The Biden administration ramped up its warnings about doing business in Xinjiang, contending that the Chinese Communist Party’s genocide against the Uyghurs is ongoing while its system of forced labor is pervasive and far-reaching. The U.S. government released its updated 36-page Xinjiang Supply Chain Business Advisory on Tuesday, alleging the Chinese government is conducting genocide against the Uyghurs and other ethnic and religious minorities, arguing that China’s “crimes against humanity include imprisonment, torture, rape, forced sterilization, and persecution,

Sure - - the Chicoms are on a rabid genocidal rampage - - but - - it's only in Xinjiang Province - - and it still doesn't compare to what happened in DC on January 6th. The Josef Stolen administration is focusing on the real human rights atrocities - - which took place right here six months ago.

Talking out of both sides of their mouth. Biden's policy on China isn't even a policy. Appease and ignore, and every so often make a statement.

We need to get all our manufacturing of essential good back here, now. I don't care if some clothes are made there but drugs, military goods, electronics of all kinds should be manufactured in our own country. We got a taste of what it would be like to be completely cut off from importing during the Covid shortages. We still are having chip issues because, guess what? They are made overseas, How dumb is that?

Republicans warned they are not ready to back a $1 trillion infrastructure package Democrats hope to consider next week because they are skeptical of how the government would pay for the plan without adding to the nation’s staggering debt. “I don’t see any way possible that this is on the floor next week,” Senate Minority Whip John Thune, a South Dakota Republican, said after meeting with GOP lawmakers. Majority Leader Chuck Schumer outlined an ambitious summer legislative schedule on Monday that would include passing both the bipartisan infrastructure bill as well as a Democratic budget resolution that would unlock consideration of a much larger spending package.

A group of House Republicans sent a Tuesday letter to the National Security Agency (NSA) demanding information about allegations the agency illegally spied on Fox News host and Daily Caller co-founder Tucker Carlson. The Daily Caller first obtained the letter, which was spearheaded by Republican Texas Rep. Louie Gohmert and Republican Florida Rep. Bill Posey. In the letter, the lawmakers call on the NSA to provide them with information about allegations that the agency was spying on Carlson in regards to communication with U.S.-based Kremlin intermediaries pertaining to a potential interview with Russian President Vladimir Putin, Axios reported. The Axios report referenced two sources “familiar with Carlson’s communications.”

Former Acting Director of National Intelligence (DNI) Richard Grenell on July 10 said federal action should be taken against the individual or individuals who allegedly “unmasked” the identity of Fox News host Tucker Carlson to the National Security Agency (NSA). Speaking on Saturday at a Conservative Political Action Conference’s (CPAC) in Dallas, Texas, Grenell said two violations were potentially committed, based on the claims from Fox News host Carlson. Carlson claimed Wednesday during his popular cable television show, “Tucker Carlson Tonight,” that his identity was “unmasked” by the NSA, which conducts surveillance on foreign targets, after he attempted to schedule an interview with Russian President Vladimir Putin.

Protests erupted yesterday in all of Cuba’s major cities against the nation’s ruling Communist dictatorship following over six decades of oppression. Protesters chanted “freedom,” “enough” and “unite,” and demanded the dissolution of their nation’s communist dictatorship. Protesters had specific complaints about the nation’s food shortages, high prices, and handling of the coronavirus outbreak, which were correctly attributed to their government. The Biden administration was initially silent on the protests, and only commented that they’d vow to condemn any violence in Cuba. Biden himself waited until this morning to say that the U.S. stands with the Cuban people.
