The Supreme Court on Monday denied a bid by conservative watchdog group Judicial Watch to uphold a court ruling requiring Hillary Clinton to testify under oath about her private email system. The Supreme Court’s denial was unsigned and issued without comment. In January Judicial Watch filed a petition for writ of certiorari (“cert petition”) with the U.S. Supreme Court asking it to uphold a court ruling requiring Hillary Clinton to testify under oath about her private email system. Hillary Clinton used a private email system to conduct official government business when she was the head of the Department of State.
I guess it shows some are more equal than others...

“...Issued without comment”? I’m sure I’m not the only one who’d like to know why they did this.

Judicial watch should publish the picture of Roberts and Ole bill taken on Epstein’s island. Caption reading “now you see why the SC run by Roberts protects democrats!”

I used to think the media was the biggest threat to this country. Now I believe it is the Supreme Court under John Roberts.

As the old saying goes "it's easier to beg for forgiveness than to ask permission".
However, sadly, Demon-Rats hardly ever end up asking for forgiveness, since they just seem to always get away with whatever illegal and immoral things they do!!!

Kavanaugh and Barrett are with Roberts in his three-mole deep nuclear bunker - - so they asked Sotomayor to cast their votes for them.
So this doesn't surprise me.

FTA: "The Supreme Court’s denial was unsigned and issued without comment." Gutless.

I just looked this up to see the responses from the Lucianne.com crowd. aghast is the only word I consider appropriate.
run roberts out of town on a rail after being tarred and feathered. each one of our three levels of government is being controlled by one person!! where is the democratic value in that form of government??

The Supreme Court jesters as still afraid of Schumer's public threats against them. Gutless cowards the lot of them.

Disappointing but let's face it: she'd only say she didn't remember anything and/or blame it on her staff.

What it shows is that members of the Supreme Court have been naughty, and someone has it on tape. Either that or they've been given an offer they can't refuse... such as they and their family members don't have any "accidents."

Democrat (check) Criminal (check) Guilty as hell (check) Can we impeach an entire Supreme Court? Biden doesn't have to pack the court now since eight of them have obviously become Democrats.

One of the marvels of my lifetime is watching the Clintons go through life and never being held accountable for their actions. At least in this lifetime. That being said, they may want to start thinking about what comes next.
