Trump: Cheney, McConnell, Pence
muffed on 2020 election fraud, turned
US into 'socialist nightmare'

Former President Trump on Wednesday added to the criticism facing embattled GOP Rep. Liz Cheney but also took aim at former Vice President Mike Pence and Senate Republican leader Mitch McConnell – for what he considers them not doing more about 2020 voter fraud. "Warmonger Liz Cheney, who has virtually no support left in the Great State of Wyoming, continues to unknowingly and foolishly say that there was no Election Fraud in the 2020 Presidential Election," Trump said in a statement.

Comments:

Pence, McConnell, and Cheney - - along with 0bama and Xi-den - - are all card-carrying members of the Uniparty. President Trump is not. We must never allow the Uniparty to gain power again.

President Trump, don't forget that CJ Roberts told us all that he didn't have time for this fraud thing. The Texas case, among the others, had no standing in his words. And don't forget, Mr. President, the day that a SCOTUS aide overheard a closed-door SCOTUS meeting with Justices Alito and Thomas yelling forcefully at Roberts to hear the Texas case otherwise it's over for democracy in America, and that Roberts told them quite loudly to shut the hell up and sit down OR resign. And while Justices Gorsuch, Kavanaugh, and Barrett all sat there with their thumbs up their rears not sure what to do.

While it is true that Cheney, McConnell, and Pence did muff the Election Theft, the individual who I blame the most is Chief Justice Roberts. Months before the election there was a lawsuit by the Pa Legislature against Governor Wolfe's unconstitutional and unilateral changes to the election laws. Though the highly partisan PA Supreme Court ruled in the Democrat's favor, it could easily have been overturned by SCOTUS, since the same language giving the state legislature the sole authority to enact or change election law is also contained in the US Constitution. But Roberts took the coward's way and allowed Pennsylvania's unlawful election law changes to stand. When the Democrats stole the PA election, Roberts had a second chance to be honorable and hear the suit by the State of Texas against Pennsylvania, which cited the unlawful election law changes. But again Roberts showed he has no honor, no courage, no morals, and declined to hear the case. If there is anyone who should be impeached, removed from office, and shunned by society, it is Roberts.

Over many decades the Supreme Court has made scores of important decisions, good or bad. They include Marbury v. Madison, Dred Scott, Plessy v. Ferguson, Brown v. Board of Education, and Roe v. Wade. For good or ill they have changed our country, mainly for the good. But the law has little to say about things left undone. The litigation concerning the last preidential election is, perhaps, the worst example of a thing left undone. When our times find the history books, the falure of the Court to act will be at the peak, and from this point the slide down is inevitble. The government not wanted by the founders...Jefferson, Franklin, Madison, Hamilton, etc. will be upon us. Franklin's republic will vanish. God help us all!

One thing is for sure, the wimpy Republicans allowed the aggressive leftist Democrats to unconstitutionally change the election laws in a number of States through administrative actions, and through State court decisions, and not by State legislative actions that are required by the US Constitution. Common sense will tell you that unconstitutional interference in State election laws by leftist Democrat operatives were designed to benefit the leftist Democrats in the Presidential election, or those Democrat moves to change State election laws would not have been made.

It became obvious over time that Trump was a man alone in Washington. The Democrats, the media, and other various lefties wanted him destroyed, and the Republicans in Washington did not have his back. The Supreme Court became unreliable when they became embroiled in Washington politics rather than uphold the rule of law. Trump has every right to go after Cheney, McConnell, and Pence. They were backstabbers that ultimately supported the global left rather than the United States. There is nobody looking out for the United States and its citizens in Washington.

The biggest problem with the election is that the Democrats stole a march, and the Republican Party was caught flatfooted. There is no excuse, because ballot harvesting, extended voting periods and shamelessly distributed ballots blanketing households multiple times (including for the dead and the long moved-away) occurred well before the election. Waiting to sue until afterwards was disastrous. Trump should not have been left to sound the alarm by himself. The Republican National Committee should have led the charge, but it did not. It became Trump and the deplorables versus the entire mainstream media. GOP politicians lost their nerve, and the rest is history.

Nearly 25,000 migrant children were in the custody of the government, apart from their families, in early May. The number of unaccompanied migrant children in the federal government's care is at an all-time high, easily eclipsing the corresponding total in 2018 when the Trump administration pursued a policy that led to the intentional separation of children from their families, eliciting major controversy. The situation underscores the severity of the crisis facing President Joe Biden early in his administration and the moral quandary he faces.

A journalist and CNN analyst on Friday advanced the controversial claim that an Ohio police officer responding to a knife-wielding teenager should have shot her "in the leg" and should have considered not even using his gun to address the situation. April Ryan, a reporter with theGrio, made the argument—a common one among police critics—on Friday’s edition of HBO’s Real Time With Bill Maher. The show’s panel was discussing in part the recent police-involved shooting of 16-year-old Ohio resident Ma’Khia Bryant, who was attempting to stab several other teenagers with a large butcher knife when a responding officer shot and killed her.

Facebook was justified in banning then-President Donald Trump from its platform the day after the Jan. 6 riot at the U.S. Capitol, but it needs to reassess how long the ban will remain in effect, the social network’s quasi-independent Oversight Board said Wednesday. The decision to uphold the ban is a blow to Trump's hopes to post again to Facebook or Instagram anytime soon, but it opens the door to him eventually returning to the platforms. Facebook must complete a review of the length of the suspension within six months, the board said.
