Title IX prohibits discrimination of LGTBQ

Education Department says

The U.S. Education Department on Wednesday expanded its interpretation of federal sex protections to include transgender and gay students, a move that reverses Trump-era policy and stands against proposals in many states to bar transgender girls from school sports. In a new policy directive, the department said discrimination based on a student’s sexual orientation or gender identity will be treated as a violation of Title IX, the 1972 federal law that protects against sex discrimination in education. The decision is based on last year’s landmark Supreme Court ruling protecting gay, lesbian and transgender people from discrimination in employment, according to agency officials.

Ok, so what is a "transgender girl"? Is it a girl who pretends to be a boy, or a boy who pretends to be a girl?

Remember back when our laws were written by officials who were elected by The People? Now unelected bureaucrats dictate our laws to meet their personal ideology and goals. Americans once pledged their lives, fortunes and their sacred honor to give us a Representational Democracy. Untold thousands died to maintain it. Now we can't be bothered to stand up and say "NO" when they simple take it from us. ..."let us not speak falsely now, the hour is getting late."

Women's sports is already protected. Its as if the Biden administration believes that lesbians have not been involved in women's sports thus far. As for men pretending to be women, it looks like this could be the case that puts the issue in front of our two tiered Supreme Joke of the United States. And we know under Chief Just-Us Roberts, science will be ignored and it will be the law of the land that everyone has to pretend that a man is woman and a woman is a man.

This is how democrats think. They have no values, morals or respect for anyone including their own children. How a family with daughters can still vote for a democrat is appalling. Lets cut through all of the B.S. and tell it like it is. These transgenders are nothing more than lab created people whose DNA will always show their true identity as either a male or a female. Their bone structure will always represent that of a male or a female. They will always be bigger and stronger than any true female they face in competition. Now our government, who tells us to follow the science for the pandemic and climate change totally reverse themselves when it comes to the DNA of a male or female. These are what you call hypocrites. Got it.

The way the Biden administration, Democrats, and liberal activists are pushing this stuff; one would think that most of the population was LGBTQ and faced crippling discrimination everyday. The truth is that this is a tiny minority within a tiny minority of a special interest group who is very loud, well organized, and well financed. They have enough PC liberal woke famous people supporting them to give the impression that this is a national movement with broad support. It is not. They just know the right people in the right places.

This issue has been lurking in the background for months. Where I live, there are almost no homes on the market for rent. The inventory of the number of homes for sale is at record lows, and when combined with historically low home mortgage rates, the prices at which homes are selling have gone through the roof. There are no homes for rent because landlords have been unable to evict tenants for non-payment of rent for a year or more, depending on where you live. The federal government — based on dubious legal authority — imposed an eviction “moratorium” during the pandemic.

The COVD-19 pandemic gave numerous state election officials an excuse to implement far-reaching changes to our election processes. Those changes obviously made our systems vulnerable to fraud. States implemented massive mail-in balloting at the same time they relaxed ballot security and voter identification. They even extended the voting periods -- to give the criminals more time to commit their fraud. All these changes were unconstitutional. (snip) The Supreme Court declined to get involved.
