It looks like Gov. Phil Murphy will go unchallenged in this year’s Democratic gubernatorial primary after administrative law judges Tuesday said his two would-be challengers should be tossed off the ballot for failing to get enough voter signatures on their petitions.(snip) The Democratic State Committee charged that McCormick’s campaign used voter data to automatically fill petitions without the voters’ knowledge. There were at least two petitioners who were dead when they allegedly signed their support for McCormick’s campaign, some names were misspelled and others had moved out of the state

Comments:

If democrats so blatantly defraud each other do you think for one second it’s not standard practice against republicans?

Wait, what? I thought dead Democrats had full voting rights, just like illegal aliens, under 18s, out of staters and non-US citizens! We need a mostly peaceful protest and burn it all down!

And the judge heard and ruled on the evidence and the gov had standing and the ruling was made before anyone was damaged. I didnt think the judicial worked like that anymore.

I have been thinking a great deal about all of this and this article brings me to a few conclusions. I firmly believe that the media, lawyers, politicians, celebrities, big corporations and court systems have all failed us. They have become so bloated and arrogant that they don't even recognize how bloated and arrogant they are. In the mean time, Democrats have succeeded in taking God out of society which has created a lot of problems in living life. Then we have Rashida Tlaib talking about no more policing? Really - the police are having to respond to these problems being thrust onto society. Maybe these entities need to take a look at their bloated and arrogant attitudes. I firmly believe that identity politics and taking God out of society are closely aligned. The more Democrats pursue this, the more they are going to have to cheat or change the rules to get their way.

One can only imagine how the fake news media will try to spin this one. The signatures were miscounted. The dead people had live counterparts with the same names. The Russians again? It's becoming more clear all the time that there is only one effective way remaining that we can fight the left and it does not utilize courts, judges or anything else that includes Leftist participation. The entire system is corrupted.

On Thursday, Democrats in the U.S. House and Senate plan to unveil legislation to expand the size of the Supreme Court, potentially reversing the originalist gains under former President Donald Trump. The bill would add four seats to the Court, bringing the total from nine to 13, sources told The Intercept. Congress has the authority to set the number of justices on the Court, which has remained at 9 since 1869. House Judiciary Committee Chair Jerry Nadler (D-N.Y.), Subcommittee Chair Hank Johnson (D-Ga.), and Rep. Mondaire Jones (D-N.Y.) are leading the bill in the House while Sen. Ed Markey (D-Mass.) will lead the effort in the Senate.

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) urged President Joe Biden on Thursday to accept more refugees into the United States, claiming that America has a “moral responsibility” to do so. Pelosi told reporters during a press conference at the Capitol, “We have a moral responsibility in the world — as every other country does, too — to receive refugees who have a well-founded fear of persecution or harm [if they] return to their own country.” Shortly after his inauguration, Biden promised to restore the “badly damaged” refugee resettlement program.
