Actor Bill Pullman attempts to lift America’s soul and remind us who we really are in a rousing “Independence Day”-themed ad called “Go Fourth America,” reprising his famous speech from the alien-fighting, patriotic 1996 movie.Twenty-five years later, Pullman is once again behind the podium as President Thomas Whitmore from the movie “Independence Day” that also starred Jeff Goldblum and Will Smith. But this time, instead of fighting off aliens who want to eradicate humanity, Pullman is calling on America to get vaccinated and once again celebrate the 4th of July, holding cookouts and getting out of our homes to be together once more.

Is that the clippety-clop of the pandering Clydesdale hooves I hear? Billy, your "attempt" is too little...too late. We vaccinated
(or not) Patriots don't need your permission to celebrate our country's independence this year, or any other year.
Now, back to my annual tradition of viewing of "Yankee Doodle Dandy." "She's a grand old flag.... "
Happy Fourth of July, everyone.

I'm with #5 What's wrong with you people. We live in the greatest country in the world (even though the current administration is trying it's best to lower it). Celebrate what great freedom we have! Go out and shoot your gun, do what you want and have a BBQ just because you can!

Globalist garbage. Only the United States of America knows what freedom is all about... and even this might be leaving these shores.

This wasn’t about our glorious Fourth of July. Pullman was paid to do an ad for vaccinations USING the Fourth of July.

Budweiser hasn't been American for a couple of decades ago. I remember when Europeans bought the company and summarily fired its brewers. I haven't bought a Budweiser since.

There’s nothing wrong with “us people”. We don’t fall for an obvious pander to the redmeck majority that they think they are talking to who will instantly fall in to their totally patronizing ad.

Is this a deleted scene from Independence Day? Comes across as fake and pandering, stupid, not sincere or heartfelt. Please don't patronize me with bush league manipulative garbage like this,

Using an insipid, mainly incoherent fake speech from a fake President to sell watered-down alcohol infused with stale beer flavoring and calling it inspiring is manipulative nonsense. And speaking of nonsense, here we have an actor reprising his long ago role as a fictitious President, embroiled in an existential attack from - wait for it - space aliens, complaining that the original script for the commercial wasn’t accurate enough.

#14: Was Pullman paid or did he do this voluntarily? Has Budweiser gone woke? It would be pretty stupid if they did considering who their consumers are.

Let's have a "sober moment" here--
The take off on the speech from the movie "Independence Day" misses the mark.
When the speech was given in the movie-- we were uniting the world to defeat and ALIEN INVASION
We face an ILLEGAL ALIEN INVASION at our Southern border from over 150 different countries, and Budweiser is no longer owned by an American Company!!!

I haven't seen the woke Bud ad, I like Pullman if this detracts from the silly Juneteenth celebration then I'm all for it.
I plan on doing all the celebration of our nation except the vaccination with unproven experimental drugs, Bill Pullman.

Considering that America is closer to civil war than it is to national unity, I found it both hilarious and vomit-inducing.
And I'm an incurable romantic.
