Attorney Sidney Powell, who is being sued by Dominion Voting Systems for spreading allegedly defamatory claims about the 2020 election, insisted on Saturday former President Donald Trump could "simply be reinstated" as president and fill the rest of President Joe Biden's term. Powell's remarks were made at a right-wing conference in Dallas on Saturday called the "For God & Country Patriot Roundup," which also featured retired Lt. Gen. Michael Flynn, Trump's former national security adviser who has echoed the former president's claims of widespread voter fraud in the November election, as a guest speaker.

Not just no, but Hell no!!!! This level of election theft is unprecedented. President Trump needs to be installed and then get to serve out 4 full years!!!! None of this "filling out" not-my-president Lyin' Joe biden's term of office. No, 4 full years for President Trump. Heck, it should be 4 years plus a bonus 6 months just to give President Trump time to undo all the damage that not-my-president Lyin' Joe biden has done since illegally being installed as president in the biggest case of election theft in history!!!!!

If a judge or an Army can reinstate Trump then a judge or an Army can take him back out. The only people who can decide who is President of the United States are the people's elected representatives, namely Congress and state legislatures. They have made a decision, and the solution now is the election of 2022. Can i add, our focus has to be on that, and the fantasies about judges and Armies just take people's eye off the ball. 2022 is where we fix things. Not fantasies about judges and armies who just solve it all because they know whatś right. That is not the Constitution, it is not democracy nor is a republic either. 2022. Nothing else.

McConnell got all those Republican judges in office, 3 on the SC. We have not gotten a single opinion out of them in 2 years. So how is Trump going to be installed? Biden has purged the military, and has 10K troops in DC. Gov. Ducey of Az won't even pass Republican election reforms to prevent another stolen election. The audit in Az was supposed to end in June, now they say Sept or Oct. The Democrats will slow that down, and that will go on into next year. If Republicans don't act soon, Dominion will be counting the votes again. The Republican Party does not understand the Democrats, because they are passive and lazy. The Democrats have seized the cities, control them all, while the Republicans do nothing. The Democrats distribute their propaganda 365/24/7, while the Republicans have no one distributing anything, not even a single propaganda cell to be found. The Republicans repeat their counts of the states and legislatures they control, but a third of those Republicans are Rino's. The Republicans were robbed of the presidency in 1960, allowed Nixon to be ran out of town for doing far less than the Democrats do every day, watched as Ross Perot split the vote so HW Bush was sent back home, then dispatched not a single lawyer when Trump was robbed of the 2020 election. The Republican Party gave us nominees like Romney, McCain, and Bob Dole. They never had any chance of winning. The Democrats were not going to vote for them, and many Republicans never showed at the polls.

I would love to believe this, but what about all his support staff? They are scattered to the wind with other jobs now. And what would we do with traitor Pence? He was on the ballot. This stolen election is one for the ages, and not in a good way. This has to be remedied before the next one is stolen too.

I'm no lawyer, but it sounds like SCOTUS would have to opine that Trump/Pence 2020 was the proper successor to Trump/Pence 2016. The fraud committed, once proven, would invalidate the certification and votes of the Electoral College, and a new vote would be taken showing Trump/Pence the rightful winners. At that point, Xiden would be removed and everything he signed would be null and void. This only happens if John Roberts does his job, and does the right thing based on the results of the various audits.

Attention Naysayers....We CAN make it happen if WE all make our voices heard!! We ALLOWED these cretins to steal the election by not speaking out sooner regarding all the changes the DemonRats have been making to our society and the election laws! Instead of getting involved and taking action, we complacent cowards sat on our duffs complaining about those awful politicians, the evil biased media and the horrible teachers' unions. Not more than a tiny handful of people actually have stood up against the tyrants. The majority of us kept hoping for someone to come save us (which will NEVER happen) instead of going out and becoming one of the saviors. We don't all need to do a lot. But if EVERY one of us just did ONE thing, we could move mountains!!

I am the president of the Sydney Powell fan club. What on Earth is she talking about? The rules of "fairness" do not control our govt. The US COTUS does. The flexibility that a judge may apply to a state rep election is not the same as applies to the POTUS election. Bc the COTUS is not silent on that. Our side keeps suggesting remedies I never heard of in my life. Maybe she's right, but before Sydney Powell makes new unfathomable statements maybe she should try to resolve the previous unfathomable statements that are out there, such as our CIA vs special ops firefight. I don't even doubt she's right or thinks she's right. But when does she show us her hand?

There is no constitutional means to re-install Trump. The only way that this could be accomplished legally would be for Trump to be named speaker of the house and Biden and Harris both removed from office at the same time. Making Trump speaker would be improbable, but not impossible. Removing Biden/Harris would be nearly impossible. That act would require a majority of democrat senators to suddenly discover honor. And....... would Trump want to serve a partial term?

A lot of people have egg on their face for dismissing the COVID-19 lab-leak theory. As ABC News’s Jonathan Karl said this week. “Some things may be true even if Donald Trump said them.” Or if Arkansas Sen. Tom Cotton said them. “We still don’t know where coronavirus originated," Cotton said in January 2020. "Could have been a market, a farm, a food processing company. I would note that Wuhan has China’s only biosafety level-four super laboratory that works with the world’s most deadly pathogens to include, yes, coronavirus.”

During America’s first-ever national lockdown, thousands of unelected bureaucrats, as well as federal and state governments, assumed enormous powers not usually accorded them. They picked and chose which businesses could stay open without much rationale. They sent the infected into rest homes occupied by the weak and vulnerable. Their rules of prosecuting those who violated social distancing, sheltering in place, mask-wearing, or violent protesting hinged on political grounds. Their spending bills on “infrastructure” and “health care” were excuses to lard up redistributive entitlements. Conservatives moaned that left-wing agendas were at work beneath the pretenses of saving us from the pandemic. And the giddy Left bragged it was true.

On my tour of America over the last few weeks, I have inevitably spent a certain amount of time watching cable TV in hotel rooms. A recurring story that has cropped up on the news is the border crisis. Many of the images I've seen showed large groups of immigrants being rounded up. Others, which were even more distressing, depicted young children who have simply been abandoned. The total number of people who have come into the U.S. illegally so far this year is unknown. Some estimates claim it is as high as 700,000. Many—perhaps most—voters agree that it is at an unsustainable level. Yet given the Biden administration's reluctance

Facebook’s abrupt decision last week to change its policy of censoring any posts elevating the theory that COVID-19 might have been manmade came as no surprise to Mike Matthys, a tech venture capital executive who has worked in Silicon Valley for several decades. The social media giant only made the about-face once President Biden acknowledged that some facets of the U.S. intelligence community believe that COVID escaped from a lab in Wuhan, China. Biden then announced a 90-day investigation into the virus’s origins. Before that, many Democrats and most members of the media had dismissed the COVID-came-from-a-lab narrative as a crackpot conspiracy theory.
