"Police described the suspect as a young Black male with bushy hair shaved on the sides, about 5 foot 8 in height with a slight build (about 125 pounds). He was wearing a two-toned sweatshirt that appeared to be camouflaged on the lower half, Henrico Police Lt. Matt Pecka said, and was wearing a facemask." https://www.henricocitizen.com/articles/teenage-girl-murdered-in-far-west-end-henrico-police-seeking-suspect/

If poster #1's description of the murderer is correct, (and I have no reason to suspect it isn't) her family should be decrying the senseless act of racism, not the senseless act of gun violence. Correct?

It was the gun that done it. I'll wager there are laws against underage possession of furearms, not to mention cold blooded murder.Laws only prevent honest people from committing crime. But I reckon it must be Smith and Wesson, Ruger, SigSaur... at fault. I'll also speculate some form of "medication" was likely in use.

Why would he want to kill that lovely eighth-grade girl who is still wearing braces? What did she ever do to him to make him that angry? NOTHING. The anger comes from the stupid drum beat about race hatred that comes from these media people DAY AND NIGHT who would be so happy to have a race war to cover now that Trump is defeated and they have to work for a living.. They are a disgrace. (I cannot say to their profession because none of them are professionals.) Has this been all over the news since Friday? Did it make the evening news on CNN and MSNBC? Are people marching and protesting?

The article refers to the perp as a 'boy.' The defense will claim blatant racism over this, and the scum will probably walk. /s Seriously, prayers for the family in their unfathomable loss. The word 'tragic,' usually applying to the inscrutable workings of fate, is wholly deficient. This was an act of deliberate evil, individual and cultural.

Sickening and appalling. And all we hear about are the domestic terrorists, the white supremacists, the proud boys and any other white group they can think of. What we don't hear about are those committing over 70% of the violent crimes in our country, those who are attacking Asians on a daily basis and those who are sending our murder rates higher and higher every week. Fact is "all of those" happen to be the same people, young black thugs running wild without accountability. You see, nobody has the guts to address the culture of violence in the black community. From coast to coast violence is on the rise and nobody will tell you the truth. Got it. May this poor young lady R.I.P..........................

Our own government statistics on murder in The USA are that 58% of all murders in the US are committed by "African-Americans" and another 28% of all murders in the USA are committed by our various neighbors from South of the Southern border. That's a grand total of 86% of all murders in the USA. Which leaves a lousy percentage of only 14% of USA murders for we poor white and/or Asian's etc. to commit. We've got to close "the murder gap".

#17 - you should qualify those statistics. The high crime rate among African-Americans is only for native-born. The crime rate among African immigrants, or their children, is practically non-existent. People say Asians are the model minority. They could say the same about African immigrants.
