Christian students have won a legal challenge against the University of Iowa after school administrators banned the Business Leaders in Christ (BLinC) student group from campus for requiring its student leaders to affirm the Christian faith. A federal appeals court has ruled that university officials who kicked BLinC off campus because of its faith can be held personally accountable for the harm they caused, according to a press release from Becket Law, a non-profit public interest law firm that defends religious expression.

Comments:

Thank you, Lord, for this young Christian who stands up for our religious freedom. I hope and pray that all the youths should grow up to be God-fearing adult people. Hope and pray that our almighty Father in Heaven blesses guide, and protect our children, Grandchildren, great, great-grandchildren, and our young ones against evil.

Not rightly sure why parents send their kids to college - the cost is ridiculous, they will reboot your brain and teach you to hate yourself, God and your country. Not seeing any upside there unless you want to be a flaming liberal.

Nice to see the judges hold the individuals responsible. Maybe if this discrimination based on religion became painful, less discrimination would occur.

#3, I think that's a key development here: those administrators responsible are about to get sued into oblivion.

This is GREAT! The key is: "..university officials who kicked BLinC off campus because of its faith can be held personally accountable for the harm they caused," The key to getting this illegal suppression stopped is holding officials PERSONALLY responsible. Once you get into their personal bank accounts, you will start making these nasty, hateful, anti-Christian, anti-white bureaucrats fear for the personal blowback from their unconstitutional decisions. It isn't clear in the article if these bureaucrats will actually have to pay out of their own bank accounts, but it seems that this is what "personally responsible" should mean. I hope that they can really bash the personal finances of these thug-bureaucrats. THAT would be perfect, and if this is generally applied, would definitely change some attitudes about violating constitutional rights.

I'm sure these students' shame and tribulations can be alleviated by thousands of hours of VERY expensive psychiatrists' fees.

Biden felt three times as he scaled the stairs to Air Force One at Joint Base Andrews. Biden tried jogging up the stairs to board Air Force One en route to Atlanta and fell hard on his knee. When he arrived in Atlanta, he visited the Atlanta headquarters of the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention to thank public health workers amid the coronavirus pandemic and claimed that “science is back”, though he did not state where or how the science went missing. If President Biden makes good on a recent White House promise that he'll field questions from a roomful of reporters for the first time this coming Thursday, he will be doing so on his 65th day since taking office. Saturday marked the 60th consecutive day the nation’s 46th president did not do a news conference with the White House press corps. That stretch has been marked by several near-misses of interactions with the media: On March 3, for example, Biden appeared ready to handle some questions from reporters during a virtual news conference with House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, but the video feed of the event suddenly cut off.
