This 9-0 SCOTUS Ruling on

Did you hear that Joe Biden’s Department of Justice wanted the Supreme Court to rule that police could search Americans’ homes for firearms — and confiscate them — without a warrant? In the case of Caniglia vs. Strom, this issue was in play. Had SCOTUS ruled that police could do that, your Second Amendment rights would have been in grave jeopardy. In March, Biden’s DoJ filed a brief with the Supreme Court in this case. It said: In its first amicus brief before the Supreme Court, the Department of Justice argued the actions taken by law enforcement to confiscate the petitioner’s firearms without a warrant were “reasonable.”

This is great news! Now end federally mandated legal abortion. Let the states take it up. It’s constitutional. If you’re blue state wants to murder babies, so be it. And May G_d have mercy on your souls!

Have to wonder why all the lefty justices went along with this ruling. Perhaps they think its a real possibility that someone would use the police to kick in their own doors without a warrant? Perhaps they still do have a sense of self preservation.

Preston mentions that this unanimous decision by the SCOTUS does not augur well for the legality of so-called Red Flag laws that the Democrats want in every state. The Constitution means what it says. The Fourth Amendment's protections against unreasonable search and seizure will not disappear under the lawless administration. Nor will the protections of the first two Amendments. This is very good news indeed. Blooming totalitarians Bloomberg and Beto and SloJo are wroth. Good.

Allow me to dash your hopes. Officials in Pennsylvania after the November elections simply ignored the Suprem Court, or worse, the court ignored violations of law. This 9 to 0 ruling is good, but anyone with experience in law enforcement knows that lying is the name of the game. Lying and ignoring the court will continue.

During the campaign I seem to remember Quid Pro Joe getting into an argument with an auto worker who claimed that he was ''going to take away our guns''. The candidate called him a liar, cursed at him, and then physically threatened him all while being surrounded by armed Federal security agents. Joe even told one of his female handlers to shut-up while he proceeded to berate a voter and tax payer that had merely asked a question that he didn't like. This was the exchange where Joe said ''you don't need an AR-14''. Looks like the auto worker was correct and slimey Joe was playing the old bait-and-switch on the voters.

I smell a set up. It's 9 to 0 because they knew they were going to lose 5- 4 anyway. They wanted to portray themselves as reasonable interpreters of the constitution in preparation for their upcoming Row V wade stance. Perhaps I'm too cynical.

While the ruling is good I have to take exception to the sole implication of "the Biden administration." This case started in 2015 and was winding it's way through the federal court system during the Trump administration, also. It's the deep state that is extreme and dangerous - a dem at the top just green-lights their unconstitutional activities.

Oregon Counties Vote to Secede Into Idaho 16 replies

Several counties in Oregon on May 18 voted to consider joining the state of Idaho, which is part of a long-shot movement to break away from the state that has long been dominated by politicians in Portland. Voters in Malheur, Sherman, Grant, Baker, and Lake counties approved various measures that require county officials to take steps to look into moving the Idaho border west to incorporate the counties. The grassroots group Move Oregon’s Border for a Greater Idaho is aiming to have the eastern counties—which are mostly rural—join Idaho because they believe they would be better off with Idaho’s more conservative political leadership.

By a vote of 217-209, the House rejected a bid to bring a bill to the floor that would have applied sanctions against the terror group Hamas. The sanctions targeted foreign individuals and governments that assist Hamas or the Palestinian Islamic Jihad. Both organizations are terror groups so designated by the State Department. The bill had been introduced by Rep. Brian Mast (R-Fla.) and would have reauthorized the Palestinian International Terrorism Support Prevention Act. The act passed the House last session but failed to make it to the Senate floor. “Under my bill, the United States will sanction these groups that are supporting terrorism,”

I’ve always had great respect for our legal system. It’s as good as any of which I’m aware. No, I’m not naive. I’m fully aware that every institution depends on the competence and integrity of those involved and that means sometimes decisions are rendered that are wrong -- muddy thinking and sometimes corrupt judges; self-seeking prosecutors; incompetent counsel; bad and poorly written laws; false testimony by liars -- all contribute now and then to unjust resolutions. But in recent years, my faith has been even more badly shaken by continued and obvious corruption all the way down the line.

The Nazis had a Swiss banker and so do the Democrats. During President Trump’s first year in office, Indivisible, which the New York Times had described as a left-wing version of the Tea Party, launched a smear campaign falsely accusing President Trump of being subject to Russian foreign financial influence. “Is Trump colluding with Russia?" the leftist group insinuated. Last month, the faculty senate at Pennsylvania State University passed a resolution urging the school to erase certain words from its lexicon, due to the supposedly problematic legacy of the “typically male-centered world” out of which the terms grew. The resolution aims at gendered pronouns such as “he/him/his” and “she/her/hers,” but it also demonizes the four iconic terms for a person’s years in college (and, often, high school): “freshman,” “sophomore,” “junior,” and “senior.” “The University, as with most all academic institutions world-wide, has grown out of a typically male-centered world.
