President Joe Biden announced 6 initial executive actions on gun control on Wednesday night. The White House has dubbed them “Initial Actions to Address the Gun Violence Public Health Epidemic.”The following are the executive orders, as detailed by the Biden administration:Today, the Biden-Harris Administration is announcing six initial actions to address the gun violence public health epidemic. The recent high-profile mass shootings in Boulder – taking the lives of 10 individuals – and Atlanta – taking the lives of eight individuals, including six Asian American women – underscored the relentlessness of this epidemic.

And not one of those actions would have stopped a single mass shooting in this country.
But, like with all lie-berals, not-my-president Lyin' Joe biden totally ignores facts and just goes for feelings.
Does anyone seriously doubt that Civil War 2 has already started. Sadly, the only ones fighting it right now are the lie-berals!!!

The number of so-called assault rifles in private hands is several million. How long is it going to take Beto to go from house to house. Expect lawsuits for Quid Pro Joe for exceeding his power. This could be ground for impeachment.

Prove that these home made guns show up in crimes. I believe that this is a pure lie. PROVE IT, liars.
The stabilizing brace issue for handguns will be likely a massive change in policy whereby AR15 pistols were OK with an arm brace. The issue is that these are really NOT easily concealable, claiming otherwise is ridiculous. The very smallest of these pistols are at least 18" long and with a normal magazine inserted, about 12" tall....hardly "easily concealable" by any rational measure. Sure....they can be "concealed" under a full length coat, but a pump shotgun or other long gun can be "concealed" (sort of) that way just the same.
Lies, damned lies and more lies. As usual.

#2, LOL! "Several million" HAH. At least 15 million AR-15 type modern sporting rifles have been sold in the last 5 years. Millions before that, too. This doesn't include all the AK style rifles (many millions) and a dozen other designs of semi-auto versions of various military styled rifles with many tens to hundreds of thousands of each type having been sold. This does not include a LOT of other designs that these pukes would lump together under their nebulous, fraudulent claims.
I estimate at least 75 to 100 million of these guns are in private hands, and have been since the 1950s or earlier in some cases.

Right, where is this “proliferation of ghost guns?” Biden goons must be challenged to provide a list of crime scenes where “ghost guns” were recovered. I pay close attention to news, and had not heard of “ghost guns” until this week when leaks started about Biden’s gun control executive orders. My speculation, democrats view ghost guns as a future threat to their plans to register all firearms.

Joe Biden has done many things for which to be impeached. This is one of them. The right to bear arms shall not be infringed. How clear is that? The framers put that amendment in there specifically to limit the power of government. They knew when government became oppressive and rescinded what they had no power to rescind, people needed recourse against that. It is for that very reason the Second Amendment was created. It was a means to take back power from a government that has abandoned the will of the people. The problem today is that we all know Republicans are weak and cowardly. They go along to get along which has to be the worst strategy in the history of politics. This like every other democrat policy is just putting us all on the another damaging slippery slope. This one, if enacted, will prohibit forever we the people from being able to stop an oppressive and tyrannical government from running roughshod over us. This is the hill that we should be willing to die on. Hopefully, it will not come to that.
It should not surprise anyone that we are having these spates of mass shootings. Democrats always need a crisis to exploit even if they have to create it themselves. Too speculative? Maybe, but when there is a deep state committed to working against the will of the people, they are capable of anything regardless how heinous. There are men and women in this government that will do anything to push forward their evil agenda. The United States is their prize and they intend to claim it for their international overlords.

We may all laugh at this patently unconstitutional effort but consider a SCOTUS now controlled by John Roberts who will readily declare these to be a tax. Ah, you will say, the power to tax belongs to Congress. No problem. Any challenger will be deemed to have no standing. We now know what passes for jurisprudence in this country. These people are more cunning than even Donald Trump expected.

Filthy, lying, treasonous, lawbreaking, democrat scum. Gun violence is an epidemic like COVID-19 is a pandemic. Neither affects more than a fraction of one percent of the population. The fact that more black and brown people are affected is that they are far more likely to commit crimes using a firearm. Leave the Second Amendment alone or it will be employed for its original purpose. Commie trash! We will not stand for this criminal action.

Banning "ghost guns" is about making sure that as they eliminate "immunity from liability" from manufacturers, that we don't become the manufacturers to take their place. This is confiscation through the back door, evolving to the elimination of an armed citizenry. Are hammer manufacturers liable for murders committed with hammers? Those exceed rifles so....
These are the most insidious aspects. How many kit guns have been used in violent crimes? One single "mass" murder? Criminals don't care about the tracing of guns that were stolen 6 degrees of separation from them, probably by Kevin Bacon.
High capacity mags matter in a firefight against well armed opponents like our government or large violent mobs. For shooting down unarmed victims the time it takes to change magazines or even drop another 8 round en bloc clip in your M1 Garand is virtually irrelevant.
We all understand what's going on here, this is our government fearing we the people and for good reason as they have stepped well out of their lane and constitutional limits.

Law abiding gun owners do not do mass shootings. Crazy people and criminals do not buy legal guns. Simple truths that liberals will not acknowledge because they’re not afraid of the criminals. They’re afraid of us. If you do not own a gun, buy one now.

56 million defenseless people rounded up and exterminated in the 20th Century because of gun control:
In 1929, the Soviet Union established gun control. From 1929 to 1953, about 20 million dissidents, unable to defend themselves, were rounded up and exterminated.
In 1911, Turkey established gun control. From 1915 to 1917, 1.5 million Armenians, unable to defend themselves, were rounded up and exterminated.
Germany established gun control in 1938 and from 1939 to 1945, a total of 13 million Jews and others who were unable to defend themselves were rounded up and exterminated.
China established gun control in 1935. From 1948 to 1952, 20 million political dissidents, unable to defend themselves were rounded up and exterminated.
Guatemala established gun control in 1964. From 1964 to 1981, 100,000 Mayan Indians, unable to defend themselves, were rounded up and exterminated.
Uganda established gun control in 1970. From 1971 to 1979, 300,000 Christians, unable to defend themselves, were rounded up and exterminated.
Cambodia established gun control in 1956. From 1975 to 1977, one million educated people, unable to defend themselves, were rounded up and exterminated.

There is only one way to stop “ the violence that disproportionately impacts Black and brown Americans” and it has nothing to do with gun laws. It has to do with putting the murderers in prison on death row and carrying out executions in a timely fashion, and cleaning up black and brown cultures. Neither culture values life as we can see from the 40-50% rate of black abortions and the hordes of unaccompanied children coming to our border. And we evil white supremacists can’t do it for them; they must do it themselves.
Xiden’s EO’s are attacks on law abiding legal Americans who stand in the way of the left’s agenda.
BTW, Fingers, if we law abiding legal gun owners were dangerous or violent, you would have known it long ago. The thugs on the streets are not members of the NRA.

The "red flag" law is the most dangerous and nefarious of these "proposals". It would basically allow anyone to notify the police that any gun owner "appears to be unbalanced' and gives them the excuse to "hold your guns" until you prove otherwise.
Every ex-wife, crazy neighbor, loser of a bet, nut-job co-worker, teacher, mailman, etc. could notify the the police and flag you!

The Justice Department will issue a proposed rule to help stop the proliferation of these firearms.
And of course, the criminals at which this is directed, will stop using this method to obtain guns illegally like they always do.
to pass an appropriate national “red flag” law,
Any white, Christian, Jew, conservative, or Trump supporter will be tagged under the red flag laws.
Community violence interventions are proven strategies for reducing gun violence in urban communities through tools other than incarceration.
Because, historically it works so very well in places like Chicago, Philadelphia, New York, DC, Los Angeles, etc, and most recently in Minneapolis, Seattle, Portland, Kenosha. Defunding police couldn't possibly have anything to do with the increase in murders in urban areas. If you think so, you're a racist!
regarding its investigations into firearms trafficking, which is one way firearms are diverted into the illegal market
Yeah, especially when the federal government sends them to the cartels in Mexico and those cartels use them against American citizens.
David Chipman, Biden’s nominee to lead the ATF, is widely described as a “fierce” advocate for gun control.
So am I except I "fiercely" believe that the only gun control needed is sight alignment and trigger control.
Gosh, I wonder if the GOP will sue all the way to the Supremes to overturn these illegal executive orders like the Marxists did with EVERY SINGLE LEGAL Trump executive order. Crickets.

The data is leaked every so often and the truth does not favor the fascists. The first is most of the gun violence in the democrat socialist states and cities are perpetrated by repeat offenders. Must be released so their aim gets better. The second is most guns on the streets are stolen or "declared" stolen and 95% are not bulky rifles. And then there are the heirloom firearms passed on from generation to generation. Semi-auto sport rifles are the least of our concern when family members obtain M1 Garand, M1 carbine, BAR, M-14, real M-16 and Thompson 45 passed on from great grandpa down to great grand kids some if which are not wrapped too tight. So Jo Bi Deng's dictatorship will have ZERO effect on curbing the violence.

Executive orders provide guidance and direction to federal employees.
Apparently somebody among Cho Bi Dinh's handlers figured out that he can't just tell people what to do.
I find it remarkable that they still want to get into the "red flag" deal where family members can get the cops to take another family member's guns away.
This is the same crowd that has successfully prohibited family members from getting another family member detained in a mental hospital for being crazy!
Those guns crazy people used to kill so many people DID NOT just jump off a table and run about shooting others.
I think we need to have a major study of why Democrats and Leftwing Lunatics refuse to face up to the fact that it's Mental Illness, not Cold Steel, that's the cause of crazy people running loose and killing people ~ or did I just answer my own question?
Why yes, Leftwing Lunatics want to continue to be free to run around killing people..... or glorying in such events since they can then turn and scream invectives at Republicans!

You don't even need a kit to make one. All you need to know are the basics.
Btw, the Colorado shooter shot people one at a time. He could have done the same damage using a flintlock musket. Isn't it interesting that these shootings always take place when DemonRats are in power?
Anyway, I don't need a gun. My friend and I can make something more practical that would disable anyone, intending to do harm, away. And it isn't illegal nor lethal (unless you program it to be). It also can be set to specifically target whatever or whomever you want.
