So Meg wants to go into politics, eh? I hope she likes British politics because...she's not an American citizen anymore. Thank God!

Meg never gave up her American citizenship, #3. And she never attained British citizenship. One quibble with the article regarding Archie. Only children and grandchildren of the Monarch can be titled Prince or Princess. Archie is a great-grandchild of the Queen. So, either Meghan is ignorant of Royal titles or a liar when she says Archie was denied the title of Prince. Seems Harry could have informed her how things work. And they both said upon Archie's birth, they didn't want him to have a title. They wanted him to have a "normal" life. Such mendacity on their part.

The RF has never shown an iota of racism toward anyone but I’d be willing to bet that there is a touch of it now being felt toward one particular slightly black entitled narcissistic cold calculating harridan.

Just a reminder that Oprah's birth name is "Orpah" -- the sister (and sister-in-law) of Ruth. Orpah, unlike Ruth, specifically rejected G-d and the Jewish people and went back to her home seething with anger and hatred, whereupon she became the progenitor of the line that gave us Goliath and several other evils. Obama, Markle, etc, are just a continuation of her line.

Too bad that some have no sense of humor, so end up sounding like harpies. This is a great piece of satire. Beaton and his friend “Bitter” Klinger have done a great job. Don’t be discouraged from reading it by those who don’t get satire. Satire sails right over some far too literal heads. Their loss.

Meghan announced that she is pregnant with a female child. As the article opined about little Archie’s name, how about Archie’s sister’s name after she is born. Since the child will be born and grow up in California, how about the happy couple naming her Oprah? As chances are those children would be about the only Archie and Oprah growing up together in California with those names. As for Meghan who is thinking of jumping into national leftist and liberal Democrat politics and according to the fake media will run for President. She is just what the USA needs as President, a social justice warrior who when the going got tough, at least in her mind, contemplated suicide.

Just in case you forgot, Meghan's high point in her career was as a briefcase bimbo on Deal or No Deal. As for the British royal family, I was born in 1939, and had to tolerate the huge amount of articles about Bonnie Prince Charlie for a decade. Every move made by the dimwitted big eared kid was covered in great detail by 'journalists.'

The Center for Disease Control announced in February that schools could safely reopen, and that it was “critical” that they do so. They said the risk of COVID transmission in schools was minimal — even if teachers were not vaccinated — and the damage to children by remaining closed was maximal. Experience in the schools that have opened bears that out. There have not been cases of widespread transmission of COVID in reopened schools. That’s undoubtedly because children are nearly immune to COVID. And their teachers retire long before they reach the COVID-vulnerable post-65 age group. That CDC announcement that teachers, vaccinated or not, should return to work was two months ago

Which of these large paintings is better? One is by renowned artist Jackson Pollock, and one is by yours truly, The Aspen Beat. I’m not known as an artist – heck, I’m not even known as a writer – but I can still apply paint to canvas, to myself and to everything else in the vicinity. That’s where my similarities with Pollock end. Pollock was born in Cody, Wyoming, got expelled from two high schools, liked Mexican murals, was an alcoholic, and died drunk when he rolled his convertible. The car interior wound up looking like one of his paintings. On an artistic level, Pollock is less admirable.

Wet A** P*ssy is “the defining song of 2020” according to so-called critics/journalists who make a living fawning over this crap. WAP debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard 100. For weeks it squatted atop the charts like a sweaty naked fat woman on a toilet. In “the raunchiest set the Grammy’s have ever seen” that annual television info-award-mercial featured a live performance of WAP. Incompetently acclaimed and shamelessly promoted by those same so-called critics/journalists, the spectacle held all the artistry of a Mexican border town donkey show.

People of my generation learned to read with Dr. Seuss. Sure, there were some child-like hijinks in the doctor’s prescriptions but to many toddlers the rhyme and rhythm were music to the ears, tonic to the souls and tutors to the unschooled. Mostly, they were exactly what Dr. Seuss intended them to be – entertaining, mischievous children’s literature. Dr. Seuss succeeded for nearly a century. In that time, millions of children learned to read and Dr. Seuss was awarded numerous prizes.

If you want to be part of Joe Biden’s administration, you need to be a “first.” I don’t mean “first” like first in your college graduation class. Heck, Biden himself was only in the top 50% of his law school class according to Biden and only in the top 85% according to the school records. No, not that kind of first. After all, this is a Democrat administration and so we’re not talking about dead white patriarchal European so-called merit. What we’re talking about is that you need to be a “first” in your skin color or sexuality.

The first vaccine against the Wuhan virus was developed by a German biotech company, BioNTech, in partnership with American pharmaceutical giant Pfizer. So why is the vaccination rate in Germany stuck at 4% while the American vaccination rate is now quadruple that? Throughout Europe, it’s much the same story. The vaccination rate is 4% in France, Spain, Sweden and Italy, and 5% in Finland, Greece, Poland and Norway. Only the UK, now separate from the EU, is doing well with a vaccination rate of 27% after approving the vaccine weeks before the FDA did in the U.S.

The “Flynn Effect” is the phenomena identified by intelligence researcher James Flynn. He found that average intelligence quotients, or IQ’s, as measured by standardized tests were steadily increasing through the course of the 20th century. That sounds quite natural because, after all, each generation gets better nurturing. They get better health, improved medical care, more nutritious food and greater schooling. But IQ is supposed to be mainly about nature, not nurture. Nurturing can certainly affect a person’s well-being, but in theory it doesn’t change a person’s IQ much (except of course when the nurturing is so bad that it produces negative neurological effects).

Senator Ted Cruz noted that the Democrats’ latest impeachment of Donald Trump even though Mr. Trump has duly departed from the White House is, “like Shakespeare, full of sound and fury, signifying nothing.” Long-time NBC journalist Andrea Mitchell purported to correct Senator Cruz. On Twitter she sniped, “No, that’s Faulkner.” But of course, Cruz was right. It’s Shakespeare. Faulkner centuries later wrote a book entitled “The Sound and the Fury” which consciously and famously borrowed Shakespeare’s line, as every high schooler knows (or used to).

The bulk of seniors who are at risk from COVID have either died of the disease, survived the disease or been vaccinated against the disease. New cases are dropping quickly. Over ten percent of the overall American population has been vaccinated – over 40 million of them – and that figure is increasing at the rate of about 11 million a week. It looks like nearly everyone who wants to be vaccinated will be vaccinated by late spring. Meanwhile, drug treatments have proved increasingly effective. Most recently, the FDA approved a drug cocktail from Eli Lilly. There will come a time when COVID masks are no longer necessary.

It’s not three months into a four-year term, but Joe Biden’s presidency is already heading for the rocks. Surging waves of immigrants have overwhelmed the U.S.’ southern border. With public anger growing, Biden now has been forced to tacitly recognize President Donald Trump’s border success. Just this week, Biden let it be known he’s considering restarting Trump’s border wall construction — just to “fill in” parts of it, his administration says. Right. In fact, it’s desperation because the Biden-Democrat open border policy has been an epic disaster, one that could result in huge Democratic losses in 2022 and a lame-duck presidency

On Thursday, President Joe Biden announced new executive actions on gun control, trying to limit “ghost guns” and to make it easier for people to flag their own family members who shouldn’t be allowed to purchase firearms. In announcing his gun restrictions, Biden specifically addressed the Second Amendment. While Biden insisted that none of his gun control measures impinged on the Second Amendment, he also insisted that “no amendment to the Constitution is absolute.” “Nothing, nothing I’m about to recommend in any way impinges on the Second Amendment. They’re phony arguments suggesting that these are Second Amendment rights at stake for what we’re talking about,” he argued. Then came the key statement:
