The World Health Organization on Friday urged fully vaccinated people to continue to wear masks, social distance and practice other Covid-19 pandemic safety measures as the highly contagious delta variant spreads rapidly across the globe. “People cannot feel safe just because they had the two doses. They still need to protect themselves,” Dr. Mariangela Simao, WHO assistant director-general for access to medicines and health products, said during a news briefing from the agency’s Geneva headquarters. “Vaccine alone won’t stop community transmission,” Simao added. “People need to continue to use masks consistently, be in ventilated spaces, hand hygiene… the physical distance, avoid crowding.

On Friday’s broadcast of C-SPAN’s “Washington Journal,” Rep. Al Green (D-TX) said that Critical Race Theory “is just about telling the truth about how there is still systemic racism in this country today and that we have to deal with it and how it impacts the lives of people.”Green stated, “Critical Race is about the side of history that we’ve not made known to the public, that we don’t teach in our schools. Slaves were not happy people. We should not in any way glamorize slavery. We shouldn’t sanitize it. We have to tell the truth about what happened in 1619 and thereafter. That’s what it’s all about.

EUGENE, Ore. — There's a certain routine for the top-three finishers in an event at the U.S. Olympic track and field trials, after they secure their spots on Team USA. They're handed an American flag and a bouquet of flowers. They stand on the podium. They take some pictures. Then they take a victory lap around Hayward Field, to cheers from the crowd. (Snip) Berry, 31, has previously protested while on the podium at an international sporting event and become a strong advocate of athletes using their platforms to speak about issues that matter to them. Most of us know that our personal data is being collected, stored and analysed thanks to our relationship with our mobile phones, computers and the internet. But are we really aware of the full extent of the privacy invasions into our daily lives?Let's start at dawn. What is the first thing you do when you wake up? You probably check your phone.By doing that, you are informing a whole host of busybodies – your smartphone manufacturer, app developers and your mobile company, as well as intelligence agencies (if they happen to be watching you) – what time you wake up,

As the Marxist revolution oozes forward, I occasionally wonder what will happen to the useful idiots when the commies seize absolute power in this once great Republic. I believe that most AT readers are familiar with the term, but for those who need a brief refresher, a useful idiot, as defined by Wikipedia, "is a derogatory term for a person perceived as propagandizing for a cause without fully comprehending the cause's goals, and who is cynically used by the cause's leaders." In my opinion, this definition can be applied to a majority of the young, brainwashed radicals who have no idea about the true history of Marxism

Donald trump is a man consumed with grievance against people he believes have betrayed him, but few betrayals have enraged him more than what his attorney general did to him. To Trump, the unkindest cut of all was when William Barr stepped forward and declared that there had been no widespread fraud in the 2020 election, just as the president was trying to overturn Joe Biden’s victory by claiming that the election had been stolen.

For two hundred forty years, American generals have not exactly been defined by adamant public advocacy for left-wing cultural dogma. Yet there appeared to be a great awakening at the Pentagon on Wednesday when Gen. Mark Milley, the highest-ranking military officer in the U.S. as Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, testified at a House hearing. The Chairman vehemently defended the teaching of critical race theory at West Point and, referencing the January 6 Capitol riot, said, “it is important that we train and we understand ... and I want to understand white rage. And I'm white."

Kamala Harris seems to be met with protesters wherever she goes.
As we reported, she was met by protesters, when she went to Guatemala, telling her to “Go Home.”
Now, as she visits El Paso, Texas, protesters are out there for her photo op in the area. But I’m thinking that wasn’t the photo op that she wanted. The Hispanic, Trump-supporting group of protesters also gifted her with a new nickname, “Que mala,” which would translate to “how mean,” or “how bad.” A great, short expression of “how bad” she and Joe Biden have been for the border — and for the country in general.
