There was a lot of buildup toward the CDC’s announcement relaxing the guidance on the wearing of masks outdoors. The results are now in, and they are a joke. Per the Washington Post, the CDC now says that “fully vaccinated Americans can go without masks outdoors when walking, jogging or biking outdoors, or dining with friends at outdoor restaurants.” But this isn’t the only deliverance the pezzonovante at the CDC are bestowing upon us. The CDC says that “even unvaccinated individuals may go without masks when walking, jogging or biking outdoors with household members.” But for those hoping this new

I sure hope there is a massive reckoning coming to all of these brain dead control freak bureaucrats who think they will ever be able to regain any credibility. Clearly the CDC is one of the first US Govt agencies that needs to be fully defunded and eliminated, to have its “role” absorbed somewhere that it might be useful.

How nice of the CDC to give us permission to do what many of us have already been doing without CDC approval. Hopefully this will stop the silly people who feel the need to wear masks in their cars or when walking alone in the forest or just wear masks everywhere all the time when they are alone out of fear. Hopefully this will make the mask shaming stop. Hopefully I will no longer need to tell mask shamers that if they are so afraid that they should stay home and that their masks should be protecting them. I still have a problem with the control the CDC is trying to hold over vaccinated people by saying we still need to wear masks. Either the vaccinations work or they don't. If the vaccines are as effective, and the CDC "follows the science", we should be able to get rid of our masks!

Other than autocratic politicians and narcissistic "medical professionals" ordering us to do so, what is the justification to have fully vaccinated individuals still wear masks anywhere? Their audience is those people you see driving around alone in their cars wearing a mask. Idiots!

More than half of American (and Californian) adults have received at least one dose of a COVID-19 vaccine, and nearly a third are fully vaccinated. Vaccination has now been opened to everyone 16 and older. Our biggest worry in the coming months isn't whether we'll be able to deliver enough doses; it's whether enough people will seek them. We’re getting closer to the point where every American who wants to be vaccinated will have gotten their needle stick. A quarter of Americans say they don't plan to be vaccinated; in vaccine-friendlier California, that’s 1 in 5. Of those who don’t

TRAVERSE CITY, Mich. - Months after President Joe Biden snubbed Canadian officials by canceling Keystone XL, a showdown over a second crude oil pipeline threatens to further strain ties between the two neighbors. Michigan Gov. Gretchen Whitmer has set a May 12 deadline for Canadian energy company Enbridge to shut down its Line 5, which delivers oil from Alberta to refineries in the U.S. Midwest and eastern Canada. Whitmer agrees with environmentalists who consider the pipeline an environmental hazard, mostly because one 68-year-old section crosses the Straits of Mackinac linking Lake Michigan and Lake Huron. Canadian officials say closing the pipeline

And for the same reason: To tell the world that the sign-planter holds wonderful beliefs that he’s willing to impose upon and attribute to the rest of his family. They stick to the numbers since they are part of the U.S. Federal Statistical System.Cuomo seems to believe there is something nefarious going on rather than straight-up demographics.
