut at a sun-drenched Royal St George’s.Morikawa, who won the 2020 US PGA Championship on just his second major start, held his nerve superbly on the closing stretch to become the first player to win two different majors at their first attempt.A closing 66 gave the 24-year-old a winning total of 15 under par and two-shot victory, with Spieth also returning a 66 and world number one Jon Rahm doing likewise to share third on 11 under with 54-hole leader Louis Oosthuizen.

Sen. Lindsey Graham said Sunday he is willing to emulate Texas state Democrats and flee the Capitol in order to deny congressional Democrats a quorum to pass a massive new “socialist” spending bill.In refuting a $3.5 trillion spending measure Democrats are eyeing to pass using a simple majority under a budget reconciliation process, Graham, R-S.C., called it the “tax and spend dream of the socialist left.”And in order to keep it from passing, Graham told Fox News host Maria Bartiromo he is willing to skip town like Texas Democrats to prevent it from passing.

GOP Reps. Matt Gaetz of Florida and Marjorie Taylor-Greene of Georgia held an impromptu “Free Speech Peaceful Protest” in Riverside, Calif., on Saturday following the third cancellation of their “America First” rallies, including one that occurred a few hours before the conservative lawmakers were to appear on stage.Earlier in the day, the private-venue Anaheim Event Center suddenly canceled a scheduled rally featuring Greene and Gaetz, leading the lawmakers to call on their supporters to instead meet up outside the city hall building in Riverside, which the Florida Republican said “is going to be even better than we imagined.”“The cancellations show how afraid the Left is of our message.

A planned America First rally was just canceled in the State of California in the latest attack on free speech in the country. The “America First” rally scheduled for Saturday night would have featured speeches by Congress members Marjorie Taylor Greene and Matt Gaetz. “A planned America First rally at a private venue in our city is cancelled. The city of Anaheim shared public safety concerns with the operator, and those concerns are shared by the operator,” the city of Anaheim’s officials said in a statement.

Joe Biden has vowed to appeal a federal judge's ruling that declared the original Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program illegal as he has called on Congress to act to protect the hundreds of thousands of Dreamers who came to the US as children. The president released a statement Saturday morning branding Friday's decision by a federal judge in Texas 'deeply disappointing' and said the Justice Department will file an appeal 'in order to preserve and fortify DACA.'A group of Republican-led states had sued to end the DACA program, which protects around 650,000 immigrants
