BOE botched NYC mayoral primary results by including ‘test’ run

The too-close-to-call Democratic primary race that will likely decide New York’s next mayor was thrown into disarray after election officials admitted they accidentally included “test” results in the vote count, leading to 135,000 extra ballots. The botching of the city’s first ranked-choice election was first flagged by front-runner Eric Adams, who pointed out that preliminary results from the Board of Elections showed that 941,832 votes were cast for the Democratic mayoral nomination, a huge increase from the 799,827 that were counted on primary day last week. The BOE clarified its screwup in a tweet Tuesday night.

Are these officials being canceled for spreading conspiracy theories tending to take down our democracy? Or being paid bonuses? Or is “human error” understandable but “human greed inspired cheating” by dimoKKKraps scientifically impossible? (According to Dimokkkrap science, hillary becomes very smart during her 3rd martini).

It was just a matter of time, given the past successes of Democrat voter fraud, that Democrats would use their voter fraud against other Democrat candidates in Democrat primaries. These fraudsters believe they must defeat Adams because he does not agree with defunding the police.

Yeah, right. The wrong candidate was winning. Shenanigans kick in. Time for the preprinted ballots to show up. Adams should know this. The same shenanigans occurred last November in GA, WI, MI, PA, AZ. Crickets from the Alphabets, same as last November. The Deep State is in charge folks. It's time for old fashioned paper ballots, with one's fingerprints to authenticate the ballot. No more Dominion.

Says "The board apologizes for the error". Can I assume the error was not including the extra ballots in the original tally? I'm sure that error won't happen again.

And yet they want everyone to trust them? Also, reminds me of a clip showing Jerry Nadler talking about elections and how he mentions "he knows things", and has an impish grin when mentioning it. Clearly gave impression things are rarely on the up and up, and shenanigans are played out regularly.

NYC has a population of around 8.5 million people. And only 10% voted in the primary? New Yorkers....here's a clue. You get the government that you cant be bothered to vote against.

The Truth: Biden is Supposed to Deny

Years ago, because my best friend had some Polish connections, I’d sometimes attend a “Polish” Catholic church in Brooklyn, New York City. Attendance was great enough so that some parishioners had to participate in Mass on the sidewalk, and they, at the appointed times, would kneel down on the pavement as those inside the church knelt in their pews. But something else that occurred would’ve also been striking to too many American Catholics: After the consecration, fully half the parish did not go up to receive Communion. The reason why was that, unlike people such as Joe Biden and  CORRECTION*

Something’s fishy. At least one doctor at the Cape Cod hospital that treated the lobsterman who claims he was nearly swallowed by a humpback expressed skepticism Saturday to The Post about the whale of a tale. “He reportedly ascended from a 45-foot depth in 20 to 40 seconds and didn’t have any evidence of barotrauma?” scoffed the Cape Cod Hospital emergency room doc. A person traumatized by such an encounter should expect more serious injuries,

A Washington, D.C., church frequented by President Biden says it won't get involved in what it describes as "a political issue" over Communion. The Holy Trinity Catholic Church in the city's Georgetown neighborhood, which Biden has attended several times since taking office, said Wednesday it will not deny the Eucharist to the president over his abortion stance or "anyone else who presents themselves." "The great gift of the Holy Eucharist is too sacred to be made a political issue," the church’s parish council said.

America’s first black billionaire, Robert Johnson, is pushing hard for the government to pay $14 trillion in reparations—and he wants his check just like everyone else. “Reparations would require the entire country to… admit that the result of slavery has been 200 years of systemic racism,” the Black Entertainment Television (BET) founder told Vice. “And for that reason, black folks have been denied $13-15 trillion of wealth and therefore we as a country now must atone by paying black people of all stripes—the rich ones, the poor ones, and the middle—out of our pocket,” Johnson told the outlet.

First Lady Jill Biden — who is featured on the August cover of Vogue after the fashion magazine broke a decades-long tradition by snubbing former First Lady Melania Trump during her four years in the White House — says people can “breathe again,” now that former President Donald Trump is out of office. Mrs. Biden said President Joe Biden came in and “heal[ed] this nation.” “During the campaign, I felt so much anxiety from people — they were scared,” Jill Biden told Vogue. “When I travel around the country now, I feel as though people can breathe again.” “I think that’s part of the reason Joe was elected,” the first lady added.

Vogue, the world's fashion bible, has placed Jill Biden on her cover as the epitome of fashion. She's a "goddess," they explain. Which is a stretch, given that the first lady has sported getups like this loud red zebra print dress, or these huge-print patterned pantyhose worn with elfin spike heel ankle boots. It goes to show that its whole schtick is politics, not fashion. After all, the big fashion bible for the world's stylish somehow managed to overlook the nation's truly stylish first lady, Melania Trump, a former super-model, who not only was quite beautiful, but age-appropriate and elegant in her four years as first lady.

NEW YORK — "Foolishness." "Unfortunate." "Generations of failures." New York City's Board of Election is facing widespread criticism after it mistakenly included some 135,000 "test" ballots in partial results released Tuesday in its tightly-contested mayoral election. The three-way contest — between Brooklyn borough President Eric Adams; Maya Wiley, former counsel to Mayor Bill de Blasio; and Kathryn Garcia, former Department of Sanitation head — has been upended with a murky picture of who is ahead after the election board's botched release and scores of mail-in votes remain to be counted. Ranked choice voting is being used for the first time in citywide primaries this year,

The San Jose City Council voted unanimously Tuesday night to draft an ordinance that would order gun owners in the city to obtain insurance and pay an annual fee to subsidize police responses, ambulances, medical treatment and other municipal expenses related to shootings, injuries and deaths. Vice President Mike Pence may be in the doghouse with conservatives but no one can say there were stories that he was a bad boss or that his office was chaotic, mismanaged, or incompetent. Things are different with Kamala Harris. According to an article in Politico, Harris’s office sounds like the real-life version of Veep, the HBO political satire that focused on the stupid, self-centered, and vicious Selina Meyer, a Vice President whose office was filled with slavish gatekeepers and self-centered staff, all of whom were incompetent. The story rings true. What's more interesting is contemplating why Democrats are going after Harris.

I've noticed that whenever the subject of Nazi Germany is raised, someone always says something like this: "It's unbelievable that Adolf Hitler was able to manipulate and control the entire German population. It just seems impossible." (snip) Like a lot of Americans, I always assumed that America was safe from the kind of tyranny the German people experienced under the heavy hand of the Third Reich. (snip) Yet, for the past eighteen months, that's exactly what has happened in America. A nation that always prided itself on its independence and individuality was suddenly locked down.
